Dr Matthew Gargulinski is a great doctor. I just had carpal tunnel release surgery almost 2 weeks…read moreago and I'm honestly impressed. Office staff is amazing! Dr Gargulinski has a great bedside manner, he's highly intelligent and has been able to diagnose issues with me before he even orders an mri or any scan that confirms his diagnosis. This doctor is truly a great find in this valley and I don't see any reason to look any further. He actually cares and uses his extensive training and knowledge to help fix things the safest way possible that can help make your quality of life as good as possible. I used to see an Orthopedist for years in Temecula ( off Winchester and Ynez), but since he retired, the level of care the remaining doctor that I saw gets is a zero star. Example: he x-rayed my hip area (severe pain) and refused to tell me or show me anything even asking multiple times "what does my x-Ray show". Proceeded to inject a cortisone shot in my hip bursa (made my pain worse), and instead of him ordering an mri, that was it. He threw his hands up. Well, Dr G actually did what a doctor should do (mri) and found moderate herniated discs which now that I have a legit orthopedist are being treated modestly for now. Dr Gargulinski is truly a gem as an Orthopedic Surgeon and I have zero doubt in his abilities and knowledge. His great office staff makes the visits that much better. Thank you for what you do!!!

In February 2015, Dr. Chao performed surgery to repair a torn labrum in my shoulder. Before that…read moresurgery, I had no problems or symptoms involving my biceps. Unfortunately, I did not recover as expected and the shoulder continued to have the same issues. In addition, after the surgery, I developed severe biceps pain and weakness that has been far more debilitating than the original shoulder problem. For more than 10 years, I have continued to seek answers through countless appointments, diagnostic tests, treatments, procedures, and additional surgeries. Despite these efforts, I have experienced little to no meaningful improvement, and many physicians have been unable to identify an effective treatment for my condition. This experience has had a profound impact on my life, causing significant physical pain, emotional distress, and financial hardship.

When it came time to address my severe knee degeneration, I researched the orthopedic medical field aggressively and chose Dr. Omar Kadri for my robotic total knee reconstruction--and it is the single best executive decision I have ever made for my health, mobility, and longevity. Dr. Kadri is a visionary leader in orthopedic robotic surgery, completing over 500 of these complex reconstructions every single year. From our very first consultation, his absolute mastery of the data and his clear, structured clinical timeline completely defused the intense anxiety that naturally accompanies a major joint replacement. He does not just perform a surgery; he coordinates an ironclad recovery ecosystem that empowers his patients to succeed. The results of his precision robotic bone cuts speak for themselves. By my Post-Op Day 22 outpatient physical therapy audit, I achieved an extraordinary -2° hyper-extension and a spectacular 105° active flexion bend, completely blowing past every standard clinical target. At my first official post-operative appointment on Day 17, Dr. Kadri evaluated my fluid mechanics, retired my bulky dressings for clean Steri-Strips, and officially granted me direct clearance to drop my walker entirely to graduate straight to independent, unassisted walking. To experience a major structural joint replacement that is tracking this smoothly, quietly, and virtually pain-free is an absolute medical masterpiece. Dr. Kadri combines clinical brilliance with an unshakeable commitment to his patients' independent mobility. If you are a high-performing professional who demands absolute precision and zero-compromise results from your care team, Dr. Kadri is the only choice. He didn't just rebuild my joint capsule--he gave me my fluid pain-free stride and my quality of life back. Thank you, Dr. Kadri, for your elite-level mastery!

I had an unremarkable MRI(lumbar), though I requested both lumbar and thoracic. At the followup visit, I asked if I should have an X-ray to rule out vertebral fractures. He said, " what do you want?" I asked for his advice. He sarcastically asked my husband if he should get an X-ray. He said I was chasing diagnoses since I saw a cardiologist to rule out heart as the source of pain. He was completely inappropriate. I have never had a more inappropriate interaction with a physician. I strongly suggest looking elsewhere for back care. I had originally been referred to a different ortho specialist and had a horrible experience there. When I asked to get a new doctor doe a second opinion I was sent to Dr. Pacheco. Now when I first went to see him I didn't expect much, I knew my back was bad and there probably wasn't going to be many options for me. But Dr. Pacheco was a kind and understanding person, and luckily enough he had experienced similar people with my type of pain. Ultimately he provided me with the option of a spinal fusion, I won't lie I was nervous, but I could tell Dr. Pacheco was trustworthy and he was willing to give me another shot with a repaired back. It might not be brand new but he fixed me up. Dealing with chronic back pain as bad as mine really had me in a dark place mentally but Dr. Pacheco was able to give me hope again.

My son has recurrent shoulder dislocations and recently had his shoulder dislocate while he was sleeping. He needs to move forward with surgical evaluation, so being unable to reach the office is especially concerning. We have also experienced very long waits once we are actually in the office.
