Bottom line, they're reliable, effective and convenient, they're all over the place. They are different people obviously in each office, but I'm like 7 for 7 in effective treatment received. As I sat and waited there was a gentleman who became upset because he was not guaranteed to be seen. The man had showed to his appointment over 15 min late and questioned why he wouldn't be seen and even asked what patient was being seen before him. Not your business my guy. Then a second customer with ridiculous colored hair complained about her not getting a "transfer of care" and demanded why she wasn't getting a female dr. " they aren't accepting patients lady" what do you not understand. If you don't like it, pay out pocket for your insurance and you can choose whatever dr you like. I applaud the front staff for maintaining their demeanor with these difficult patients. I was at the location on 10/13/2025 at approximately 3:30-3:55pm when they had to deal with these rude patients.
