I typically don't request attention to a specific area but I am amazed that they find exactly what I need. The atmosphere is clean and nice music plays in the background. I see reviews that complain about staff being loud. I have never experienced any noise. I find that both male and female masseuse are good. I go so often they may know I prefer deep pressure. I love the punch card which gives me a free massage after 10vtimes. The staff realizes I need assistance going to my car and they always help.

He moved so quickly throughout the massage that I couldn't relax or enjoy it. When it came time for the hot stones, there was no warning or even a simple "hot stone" before placing one directly on me, which caught me completely off guard. Then, when he was wiping the oil off, he was so rough and fast that I honestly felt like a wet dog being dried off after a bath. That is the best way I can describe it. The only part I actually enjoyed was when he worked the knots out of my traps. He did a good job with that, and I want to give him credit for it. Unfortunately, that was the only part of the massage that felt good. I still left a generous tip for my massage, but overall I left feeling very disappointed. A massage should feel relaxing and unrushed, and this was the complete opposite experience for me. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.

As I sat and waited there was a gentleman who became upset because he was not guaranteed to be seen. The man had showed to his appointment over 15 min late and questioned why he wouldn't be seen and even asked what patient was being seen before him. Not your business my guy. Then a second customer with ridiculous colored hair complained about her not getting a "transfer of care" and demanded why she wasn't getting a female dr. " they aren't accepting patients lady" what do you not understand. If you don't like it, pay out pocket for your insurance and you can choose whatever dr you like. I applaud the front staff for maintaining their demeanor with these difficult patients. I was at the location on 10/13/2025 at approximately 3:30-3:55pm when they had to deal with these rude patients.
