Are you kidding me? Yes they try to sign you up for a lifetime, but they will fix you and take the $29 and you feel better. Bottom line, they're reliable, effective and convenient, they're all over the place. They are different people obviously in each office, but I'm like 7 for 7 in effective treatment received. So I'm certain some are better, of course. But after you get juked by other chiropractors, who almost fix you and then stop and make another appointment , these guys are total relief. Every time I come into the office all the staff are amazing and greet EVERYONE by name. They are true professionals. It's pretty simple and I'm not going to gatekeep. Dr. Brooks in this office is a lifesaver. I have been a client of his for the last year or so. I first came in with severe back spasms , soreness from constantly lifting and playing ball while never being adjusted before. Not only did he stop my back spasms after the 2nd session but I have not had an injury or other concerns since. I go once a week to stay in alignment. He is respectful, kind, communicates what he is doing and going to do, and most importantly is great at what he does. He is super busy because everyone wants to see him. Chiropractic care is a must for me and The Joint makes it easy for me to get in and out without taking too much time out of my hectic schedule. The price is great, less than my copay using insurance. Brooks is my favorite at the menifee location. He gets my neck perfectly almost everytime but honestly everyone there is great. The initial month, if I recall was $118 or so because of the consult however it included three additional visits. I personally needed those three extra visits to get me headed in the right direction. I like that anything over the 4 visits is only $10 because there are some months I need to visit more frequently. Parking is kind of a nightmare but that's neither here nor there. When I signed up, no one told me in the details that I had to GO INTO the office to cancel! AND THAT I WOULD BE FORCED TO PAY FOR 3 MONTHS EVEN IF I WAS DIAGNOSED WITH SOMETHING THAT CHIROPRACTIC PRACTICES COULD MAKE Worse. Because you were not there, you have no idea what I was told and, more importantly, what I was NOT told. When I CALLED the first time and said I will not be returning, no one told me that I WOULD BE CHARGED UNTIL I WENT INTO THE FACILITY! And, obviously, the rules vary from client to client because even though I was having an RA flare-up which causes me severe pain in my feet and hands, I was told I HAD to go to the office and cancel in person, but in your response to Terry B's review you state, "... this is usually required to be done in person, but we are always here to help successfully cancel if you are not able to make it into the clinic." This differentiation shows just how arbitrary your "in person" cancelation policy is and proves a lack of consistency in what clients are told or not told. Clearly not a misunderstanding, but instead a lack of clear detailed communication. So even though I called the first week of December and stated that I would not be returning because my insurance covered acupuncture and Chiropractic services and yet the charges continued for 3 months, I'm sure it is futile to request a refund, just as it is futile for you to send me a copy of your arbitrary contract. read more

Very grateful for having The Joint so close to me. I threw out my back and on the third day I could t take it any longer. Came in and told them my fears and worries. Chris explained everything before doing any adjusting and I was able to stand up a little straighter then when I first came in. The pain was less as well. I went for the free opening session. I wasn't impressed. Receptionists are very stuck up and unfriendly, the adjustment surprised me it only took about 3 minutes all together and didn't help me at all. I got several texts with offer discounts, and I thought maybe the paid appointments will be better. I called and left a message, but nobody ever returned my call. I decided to go and take advantage of the specials, but I asked the receptionist if they had any specials going on, she rudely responded none. I asked her. What about the ones they keep sending me, are they lying to me? and showed her my phone with $45 month. she made a face and said oh well you can have 4 sessions and $10 for ea. after. I asked how long each session is, she said 5 to 7 minutes for the adjustment. With that attitude I will not even try one more. read more

Dr. Brooks is the best!!! He's my husband and I's favorite at this location. I constantly have neck pain and he is the only one that adjusts it properly every single time! Instant relief. They don't come up with any kind of treatment plan and they sell you monthly packages that cannot be canceled without physically coming into the office. They are so great here. The bad reviews are honestly from people who don't understand how a membership works. People complain about not being able to use the adjustments within the time frame but to be fair, that's kind of on them. It's not the fault of the practice if you have other obligations where you can't fit adjustments into your schedule. Read what you sign. This is a good deal in actuality. All the visits after your initial appt are so quick. They give you a barcode key fob that allows you to easily get your adjustments done within 10-15 minutes on most days. which is super expedited. They're very open, don't come In for a new patient exam so close to closing. Let's be realistic. Of course they need more time to work up a plan and address a new issue minutes before closing. Dr. Archuletta is wonderful. He is so personable and so caring. I couldn't move my neck when I came in and after the first adjustment I was already feeling better. The girl at the front desk with her sweet little girl was so professional and sweet. I felt like a friend when I came in for my initial AND my follow up. I kept calling the office to make sure acct was closed no answer so I received a text , in which I text back please close my acct . Apparently they responded saying I have to come in person which for some reason I didn't read .After being charged since Jan I called to have it canceled again and so she finally cancels it over the phone for me and As I've been waiting to hear fm the district manager Stephen Blair who is unreachable I finally get a call fm the receptionist who says because I didn't come back into the office to cancel it that is why it was charged even though I texted them to cancel it .. yet she did cancel it last week over the phone so I wouldn't be changed anymore .So basically they can cancel it over the phone this business likes to scam people read the reviews I am not the only one who has tried to cancel memberships and continued to be charged .If someone comes in to cancel why are they pushing them to put the acct on pause ? The receptionist is highly unprofessional. She is loud addressing issues such as another patient's payment being declined. Even when I was next in line to speak to her about an issue, she addressed a couple who had just walked in the door and then a couple who had just finished getting adjusted. Then she incorrectly told a patient he was eligible for a military discount. She just wasted over 30 minutes of my time only to turn me away. Finally, masks are still required in California in healthcare settings and although both doctors were wearing them, she was not. I would not recommend this establishment. read more

I got my membership on February this year, and I didn't use the whole month of march due to my work schedule ., so I called to cancel and they said I had to go do it personally. So I went on April 4th and they now said I had to pay the month of April in order to cancel.! I told the rude girl in front I realistically could not use it and she didn't care , she said I could only cancel unless I paid even if I could not use it.! So another girl by the name of Bianca who acted like she was in charge came in to ask me the situation, after I explained to her that I had to cancel since due to my work schedule I could not keep the membership and I paid the month of march and not used it once, and now it was April 4th. And since I had called on march 29th. they said I could only cancel in person, I now go april 4th. And they want me to pay $89. To be able to cancel!? I then asked for their manager, and she responded that they don't have a manager! This is so wrong !! I should not feel forced to keep a service I am not using.! But all they care about is the $$$. I had recommended this place to a few of my relatives, but I'm now going to tell them and all people here to not go there. They are super unprofessional, rude and money hungry.
