Provider er Armando Fuentes is so great! He really takes his time to understand symptoms and alleviated them

Are you kidding me? Yes they try to sign you up for a lifetime, but they will fix you and take the $29 and you feel better. Bottom line, they're reliable, effective and convenient, they're all over the place. They are different people obviously in each office, but I'm like 7 for 7 in effective treatment received. So I'm certain some are better, of course. But after you get juked by other chiropractors, who almost fix you and then stop and make another appointment , these guys are total relief. If you require repeat visits, ok I get it . If you're not sure, try these guys first. read more

Awful. The wait is always about 45 minutes. Super frustrating. I've tried Saturdays, Sundays, during the week. Mornings, afternoons. Always found the same wait times read more

Every time I come into the office all the staff are amazing and greet EVERYONE by name. They are true professionals. It's pretty simple and I'm not going to gatekeep. Dr. Brooks in this office is a lifesaver. I have been a client of his for the last year or so. I first came in with severe back spasms , soreness from constantly lifting and playing ball while never being adjusted before. Not only did he stop my back spasms after the 2nd session but I have not had an injury or other concerns since. I go once a week to stay in alignment. He is respectful, kind, communicates what he is doing and going to do, and most importantly is great at what he does. He is super busy because everyone wants to see him. So don't take my time slot lol jp Sorry but photos won't be posted because other clients privacy matters. read more

Best joint location I've ever been to. Everyone is super friendly and helpful and welcoming. Oscar Valdez was one or the best chiropractor experiences I've had at any joint location. I wish I lived near here so I could visit this location more. Highly recommend! read more

Chiropractic care is a must for me and The Joint makes it easy for me to get in and out without taking too much time out of my hectic schedule. The price is great, less than my copay using insurance. Brooks is my favorite at the menifee location. He gets my neck perfectly almost everytime but honestly everyone there is great. The initial month, if I recall was $118 or so because of the consult however it included three additional visits. I personally needed those three extra visits to get me headed in the right direction. I like that anything over the 4 visits is only $10 because there are some months I need to visit more frequently. Parking is kind of a nightmare but that's neither here nor there. All in all, the Joint is worth every cent! read more

Drs Loo and Hanks helped resolve an issue with my ribs that has troubled me for years. They do spinal adjustments with soft tissue work. I like that I can walk in without an appointment and get the care I need right away. read more

I was very pleased with my adjustment at this location. I had a very short wait and the doctor pulled up my chart on file from another location (I am traveling) and was able to see my history. I felt comfortable being adjusted and the doctor asked and really listens to my needs. read more

It's a scam. Monitor your bank account, they keep charging you after you cancel the contract, and they won't give you your money back. They will deny the charges but your bank account will show otherwise... be careful. The Chiropractor was nice but the front desk girl was rude. read more

Went in there for treatment. I signed up for one month trial. They charged my credit cards two additional months. Without my authorization Having a hard time getting them to refund it. This place is a scam. Reported them to my credit card company. The better Business bureau people don't go there they steal your money I don't typically write reviews on Yelp. But when people/ companies steal. That's just wrong to do to people read more

Absolutely horrible. I drove 30 minutes. I went in over 30 minutes before closing, there was 1 person in there before me and they said they couldn't see me because he has notes he has to finish at the end of his day. read more

I really enjoy coming to The Joint. Amazing Chiropractors. I personally have had nothing but great success so far. I will definitely continue to come here. Thank you read more

Horrible customer service. Different staff members state different information. I would not recommend this location.

Customer service is always great. I recommend trying different doctors to see which one you like best as they possess different strengths. Overall I recommend the place. Sometimes the wait is long and at times is hard getting a person on the phone. read more

Amazing staff (CJ I'm talking to you!) and Chiropractors! Got my daughter in immediately and helped relieve her pain. Comfortable atmosphere...To the point my 8 year old granddaughter begs to go "just to visit" read more

Chris, stress free??? Hahaha! All your practice has done is cause me stress!!! And there was no misunderstanding. When I signed up, no one told me in the details that I had to GO INTO the office to cancel! AND THAT I WOULD BE FORCED TO PAY FOR 3 MONTHS EVEN IF I WAS DIAGNOSED WITH SOMETHING THAT CHIROPRACTIC PRACTICES COULD MAKE Worse. Because you were not there, you have no idea what I was told and, more importantly, what I was NOT told. When I CALLED the first time and said I will not be returning, no one told me that I WOULD BE CHARGED UNTIL I WENT INTO THE FACILITY! And, obviously, the rules vary from client to client because even though I was having an RA flare-up which causes me severe pain in my feet and hands, I was told I HAD to go to the office and cancel in person, but in your response to Terry B's review you state, "... this is usually required to be done in person, but we are always here to help successfully cancel if you are not able to make it into the clinic." This differentiation shows just how arbitrary your "in person" cancelation policy is and proves a lack of consistency in what clients are told or not told. Clearly not a misunderstanding, but instead a lack of clear detailed communication. So even though I called the first week of December and stated that I would not be returning because my insurance covered acupuncture and Chiropractic services and yet the charges continued for 3 months, I'm sure it is futile to request a refund, just as it is futile for you to send me a copy of your arbitrary contract. read more

The Joint Chiropractic - Chiropractors Near Me - Menifee, California

This place completely changed my daughters quality of life. My 10-year-old was having migraine like headaches almost every day to the point where her doctor even did an MRI and a brain scan to check for tumors. As a last resort, my dad brought her here. Two sessions later and my daughter has not had a single headache. I was skeptical at first but I am so grateful my dad brought her here and for the gentleman that found the problem and now my baby is pain free. Thank you so much. read more

Very grateful for having The Joint so close to me. I threw out my back and on the third day I could t take it any longer. Came in and told them my fears and worries. Chris explained everything before doing any adjusting and I was able to stand up a little straighter then when I first came in. The pain was less as well. The pricing was good for my needs and after each visit I've gone to is getting better. Never take you back for granted. Staff is friendly. read more

My husband and I have been a member of the joint for over 15 years long before we moved to Menifee. Right now we are going to their Menifee location. All their staff are amazing. Their very nice front desk staff named CJ is such a friendly and professional person. My husband and I first started with Dr. T. then Dr. Brooks with Dr. Archuleta and now we are currently one of the best Chiropractors we've had and that's Dr. Fuentes. He is amazing and a wonderful addition to the joint family. Thank you read more

Great chiropractic business. I was consulted professionally and learned a lot while I was there. Was a smooth sign up process and my chiropractor was efficient and left me feeling great. I'll definitely be returning. Only thing is, I wish it was not walk-in based and that they accepted appointments. Receptionist was great, so I don't know what that first comment is about. Also, pretty sure masks weren't required 4 months ago. It's a clean and safe environment and establishment. Highly recommend! read more

I walked in feeling a little off. My back and hip felt out of place. I was seen by Oscar and he was able to help me out. I walked out with no pain. read more

I went for the free opening session. I wasn't impressed. Receptionists are very stuck up and unfriendly, the adjustment surprised me it only took about 3 minutes all together and didn't help me at all. I got several texts with offer discounts, and I thought maybe the paid appointments will be better. I called and left a message, but nobody ever returned my call. I decided to go and take advantage of the specials, but I asked the receptionist if they had any specials going on, she rudely responded none. I asked her. What about the ones they keep sending me, are they lying to me? and showed her my phone with $45 month. she made a face and said oh well you can have 4 sessions and $10 for ea. after. I asked how long each session is, she said 5 to 7 minutes for the adjustment. With that attitude I will not even try one more. read more

Dr. Brooks is the best!!! He's my husband and I's favorite at this location. I constantly have neck pain and he is the only one that adjusts it properly every single time! Instant relief. He's great at what he does and very easygoing. I would definitely recommend requesting him if you give this location a try. read more

The staff at the the Menifee location are friendly, helpful and healing, they're great! My family looks forward to our visits and always leave feeling much better than when came in. Two thumbs up! read more

If I could leave a zero I totally would. All they want is your money. They don't come up with any kind of treatment plan and they sell you monthly packages that cannot be canceled without physically coming into the office. They never answer the phone and they definitely don't return calls. Take my advice and find a chiro that actually cares about your health and not just your money! read more

They are so great here. The bad reviews are honestly from people who don't understand how a membership works. People complain about not being able to use the adjustments within the time frame but to be fair, that's kind of on them. It's not the fault of the practice if you have other obligations where you can't fit adjustments into your schedule. Read what you sign. This is a good deal in actuality. All the visits after your initial appt are so quick. They give you a barcode key fob that allows you to easily get your adjustments done within 10-15 minutes on most days. which is super expedited. They're very open, don't come In for a new patient exam so close to closing. Let's be realistic. Of course they need more time to work up a plan and address a new issue minutes before closing. Dr. Archuletta is wonderful. He is so personable and so caring. I couldn't move my neck when I came in and after the first adjustment I was already feeling better. The girl at the front desk with her sweet little girl was so professional and sweet. I felt like a friend when I came in for my initial AND my follow up. I highly recommend them, everyone has been wonderful. I would definitely recommend. read more

Waiting time is too long. I arrived before 4 other patients and they got called first. Menifee location

Dr.Dan is amazing! My husband and I love him and how knowledgeable and healing the whole facility is.

It has been so nice having this location close to home. My son is an athlete and his regular visits have really healed his body feel better.

If I could give a zero star I honestly would I try to call multiple times before coming down nobody picked up the phone then their motto online is no appointment necessary you can always walk in or something like that so I went down there walked in and they couldn't see me today they told me I had to go all the way to Temecula asked if she would call ahead to make sure they could take me before I drive all the way to Temecula and she seemed like she really didn't want to and fought me on it because I had already tried to call Temecula and they wouldn't pick up for me either so finally after going back-and-forth with her about it she called but honestly very disappointed with the fact that I couldn't even get service and the lack of trying for their customer read more

0 stars because I was convinced to to freeze my acct by Raven which means pause it when I explained it wasnt convenient for me to come to the facility and I didn't like how they turned my bf away who also lives further away as a new member because of their lunch policy which was 20 mins before lunch when their was no other patients waiting and the visit takes only minutes. I kept calling the office to make sure acct was closed no answer so I received a text , in which I text back please close my acct . Apparently they responded saying I have to come in person which for some reason I didn't read .After being charged since Jan I called to have it canceled again and so she finally cancels it over the phone for me and As I've been waiting to hear fm the district manager Stephen Blair who is unreachable I finally get a call fm the receptionist who says because I didn't come back into the office to cancel it that is why it was charged even though I texted them to cancel it .. yet she did cancel it last week over the phone so I wouldn't be changed anymore .So basically they can cancel it over the phone this business likes to scam people read the reviews I am not the only one who has tried to cancel memberships and continued to be charged .If someone comes in to cancel why are they pushing them to put the acct on pause ? Horrible way of conducting business .And why lie and say you can't cancel over the phone when she finally cancelled it over the phone last week . read more

The Joint Chiropractic - Chiropractors Near Me - Menifee, California

Had an appointment at 11:00am today for my first time with The Joint Chiropractic. Walked in and said hello, and the lady said it would be a hour wait. I said I had an appointment at 11am and asked if it would still be a hour wait. She said sorry they never put you down. Do you want to go to Temecula or reschedule. I said no thanks, and walked out. I will not do business with a business that doesn't have their stuff together. read more

My husband was in a fender bender today so he wanted to get adjusted because of the seatbelt. we looked line and found The Joint. it said that they take walk ins and close at 7:00. we went in at 5:30 and they turned us away. they said that they aren't taking walk ins. are you kidding me? why advertise walk ins and why not put in the hours that you stop accepting at a certain time?? never going back! read more

If I could give it negative stars I would! I signed up back in April 2022 and noticed that they had been billing me $89 twice a month up till October when I physically went into the office trying to get a refund after bringing my statements to show proof which they still had the nerve to deny! So I physically cancelled with them in October 2022 , come to find out they continued to bill me in February and march of 2023. I've reached out to corporate and still don't get a response ! DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY BUSINESS!!! Scam scam scam! read more

The receptionist is highly unprofessional. She is loud addressing issues such as another patient's payment being declined. Even when I was next in line to speak to her about an issue, she addressed a couple who had just walked in the door and then a couple who had just finished getting adjusted. Then she incorrectly told a patient he was eligible for a military discount. She just wasted over 30 minutes of my time only to turn me away. Finally, masks are still required in California in healthcare settings and although both doctors were wearing them, she was not. I would not recommend this establishment. read more

young lady with the short hair and piercings was not helpful by any sorts , i had gotten a message after paying the monthly fee for 4 visits and not redeeming 2 , that I should come and redeem the 2 visits I did not use . when i showed up she wanted to charge me another month of fees after i had already paid the month of 4 and hadnt redeemed the 4 . she did nothing to attempt to resolve the issue and basically just asked me if i was gonna pay it or not . the entire demeanor was very lack luster , not rude , but in any way did i feel an attempt to understand and resolve the issue when i had gotten a text to come in and redeem but two un used and already paid for visits . just lost a customer of a few years actually bc of this wxpwriwnce and im aure its not the first time . read more
