My son has recurrent shoulder dislocations and recently had his shoulder dislocate while he was sleeping. He needs to move forward with surgical evaluation, so being unable to reach the office is especially concerning. We have also experienced very long waits once we are actually in the office. Based on other reviews mentioning similar concerns, I hope management takes a serious look at the scheduling and communication system. Earliest available appointment was telemedicine about nine days out (next available in-person was 3+ weeks out). The day before my appointment, I received a voicemail stating they won't see me because I have to have an in-person appointment first and urgent care 'doesn't count'. I guess since I'm not dying, they don't need to see me.
