Our house absolutely stinks of new carpets to the point where we have headaches, and the guys were no help as far as how long it'll take to dissipate. We even paid for the "non-toxic" carpet and pads, but apparently the glue+pad they delivered was not the actual EPA-approved product we selected in the store. When we spoke to Shane, a manager at the store, he offered virtually no help and told us to remove our poor review.
