Instead of trying to help peoples problems and make more customers they instead don't care about you and will toss you to the side. They don't want your business nor do they care for it Edit- this guy loves to make you look like the bad guy if you even think about making a bad comment. I'll say this here like I did elsewhere. Instead of helping me with my issue you guys took the issue up to 10. If your first instinct when you get a complaint is to just cancel them and make them never want to be a customer anymore than good luck. You are gonna make a lot of angry customers. And when they do get angry you make it seem like you never did anything wrong. I never was abusive to your staff and yeah I was a little rude but when I hear that you guys ran out of stock and are making people wait for the restock how is that preorder? You simply oversold your stock and don't want to admit it or say sorry. It's really funny actually since on Yelp it asks how can we improve? Well you can improve by trying to reason with customers instead of belittling them and making enemies out of them Edit- no response to the fact that they oversold btw. Just trying to discredit me. Lmao I think you don't understand how bad this looks for you. Buying preorders from you isn't worth it or isn't credible. You don't own up to your mistakes nor do you make up for them. You oversold your preorders so you didn't have any left. I mean what a great business plan.

The display cases are full of gaming cards, and there's a line of tables for card gaming, and the comics they do hAve are so packed in the wall shelf that they're almost bending from the weight and pressure of the book. Also they never get any variants. All the variants they would get are sent to their Flatbush location because they sell for more there. If I gave them a review to 1-5, it's would be a zero because it's a card store, not a club or a bar. I try to call them for a apology, they won't pick up the phone. I think that business should close it's doors.

In our short visit we determined which of us was a *villain*, found some very clever disguises, tried on a cape and tried to fly. It was a awesome time. Oh and this place is actually a learning center for the kids! Disguised as a store. So clever! The staffer/volunteer in front told us there are actually several of these shops set up across the country. ie: Pirate Supply Store in San Fran and the Bigfoot Research Institute in Boston.

My awesome little friend Max loved his evil blob containment device, and he still hasn't made it to the store yet. Brought a friend who was visiting from Los Angeles here the other Day and he was such a sport he tested out the cape on top of the cape tester machine. Given that he's a creative and works with tons of kids I figured the experience would be priceless. End result: it was. He ate it up. Can't wait to hear how much he loves the Time Travel Mart - in Los Angeles, and the Pirate Supply Store in San Francisco. Dave you're an incredible guy! Love the way your brain works, and how contagious your ideas are. http://www.ted.com/talks/lang/eng/dave_eggers_makes_his_ted_prize_wish_once_upon_a_school.html Date Rating: 10 (This is the BEST place to take a person with a beating heart. Just take a peek into the tutoring room in the back with all of the happy kids and volunteers. If your date doesn't think you're cool because you know about this place - dump them immediately). Pick up Scale: N/A (Bring your own friends the people here are fun to talk to but not a place for mingling). Strong Suggestion: Take the train, walk a few blocks, enjoy the restaurants nearby. GREAT afternoon activity, lots of fun things to see and do nearby.
