We recently moved again and everything from the first review still stands! This is such a great company and our movers are ALWAYS so happy to see they are moving bronko boxes! read more

I have moved so many times in different parts of the world and I never look forward to it. But boy, was ordering Bronko Boxes a smart move. Their construction is strong so that there is no worry about whether stacking will endanger items inside. The small boxes were big enough to load with plenty of stuff yet small enough to be moved by one person. The website https://www.bronkobox.com is well done and gave a suggestion to rent for 2 weeks which I did, giving myself seven days to pack and seven to unpack. Less stress. Bo helps a lot. He is organized, prompt and friendly. I can't recommend him enough. Five stars, man! read more

We recently did a double move - relocating two houses into one. It was a big task made much easier by using Bronko Boxes. The boxes are secure, convenient, stackable, and a big timesaver. Brooke and Beau were great to work with. The boxes were delivered on time right to our front porch. Pick up was easy and on time as well. A couple helpful hints: Don't overpack your boxes as they can get heavy. Wear work gloves or use some other padding for the grips. After several trips carrying boxes, your hands may become sore from the plastic grips. Overall it was a great experience. Highly recommended! This is the new way to move! read more

This is an amazing company and the service is top notch. We just moved and this was the best solution we found for packing all our stuff. There is no other way to do it unless you want to suffer even more through the moving process. We packed everything and labeled it and then the movers came and loaded it up. When we got to the new house they new where each box went and commented on how great these boxes were for moving and how quickly they could move them. The owners Bo and Brooke are extremely helpful and professional and I would never think twice about recommending Bronko Box to anyone. They are dedicated to making your moving experience positive and you will be glad you used them. Pricing is very reasonable and they have solutions for every kind of move. If you are moving, don't hesitate to contact them. I don't plan on moving soon, but when I do, I know who I am calling first. read more

In my lifetime I have probably moved at least 20 times and contributed more than my fair share of moving boxes and tape to America's waste systems. I figured it was time to give Bronko Box a try. They're very professional, flexible and prompt! I found the two bedroom package to be generous and I ended up wth about 4-5 boxes I didn't even use. Even if you're using professional packers this is still the way to go. Renting these for one week was less than what movers generally charge for boxes and tape. I don't think the packages come with wardrobe boxes so I made sure to request them. Even if you don't have enough hanging clothes to fill them they're worth it. You can move light, fluffy things like extra linens and comforters in them without having to try and smush them down into one of the boxes while simultaneously trying to close it. read more

So easy and make me feel better about not wasting cardboard! Dropped off at my door and picked up at the new place. They couldn't make it easier! read more

Very responsive, kept us well informed all along the way, met all scheduling promises. Great product and we're excited to use you guys again with the next move! read more

I have used Bronko Box twice in the last 2 years to move. They are absolutely AMAZING! Brooke is so polite and caring over the phone, and Bo goes out of his way to accommodate your needs. My boyfriend and I are both Full-time students with Full-time jobs. This means that we have NO time whatsoever to move. But when we must, these guys come in at the right time at the right price. The boxes themselves are wonderful and make the move soooo easy! In addition Brooke and Bo will go way out of the way to do their best to not add any stress to your already stressful move! They make it so easy for pick up and drop off, no 8 hour waiting periods. If you do not use these guys during your move you are making a mistake! read more

I wish these had been around for my last few moves. The boxes were delivered on time, and packing has never been easier! No more unfolding, taping, or lugging around cardboard boxes, as Bronko Box rental includes a dolly that's custom-fitted to the boxes. They're crush-proof, stackable, and easy to handle, and when you're done unpacking, someone even picks up everything at your new location. No more breaking down and recycling cardboard boxes! It made my movers happy as well, and they were done in record time. The package rental is reasonably priced, so using Bronko Box is a no-brainer, as far as I'm concerned. read more

Had a wonderful experience with Bronko Box! The boxes were delivered and picked up on time and the team was super friendly. Such a cool and environmentally-friendly idea. These were cheaper and easier to move than regular cardboard boxes. We especially loved the dolly- wheeling the boxes made our move go much smoother. Would highly recommend! read more

Not that these guys need any more 5-star reviews, but I'll pile on. What a great service to have. Slick and usable website, extremely professional service, sturdy and durable containers. I'll add my own learning experiences: 1) The 2-week option wasn't long enough. I chose to have them delivered a week before the move and pick-up a week after. Well, right around Day 2, I realized I should have done the 3-week or even 4-week option, since I could have started packing earlier, and at a slower pace. It wouldn't have been that much of an upcharge to get them earlier. If you're on the line, go earlier! 2) The recommendations on packages / box counts are pretty good. I ended up re-using a few containers for quick runs before the big move, and had I packed more economically (i.e., actually using towels and linens as cushioning instead of throwing them all into one container) I probably would have been perfect on the box counts. 3) If you go package, get the one with the dolly. Saved me enormous hassle getting them to and from my car in the parking garage. 4) Just buy the packaging and materials from them. They'll show up with your boxes anyway. Save you the hassle of shopping for them separately. It's not like you're going to feel good saving 60 cents by value shopping for packing paper. MOST IMPORTANTLY, 5) Check with your moving company beforehand and know their weight limits on boxes. I've used Apple Moving many times before, but this was my first time using them with Bronko Box, and the foreman pretty much complained about them the whole time. I got a fun lecture that they were for office moves, not residential, and warned me due to the weight of these boxes empty they could end up charging me for having oversize boxes over 50 lbs. None of them were that heavy, of course (I do know how to fill out a quote) so all that talk was just noise. These containers were a godsend. I would do it all over again if I had to. read more

I am incapable of explaining just how amazing this company is. I initially rented Bronko Boxes for a 4 bedroom move for four weeks. I was led to believe that my house construction would be completed in that time. I placed my entire household stored in Bronko Boxes in storage. Four weeks pass, and my house is not finished. Brooke was very understanding and allowed me to rent the boxes for another four weeks. Guess what...my house was still not completed. By this time I had forgotten my scheduled pick-up day. I received a phone call from Bo stating that he would he was about 30 minutes out from pick-up. I freaked out and explained that the boxes were in storage and full of my crap. He was very understanding and told me to contact Brooke to set up the next pick-up date. Brooke was wonderful and actually discounted our next four weeks. Once again, I had to embarrassingly let Brooke know that my house was still not completed. I am pretty sure she thought I was an idiot at this point, because I sure did! Brooke realized my frustration and stress with this house and decided to no longer charge me for the rental. She just asked that I let her know when I would be ready for pick-up. I was truly amazed by her generosity. Bronko Box could have easily continued to charge me for the rental, but this local company confirmed why I love the compassion of Austinites. I want to be friends with them. :) The boxes themselves were great! I used every single box. They were so much easier and cheeper than cardboard boxes/packing tape. My movers really appreciated the ease and stackability of the boxes. I hope I never move again, but if I do, I will definitely used Bronko Box! I will continue to tell all my friends, family, acquaintances and clients about Bronko Box! read more

These boxes are seriously fantastic and the service that goes along with them can't be beat. As I was planning my move, I wanted to bypass the hassle of purchasing, putting together, and then recycling cardboard boxes. My mover recommended Bronco Box, and I could not have been more pleased with them. They were delivered as promised. The packing was so easy, and they stacked in a compact form once filled. My movers liked moving them. Once I emptied them I called and arranged a pickup. They were there to pick them up when they said they would be. This was an altogether fantastic experience and I can recommend them without reservations. read more

I am so annoyed that I didn't discover these boxes until after I had already packed 40 cardboard boxes worth of my stuff. We still needed a lot more boxes, and these were an absolute delight to use. We got the '1-bedroom move' option. It saves so much time to not have to build/tape cardboard boxes, plus these are so much more sturdy. The process of ordering the boxes was simple, as well as scheduling drop off and pick up. I reserved the boxes for 3 weeks, thinking I would need a week to pack and two weeks to unpack (having a kid slows things down!). Because using these boxes was so quick compared to using cardboard boxes, I probably would have been fine with 2 weeks, but it was nice not having to rush. I would absolutely recommend these to ANYONE who is moving, no matter the size of the move. They are *VERY* reasonably priced, and you don't have to deal with a massive pile of cardboard afterwards. read more

Bronko Boxes are the way to go. I ordered a two bedroom package which seemed like a lot but turned out to be just right. Much better than the cardboard box route. Easy to pack in a sturdy, stackable boxes. Less expensive than cardboard and safer for your household goods. Nice to be able to go green. I recommend them. read more

Just hired Bronco to move from a condo to a new house. They had the most competitive rates and the simplest fee structure. The person I spoke to was also very friendly and was able to setup my appointment without any hassle or complicated forms / deposits. My movers, Rodni and David where great. They showed up on time and were very quick but also very careful not to scratch or ding anything. They were also very respectful and professional. They got the job done in just over two hours which was great considering other companies where estimating it would take 3 to 5 hours for my move. They were also very honest with their time calculation and I had no surprises on my bill. Overall very happy with my desicion to go with Bronco. read more

I will never buy and/or scrounge for moving boxes again! Just used Bronko Box for a ~30 person office move. The boxes saved us a ton vs. buying cardboard boxes and tape. They arrived at our office when promised and once we were done, they were picked up as scheduled. Our movers LOVED the boxes and it actually saved us money on the move as they were able to move much quicker than if they hand to handle a collection of various mis-sized boxes. Moving is not fun, but I know who I'm contacting first the next time I have to do it. Would give these guys a 6th star if I could! read more

I LOVE this company and their service. I have used BB for five moves (2 were my mother's moves) and I will never move without them. Every person I have had contact with has been delightful. Packing is so much easier with the rigid boxes, the ability to stack them when full and nest them when empty. In five moves the only item I had broken was a glass that slipped out of my hands when unpacking....absolutely nothing broken during the actual move. And one of the best parts is psychological....knowing that they're going to pick up the crates gets me motivated to empty them quickly and get on with the business of settling in. HIGHLY recommend. read more

Using Bronko Box probably cut our move time in half. It's affordable and all you have to do is make sure the boxes are all empty by the time you're done. Loading everything is so fast and easy, compared to carrying everything in bags and oddly shaped boxes; and having to return the boxes within the week prompted us to unload everything a lot faster then we would've. My only suggestion is to round down when ordering your boxes, though, because we didn't end up using all of them. read more

Used Bronko Box for both the boxes to pack up my apartment and the moving service. I was surprised by how much the boxes could hold. The guys who came to do the move were very professional and fast. This being my 3rd move in a little over 2 years I would highly recommend them! It was effortless! read more

This is a great option for local moves or other packing needs (we had to pack up our upstairs for new carpeting.) It was easy to order, they arrived on time to drop off, and on time to pick up. The boxes are very sturdy and stack easily. And since the pick-up was scheduled, it forced us to empty the boxes and get stuff put away. Excellent choice for procrastinators! read more

What a great company! Product was heavy duty and customer service was friendly. I strongly recommend for anyone moving!

I had a great experience with Bronko Box - from speaking to Brooke, to Bo delivering and picking up and even moving and unpacking wasn't so horrible! My friend referred me after her move and she was right -- it made packing so much easier. Renting the boxes is actually cheaper than buying moving supplies and you can put SO MUCH in them and not feel bad about them being heavy because of how durable they are. My movers stacked them right up and moved them with no problem -- they really liked them because they are so sturdy. I will definitely use them again and I've been telling everyone I know. A little tip -- definitely add a few extra to your order or make sure you get the correct size package for your home...once you see how good they are you will want to put EVERY LITTLE THING in them!! read more

We rented Bronko Boxes for our move on New Years Eve. Moving is pretty much the most awful and stressful thing in the world, and these boxes took away so much of the awfulness!! Delivery and pick up were a breeze, they made life easy for our movers, and the rental time was a great boost to help us get unpacked faster. I have recommended them to everyone I know that is moving, and will continue to do so. What an amazing service! read more

OMG... THE BEST THING EVER. I hate hate hate moving (who likes it really?) and this company made my move the absolute best! I was able to pack up all my apartment into their boxes that are conveniently delivered to your door and then picked up when you are done. Both drivers were really communicative with the times they were heading over to my apartment to drop off and pick up. Would highly recommend to anyone that wants the easiest experience possible moving. read more

Such a fantastic idea! I was immediately sold when I discovered that such a service existed. So I immediately put in my order for my upcoming move. I just couldn't be more pleased with how it went. Their calculator for how many boxes you need was pretty spot on, although I did order some extra of the larger boxes just to be safe. My movers were thrilled to see no cardboard boxes. I was thrilled to not have to deal with cardboard boxes. My pros and cons list: Cons: You pay for the boxes by how long you have them, so if you like to pack some things well in advance, you'll either need to use cardboard for those things, or be prepared to pay extra The boxes arrive fully assembled so they are THERE and taking up space as soon as they arrive. Pros: No cardboard to recycle or throw away Sturdy Clean For me, having my boxes for one week was cheaper than buying cardboard boxes would have been Really great staff - drop off and pick up was quick and on time Free stickers to use to label your boxes Movers loved them because they stack really well and won't collapse in transit. They provide a wheeled thingy that you can stack boxes on and easily move them around Built-in unpacking deadline - you know those boxes are getting picked up on a certain day, so you NEED to get them unpacked. As much as I hate moving, if I ever have to do it again, I'll absolutely be using Bronko Box again. read more

Great product! I loved using Bronko Box for moving. I will never go back to cardboard boxes again. These sturdy boxes are stackable, lock up without having to tape down, stack easy for movers and the dolly since they are same size. Bronko Box is also convenient since they drop off and pick up the totes. I priced another company for totes, and Bronko was the best deal. Great service and great product! read more

We moved a few weeks ago in the middle of big renovations and juggling our two little kids. I asked around for cardboard boxes but few people had them. I decided it was worth the expense to go with Bronko Box to save time hunting down boxes and assembling them with such a short window of time for packing. They were SO commicative every step of the process. They delivered them promptly with a friendly attitude. We had plenty of boxes for our four-bedroom house. The same person picked them up and was so personable. Just overall a great company to work with and worth every penny! No digging around for the perfect sized box, no packing tape mess, easy to move around (never got too heavy), and our movers loved them! Thanks Bronko box! read more

thank you, bo + brooke for your excellent service. there is no other way to move than using bronko box. ditch the 20th century cardboard box routine. these sturdy, plastic boxes are the bomb. 2 different sizes. be aware that the larger box can get heavy when filled with your items so if your not super strong, stick with the smaller version. getting the dollies is an essential. especially if you are moving to or from a space with concrete floors. the small boxes fit like a glove on the dolly. the larger ones don't fit as well, but still do the job. additionally, the dollies can be used to move other large, bulky items like sofas, chairs, etc. super convenient ordering. drop off was perfect and they accommodated my schedule even though i placed the order the day before i was moving. also, as Beth K noted, having boxes you return after a week means you actually unpack as opposed to leaving yo unnecessary gear in a crapboard box. highly recommend these folks. read more

Seriously made my move 100X easier than any other move I've done. Packing was simple, as I could stack these boxes on one another and not worry about anything inside the bottom boxes getting crushed. The wardrobe boxes not only fit all of my clothes, but I was able to put other items around my clothes and make use of the extra space. Moving was also easier being able to stack the boxes in the truck. I hope I don't move again for awhile, but if I do, I will be using Bronko Box. read more

Bronko Boxes is genius! I was dreading buying a bunch of boxes and tape just to use them for a week and then having to haul them off to the recycle lot. As soon as I saw the service I knew it was for me. Bronko Boxes exceeded my expectations! The booking process was simple and Brooke and Bo were very responsive to all communications. Pricing is perfect with no hidden fees. The plastic crates were amazingly sturdy and the movers loved them. I unpacked quicker than expected, requested an earlier pickup, and Bo was there 12 hours later to pick them up. Highly recommended, I don't know why anyone hasn't done this before. Thanks for everything!! read more

I was trying to do the "green" thing and was hoping to pick up some used boxes for our move recently. A Google search led me to Bronko Box and a quick phone call later, I was all set up with reusable boxes that would not only be delivered to our house and picked up from our new place but they were also CHEAPER than buying boxes! I was shocked! The only thing more shocking was the amazing level of customer service. Everything was a breeze and I would highly recommend Bronko Box to anyone and everyone! Great Austin company! Oh, and the handles on the boxes made moving much easier too. Call them, you'll be thrilled! read more

Literally the coolest thing ever. Super affordable and convenient. Prompt delivery and pick up. I was even able to make some last minute changes with no hassle or charge. It's cheaper than buying cardboard boxes plus you don't have to haul or break them down. I highly recommend Bronko Box and plan to refer them to all of my clients! Brooke and Bo are highly friendly and professional. read more

I was very pleased with the service and communication with Bo. The sizing estimate for our move was spot on (the website sign up is very simple), and the boxes were delivered exactly as promised. We encountered a weather delay with the move and Bo was very accommodating on a new pickup time. And we don't have a ton of cardboard boxes to recycle! Couldn't be happier. read more

If you are moving there is simply no other way to go. It makes moving so much easier and they are so much more cost effective than cardboard. The best part is, at the end of your move you don't have to deal with those cardboard boxes - they pick them back up and your move is OVER! Honestly I am mad I didn't think of this idea for a business. read more

I am so happy I used Bronko Box for my move! They were so professional and the move was seamless. My movers were happy too because it made it so much easier. I can't recommend them enough and will most definitely use them again the future when I move again! read more

This was our first move with Bronko Box (boxes and moving company) and without any hesitation I can say we will use them again and/or recommend them to anyone else who is looking for a better way to move. Brooke made scheduling super easy and offered suggestions on packing up the XL boxes so that I didn't make them too heavy to move! Bo arrived with the (cleaned, stacked and with blank labels that can be repositioned and then written on) at the time we were told and boy were there PLENTY for our 3 bedroom move. Both the large and XL boxes with handles are extremely sturdy. Our package also included 2 rolling dollies that made moving them from room to room a breeze. The boxes stacked perfectly on top of each other once filled. As a mother with 2 toddlers, having the ability to stack them neatly in a corner, out of the way (unlike cardboard boxes that are all sizes) made the house feel less chaotic! On top of using their box service, we also used their moving service. We were scheduled for an arrival time between 8-9 AM. We received a courtesy call before their arrival and not long after that the Bronko Box truck arrived (a little before 8:30). The guys came in, took a quick look at what we had and got to work loading the truck to maximize the amount of stuff we could fit in each load. Our house was 1700 sq ft, and we filled their truck up only 1.5 times, equaling 2 trips. The guys had all the necessary equipment (large bands to keep furniture doors closed, blankets, dollies and tools) making the process go that much quicker. Once at our new house, the guys, who were extremely courteous and polite, took items to their designated room. Let me tell you something... having the labeled Bronko boxes placed in their exact location was HEAVENLY! It took no time for them to unload so that I could get to work unpacking the boxes. Would I use Bronko Box services again? Double yes! Their prices cant be beat and the services they provide makes moving so much easier. read more

great concept, very poor customer service. they literally have no phone number. the one posted is just an outgoing message directing you to the website. One guy texted me after he delivered the boxes, but when I tried to call him at that number, it said their was no voicemail set up. All emails and texts have gone unanswered. If they had competition, theyed be out of business fast. read more

Moving with Bronko Boxes is the way to go. Easy to stack, easy to roll if you get the set of wheels, and easy to label! I moved with them for the second time over the holidays and took advantage of a few back and forth car trips between the houses to move and unpack a few boxes at a time before repacking them for the main (mover-assisted) event. Along with the perk of not contributing to more stacks of cardboard boxes in the recycling bin or trash, I love being able to easily stack and move the Bronko Boxes between rooms. And communication with the Bronko Box team was easy and they were super proactive. Highly recommend! read more

SO EASY!! They gave me a 30 min warning call before dropping the boxes off at my old place & picking them up at the new house on time. Bronko Box made moving a breeze & I will highly recommend it to anyone. I know I'll be using them again! read more
