"Brian/Bryan" while walking away. We left enough cash on the bar to cover our bill with a generous tip just so we could get out of there. Worse dining experience we've had an extremely long time. We hoped to sit outside, but the only available table had broken glass all over it from a busted door. It does have convenient parking and I liked the industrial decor. The service was good and the lady was very nice. One thing I will point out is that one of our glasses had pink lipstick on it from a previous customer. I also appreciate the ample outdoor seating available. Always a big plus for me, even if the outdoor area is really just tables set up on the sidewalk overlooking the parking lot - as it is in this case. The service was fine. It wasn't crazy busy there but the bartender had a little edge to her like we were more on an annoyance than a patron. They have a refill club where you can buy a mug and get your name printed on it with discounted refills. Again I appreciate that kind of thing, but the bartender seemed way more interested in some of the regulars than us. Just the vibe she gave off that night I guess. And lastly the beer...it's solid. Not great, but solid. Lots of darker beers which is fine for me personally, but the darks outnumbered the IPAs, pilsners, etc the night we were there. I'd expect a little more variety. Still, it's good enough that I'd go back next time I'm in Cumberland, but not so good that I'd make a special trip out of my way. The space is outstanding with breezy porches, outdoor fire pits, and even walking trails across the back of the property. In winter, the wood stove keeps the inside nice and toasty. The beers are good, and Jay is a skilled brewer, gradually honing his recipes to the brewhouse. (The Miss Hazy has noticably changed and improved over the past few months.) As opposed to some places with 20+ beers ranging from the odd to the excellent to simply undrinkable, Twisted Oak typically has a range of 6-8 brews on, and all of them quite good. Most importantly, the service is outstanding. Jay and Missy (owners) are welcoming, and the part time help are all friendly and it is obvious they genuinely want you to enjoy the beer and the space. And, well, the dogs and I do.

It just gets way too hot sitting by an uncovered table. It's "self service" and you order at the counter and pick up your food. They have many options for beers.
