She never asked so we decided to order him a double burger with no cheese just to be safe because he has a very sensitive stomach towards Dairy it took over 45 minutes from when we ordered our food for it to actually come out a large group of about 18 people showed up after 20 minutes of us had already being in the restaurant and placing our orders this people were sat all the way around me and my friend and the back table that they were sat at made it hard for my friend to be able to leave the table without bumping into these people and we apologize to those people for where the server had sat them because his wheelchair is so large unfortunately it does get in the way sometimes of other people when I told the other server when our food finally came out that our food is solid cold to the touch micro cheese the cheese was solid it was not warm and ooey gooey by any means his double burger we opened up the potty in between both patties and it was cold to the touch that large group of people that came received all of their food before we received any of ours and all of their food came out steaming hot one of them ordered one of those griddle Skillet meals and you could hear the sizzling from our table when I told the other server about the fact that our food came out after all of those people's food even though we had been in the restaurant for nearly a half an hour prior to them arriving and our food being solid cold to the touch she got a little bit of an attitude and said fine I will go tell your server she went around the corner and told our servers the situation she said though that the only reason that the table with the wheelchair person is upset is because our food came out after other people's food and she was very rude and just saying very untrue things about me and my friend the crazy thing is is that she was speaking in Spanish and she had a very cocky stuck up snotty attitude while she was saying he's very rude things about me and my friend after she was done with her little gossip tantrum she walked by me and my friend and I talked to her in Spanish letting her know that I am fluent in Spanish and that it is completely inappropriate for her to bad mouth customers within not only a visual site but in ear shot and she said she wasn't saying anything wrong she doesn't speak enough English to tell the other server what was going on about how we were unhappy about our order I said it's not the fact that I was unhappy about my order I said that our food is completely cold food is not at a safe temperature to longer eat and I told her it is extremely unprofessional for her to badmouth customers in front of them in any language and that our country is built on diversity and it is built on hundreds of different types of cultures and I have no issue at all with her speaking in any language the only issue I have is the way that she was talking about me and my friend I let her know that she really needs a lesson in empathy humanity and professionalism when I finally did see my server I let her know that it was that our food was cold our server said she would talk to the Cook so she only took my grilled cheese back not my friend's Burger and she came back after another 10 minutes and told me that the cook said that he could put the food in the microwave to heat it up I told her that me and my friend are just leaving and we won't be eating any of this cold food cuz I could eat a cold or microwave grilled cheese at home and she said that she won't charge us for our meals even though we literally didn't eat any of the food I asked to speak with the manager just on the level of disrespect that I was given from both of them servers it took the manager about 20 minutes to come out and she was apologetic towards the situation but she didn't offer for our meals to be cooked and replaced she simply said I'm sorry about that I will talk to them I let her know that we are visiting this area out of state and because of the length of my friends disabilities and the distance that me and him live between each other that this is kind of a big event for us just to be able to spend time together and that this experience definitely put a damper on our trip me and him both don't expect to be treated with special attention or special accommodations absolutely not but I do fully expect people to treat him as an equal and not less than no one in the restaurant apologize to him the entire time everyone would only talk to me even when he would talk no one would even look at him for more than 2 seconds

I took my order to go since it was such an unwelcome environment. The food was not good, very bland and tiny portions. I had a chicken wrap with no seasoning. Just mayo chicken lettuce and tomatoes. The sidewinder fries were okay but there were like 3 of them. I will definitely not go back. I travel for work and I have been trying all the different places in town. This was by far the worst service and rudest staff I have encountered.

The Broken Barrel in Stanfield Or. was such a wonderful gem that I stumbled upon last night when my husband asked me to grab something to eat on my way home from work . The service I received by, Missy, was warm, inviting and friendly, it felt as if I were a regular patron! I ordered their "Burger of the month" (for the life of me I can't remember all what was on it, I just know it was loaded and tasty! My husband will have to do his own review on that one!) and I also ordered the, Siracha Blue Cheese burger. Let me tell you, The Siracha Blue Cheese burger, was nothing short of incredible deliciousness! Between the fresh ingredients and the locally raised beef, it's like their chef preformed a magic trick and served it up for our tasting pleasure. Oh, did I mention they also had adult beverage concoctions as well?! Such a delightful experience and you can bet that my husband and I, will certainly be revisiting anytime we are in the Standfield area. I recently visited The Broken Barrel in Stanfield for the first time to celebrate a friend's birthday. It was a first-time experience for all of us, and I'm happy to say it exceeded expectations. The restaurant was exceptionally clean, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere from the moment we walked in. Our server, Morgan, was outstanding. Stopped in tonight & loved the food and service & ofcourse how cute this little place is! Melissa was our waitress and informed us of all the newest items on the menu. We had the sampler platter and 2 different burgers & a fully loaded grilled cheese. Everything was cooked perfect and tasted so delicious, we were stuffed & had leftovers. Our waitress offered us what sounded to be amazing desserts but we had cake waiting for us at home (bummer), so next time for sure. The other server was pleasant as well and checked on us as too! Stanfield is a sweet, small farming community. Broken Barrel was a welcome addition to our small town, which supports a Subway, McDonalds, and Mexican restaurant. We were definitely ready for the Broken Barrel! They have a nice menu, and the food is wonderful. It is always fresh and beautifully presented, whether you are eating in or taking dinner home to enjoy. The dress is casual, a pair of nice jeans and a t shirt are welcome, so there is not alot of dressing up to do! The prices are fair for the high quality of food, plan on $10-15 for a great sandwich, salad and a drink. read more

I ate at Broken Barrel with two friends and we each ordered something different. The menu offered so many delicious sounding choices! I had the tequila lime burger and it was so unique; excellent choice! My friend had the grown up grilled cheese. We all tasted it and would recommend it. Great combination of tastes.
