After negotiating, several phone calls and walk around videos I made a phone deal on a Friday for a…read morevehicle $119k purchase price. The next day after not hearing from them to schedule a closing day and time I called to confirm. The young salesman was busy, but later a sales manager called me and told that they had made a mistake, and someone had already put a deposit on the vehicle nearly a week earlier. This dealership is not that big... how does a manager not know they've sold a $119k vehicle a week earlier? These guys are not that big, or was there more to the story? I tried to give a deposit, but they said not to worry about it, they would hold it. As I write this review it's two days after they told me they had made a mistake and the car is sold... Looking at the website they are still listing this as for sale. They said they made a mistake, but still have not corrected the website or ads. Poor management, poor business practices. Look back on the recent reviews.. A Michael W had the same issue. How are they still in business?
