For context, after purchasing a used Audi from Carvana, I brought the vehicle to the Parker Audi facility to be inspected and fix a defect (cracked headlight, resulting in full headlamp replacement) undisclosed by Carvana. Although I was told upon the car's delivery the defect would be covered, neither Carvana nor the warranty company would take responsibility for the fix when I spoke to them, claiming it was a cosmetic concern. Long story short, following around a week of acquiring parts and discussion with the warranty company (on Michael's part), mechanics were able to finalize fixes, with all the repairs, including a new OEM headlamp, covered by my warranty company. Thank you so much Michael for going through all the trouble for a first-time customer, and thanks to the whole Parker Audi team for making my experience (as well as my ride) as smooth as possible!

They sold my grandmother a 2017 Ford Escape in DANGEROUSLY POOR condition. The condition of this vehicle was so dangerous it should not have left the lot. Any other mechanic who has looked at it has asked me: who last looked at the car and who sold me the car because it is in such poor condition. The Mechanics have responded in alarm to seeing the vehicle and have stressed that whoever has handled this vehicle previously has scammed me. Upon purchase of the vehicle there was already a number of concerns. The tires they allowed the car to leave the lot with were completely bad. My grandmother had to file a complaint with them and brought the car back to demand the tires be replaced. A demand the dealership agreed with after looking at the condition of the tires that they sold to her. The windshield also had a substantial Crack. Most alarmingly is the discovery made is that three three bolts were completely missing from the front differential. This is not just neglect; it's a severe safety hazard. These bolts are required for the car to operate safely. The attached photos show the extent of the damage. The fact that they allowed this car to leave the lot in such a state is beyond irresponsible--it's outright dangerous. These dishonest salespeople didn't just scam us; they recklessly endangered my life. This level of negligence and FLAT-OUT SHADY BUSINESS is unacceptable. If you're thinking about doing business with D3 Auto Sales, I urge you to reconsider and find a dealership that truly values integrity and customer safety.
