Scheduled an oil change and rotation for 9:30 am. I dropped off at 9:00 am and received a text at…read more9:10 letting me know they had my vehicle for oil & rotation. I texted them at 12:00 pm for an update, and again at 12:40 pm with no response. I called at 1:00 pm and was told my service person was on the phone. I left him a message to call me back, no response. I called a second time at 1:30 pm and told them that no one had replied, and after holding for a few minutes, I was told it would be ready in 5 minutes. When I arrived at the service department, it took them 5 minutes to locate my service ticket. When I finally got my keys and found my vehicle, I asked why it took so long for a scheduled oil change (5 hours later) and was told it was customer service's fault for scheduling too many oil changes that day. The bottom line is that they don't care about the service they are providing. No one accepted responsibility for the bad service and blamed someone else. This is management's fault for allowing their team members to give crappy service and act like they are inconvenienced by the customer.

I spoke to a salesman and we had everything figured out. I didn't have enough for the down payment so he told me to come back in a few days when I got paid again and that we would do the paperwork. When I returned a few days later with the down payment it suddenly had jumped up in price 2000 dollars which I didn't have. I didn't understand it at all, my only conclusion was that when I went back I met with someone different, the owner. I couldn't understand why this person upped the price upon seeing me. The only conclusion that hit me was that I was a Mexican women entering their business buying a luxury car because everything with the other man was set, everything was good, he even called me that morning to make sure I was coming. I left upset and heartbroken. After I posted my review on Facebook expressing my feelings about the situation I was contacted and asked to remove my review about feeling discriminated and that they would give me the car for the down payment I was originally told. I was given a lame excuse about how they had to fix something on the car and that's why it shot up in price. I didn't want to believe what I thought was going on so I agreed to remove my feedback and took the car. After leaving with the car I noticed it was popping in the front when I turned into my driveway. I reported it to the salesman and he told me that it would need to be checked out and that they would pay for the repair since it was damaged and doing that before it left the lot. I put it off for a few months because of the COVID scare was kicking up and I have a son with uncontrolled asthma and didn't wanna risk getting him sick. Anyways I eventually took it to the people they requested and of course they told me they didn't see anything wrong. When I pushed them that something was wrong and took them for a ride in the car they told me they didn't know what it was and that it was probably something small and needed power steering or something. I said okay and drove it for a month and a half and it started to get worse even after putting powering steering fluid in. I finally took it to a repair man of my choice (not the one they requested I take it to) and he found the ball joint needed to be replaced and was the cause of the popping and that it was pretty damaged. I explained to him the situation I was having and he said that it was likely messed up when I left the car dealership. He also found that the wheel senor was out to because I had him check it and he said it was also most likely messed up when I left the car dealership since it never worked. I was charged $80 for the sensor and $500 for the ball joint and labor. I contacted Carcity to tell them and to ask to either be reimbursed or to be credited for the money I had to pay out of pocket for the repairs and they told me no. I expressed to them that it was really crabby of them to do this. I have 3 children that are with me always in that car. They sent me to someone only they would pay for and he said nothing was wrong. But when I take it to someone else not affiliated with them they find the problem and also tell me that me or my children could've been seriously hurt or even died had that ball joint snapped at the right time. So after learning all of this, I call CarCity and I'm told no. I expressed that I worked and talked to the salesman named Mike and he said "Well Mike don't work here no more so..". Baffled I just said "Okay well I'll just redo my review of my experiences. Thanks for your time" and hung up. All I expected was for them to hold up on what I was told but they didn't. I was told it needs to be in writing which of course it wasn't. I was just told this by one of their reps that they would fix it and I believed they would keep their word which was stupid on my part for me thinking that considering how everything started after meeting the owner and the down payment shooting up. So I came home to share my experience I've had with this company. I'm not here to slander them, I'm just stating what was said and what happened. This is not an attempt to collect the reimbursement for the issue they tried to sweep under a rug risking my entire families lives to save a few hundred bucks. This is for me to warn everyone to be cautious when dealing with them. I wasn't trying to even be greedy about it and collect for the sensor. Just the problem I have discussed with them multiple times and was told that they would pay for. But I love my car, it's a good car. But the people I've talked to, and worked with at this establishment are nasty people that I will never work with again. I will not remove this review so do not bother contacting me about it. You guys have made me feel horrible about this and all I did was expect to be treated fairly.

The lady in the office explained the trailer cost $2,250 and they have financing available. Naturally, I inquired how much it would cost to finance this trailer. Shr stated with a $250 deposit the financing was going to cost me $4,250. Now, I'm no rocket scientist and I understand financing, but that price is just absurd. I would venture to say almost criminal. If you think about how much money that would be it would be double the price. How is it legal for any business to do this?
