I went to these folks with a 2005 Chevy suburban with low miles in great condition had brand new…read moretires on it and traded it in for a 2015 Kia optima they gave me $3000 off the total price of the Kia optima after making me jump through hurdles to get the Kia optima the Kia optima had a check engine light on they would turn off every time I brought it in the engine blew on the Kia optima within the first year luckily it was under warranty from Kia and I was able to get it replaced but at that time is when I was informed that most of the parts under the hood were salvage parts from a pick and pull location I was charged $20,000 plus interest on a Kia optima and it's been in the shop constantly for nearly the last four years I tried to address it with the dealership who had no desire to address the issue I filed a complaint with the Arkansas Attorney General's office but the outcome was as any when the business is uncooperative they state the manager that sold me the vehicle has left to another company and placed the problem onto him even the individual that did my application I had him on video cursing me inside the dealership which I brought to the managers attention and provided the video and the Manager took over my application process it was able to get me approved within days although the individual doing my application before the manager was taking weeks accused me of being a drug dealer and operating fraudulently because I had more than one bank account and the amount of money I made to him was suspicious so he was dragging out my application which is absurd unprofessional and unethical I would not recommend this used car dealership to anyone for any reason the process is extremely difficult the cars or at least the car I purchased was honestly a lemon and after they sell you a car that's the end of that any and all problems are now yours

Scheduled an oil change and rotation for 9:30 am. I dropped off at 9:00 am and received a text at…read more9:10 letting me know they had my vehicle for oil & rotation. I texted them at 12:00 pm for an update, and again at 12:40 pm with no response. I called at 1:00 pm and was told my service person was on the phone. I left him a message to call me back, no response. I called a second time at 1:30 pm and told them that no one had replied, and after holding for a few minutes, I was told it would be ready in 5 minutes. When I arrived at the service department, it took them 5 minutes to locate my service ticket. When I finally got my keys and found my vehicle, I asked why it took so long for a scheduled oil change (5 hours later) and was told it was customer service's fault for scheduling too many oil changes that day. The bottom line is that they don't care about the service they are providing. No one accepted responsibility for the bad service and blamed someone else. This is management's fault for allowing their team members to give crappy service and act like they are inconvenienced by the customer.
