He didn't drive that truck 2 months until the rear end went out. He turned to Satterfield for help and they pretty much told him to xXxX himself... After spending $19,000 on a truck worth no more than $13,000...he was out another $3000. He didn't get it out of the drive at the mechanic shop when the transmission goes out.... Another $5500. Drives it for 5 weeks then the motor blows... Well he could not afford another $6000 so he has to let the finance company come and get it.... If you have any doubt of what I'm saying, just speak to the mechanic (Brian Purdy) he knows exactly who I'm talking about... If you think about it tho..Car dealers like Satterfield and Landers explains why God created Hell.. He needed a place put them!!!

The engine had to be replaced, the air doesn't work, the oil pan had a crack in it and multiple belts broke. It is 100% a LEMON. You'd be better off walking everywhere then buying from this place.

My 2018 GMC Sierra had mechanical issues one evening two weeks ago and I took it to Everett the…read morenext day which was Saturday. I knew that I wouldn't hear anything over the weekend and on Monday morning they called. Caleb, our service advisor, said that a lifter had failed and caused extensive damage to the motor. I thought I luckily had an extended warranty and Caleb said he would submit it for authorization for repairs. The warranty company requested photos of the damaged parts and I had to authorize the teardown in the event it wasn't covered. I consented and it was torn down and photos were submitted. The warranty company then requested receipts from all of the oil changes going back to 2023, which I had and submitted. I without fail always have my oil changed on time. The warranty company then came back and said they were sending out an inspector to look at the parts. Finally, the inspector arrived and agreed that it should be covered and submitted his recommendation and then one day later the work was authorized. Everett GMC's service advisor Caleb always called me with updates every step of the way. This process happened over a two week time. I became frustrated at why it took the warranty company so long to approve the repairs but Caleb never shied away from calling me. Today, I picked up my repaired vehicle and everything is fixed and what a relief to have a great customer experience from the dealership. I could have had my truck serviced at a dealership closer to my home but I will go to Everett from here on out.
