Generally speaking they take care of you until you sign for the vehicle then you're on your own. I guess I'll just put my own money up and encourage others to not visit this location.

The salesmen here are not the average non feeling will say anything uncaring men and women that most other dealerships tend to have so that is also another good reason to choose Economy. The listing said vehicle price $13,950 with a down payment of $1,395 (10%) 11% interest rate and a balance of $12,555 to be financed with a payment of $273. My credit was in the good range of 621-699. We liked the jeep and called the lot. We confirmed the price to be $13,950 with the down payment of $1,395 and a balance to finance $12,555. They said that is correct. We asked what warranty comes with the jeep. They said 24 months 24,000 miles. So looked like a good deal. Asked for the Vin so we could get the insurance ready. The title was rebuilt and that was concerning. We went to the lot and asked about the rebuilt title. The owners name is Abdullah Al-maliki. He said the vehicle was hit on the driverside rear. For context, after purchasing a used Audi from Carvana, I brought the vehicle to the Parker Audi facility to be inspected and fix a defect (cracked headlight, resulting in full headlamp replacement) undisclosed by Carvana. Although I was told upon the car's delivery the defect would be covered, neither Carvana nor the warranty company would take responsibility for the fix when I spoke to them, claiming it was a cosmetic concern. Long story short, following around a week of acquiring parts and discussion with the warranty company (on Michael's part), mechanics were able to finalize fixes, with all the repairs, including a new OEM headlamp, covered by my warranty company. Thank you so much Michael for going through all the trouble for a first-time customer, and thanks to the whole Parker Audi team for making my experience (as well as my ride) as smooth as possible!
