Was in Need of a repair on My Truck (2015 Ram 1500 V6) The problem oil filter house (common with jeeps) need to be replaced badly. Call Jones Garage. Set up a drop off time and boom had it back the next day.... Took of on a trip the day out of the shop.... Got 100 miles into it check engine light came on..... Called and spoken to Nikki. If u can get it back here safe and we will look into it . And they did. Thank you Nikki and to your staff for taking care of my vehicles I will be returning and send other coustomers in. Whew! This place was not what I expected.2013 Kia Sorento needing a new timing chain... so they ordered a "timing kit" I was quoted $1600.00 which I was told included labor. Well when I got the call in the morning 8 days later ..to pick up my car the total was a blind sided $2081.00 which was $481.00 more than I expected. The explanation was well it just didn't sound right so my dad put in a new water pump.... thanks for NOT asking me first. I paid the bill only to find out the water pump comes included in the timing kit. Which i found at Auto Zone For $250... now I know the parts ended up coming from Kia to get the correct fitting. I get labor cost but the total part charges were $1322.00 ...Minus the $250.00 ...yeah what a overwhelming price hike. In all honesty I feel taken advantage of because I was a female and was in a spot where I needed my car so I could get to work. But next time I'll just buy the parts myself and have a mechanic put them on. I will not do business here nor recommend them! read more

Had an Oldsmobile Cutlass that was losing power on hills. Was pretty sure it was the transmission. Figured i'd have it looked at before I move on. Brought it to him and he said he was sure it was my fuel pump. I said what if it isn't. He said he's positive. Payed him almost $1000 for the repair. Pick up the car and go to gas it up. Fuel starts gushing out of the bottom of the car. Bring the car back to him. They work on it and tell me i'm good. Pick it up again the car barely goes into gear now like they beat on it or something. Gas up the car again fuel gushes out of the bottom. Bring the car back and he slams the door on me saying come back tomorrow. Piece of shit wouldn't even talk to a customer that he ripped off. Finally they fixed the fuel leak that they created with their shit repair. I tell him the car is still running rough and he says oh yeah your transmission is going. I say isn't that what I told you and you said it was 100% the fuel pump. He tried to play dumb and act like he wasn't the one working on the car. This asshole did piss poor unnecessary work on my car, got me in trouble with my job for having to leave work so many times to get my car, and put me in the poor house. Him and his dumb daughter at the desk couldn't have cared less. He's a piece of shit and you've been warned. read more

Had a 2007 ford truck, that was missing. Took it to Kenneth Jones Garage, for a tune-up. Truck was still missing, Mr. Jones said it had compression problems needed another motor. I had another garage put in another motor, was still missing. That was after $700.00 I had to pay other garage , to find out why it was still missing. Mechanics put in another set of spark plugs, they said whomever installed plugs first time, had installed faulty spark plugs. Took plugs back to Jones garage, for plugs and some labor reimbursement. He offered to refund plugs but no money for labor. I refused refund for plugs because he offered no labor refund. He was going to take plugs back for refund to parts store, he would not be out money. I was out $410.00 plus what I gave other garage to find out why truck was missing. He wrote BBB that I had only half of plugs with me but other 4 plugs were in my truck. He said I was the one that asked for tune-up, I said yes I was but I could have taken my business somewhere else. I wish that had went to another garage. You have been warned.
