They ran a diagnostic on our car with a scanner and didn't find any errors. I can't remember which one of them tapped the emergency brake but the light went out. I then came back on and he did it again. Again it went off. He took the car for a ride to test the brakes and all was fine!! He said we were good to go and the warning light shouldn't come back but if it did just hit the emergency brake. We tried to pay them and they said no we didn't do anything to fix the car. I am out of excuses for this business. I had no problem spending my money with them but it appears they can't deliver on their service. Repeated inquiries into my vehicle with very little, to no feedback, is unacceptable. I have tried repeatedly to contact the owner with no response in the last month or 2. I will not litigate this on the internet. I just need a man to man conversation. I don't have time for a business that repairs cars not to repair the car. Hell, they have had it in their possession almost more than I have.
