I have had my 2009 Volkswagen for 1 year and 7 months and haven't even put 7,000 miles on it. I have spent over 30% of the total cost on fixing the piece of junk. The engine had to be replaced, the air doesn't work, the oil pan had a crack in it and multiple belts broke. It is 100% a LEMON. You'd be better off walking everywhere then buying from this place.

We purchased a 2008 saturn vue about a year and a half ago, not even a week after signing papers,…read morewe get a call that they messed up the numbers and for us to come back, not only did they change the price of the car to $9,800.00 from $7,500.00. They didn't apply my trade in on either contract first or second one. The saturn broke down 2 days after purchase aswell. We had to buy a new battery, alternator, and 6 spark plugs (even though we were told to bring it up there in a week and they would fix it). They say they give you 15 days to change your mind on the sale etc. Well needless to say we couldn't do that because they sold my trade in which was a Honda accord 2 days after we left from the first time signing our contract/lease agreement. It took them 8 months to get us the title and paperwork to be able to register the vehicle, we kept having to go up there every 45 days to get a new temp tag. Needless to say the saturn has been sitting in the garage not running for months and we have no idea whats wrong with it nor do we have the extra money to fix it after spending so much to fix it when we first bought it!!! I wish they would make it right by either putting us in a different vehicle or track down my trade in and give it back and cancel the sale, or find us a vehicle to put us in for the amount of Kelley blue book of my trade in... DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM HERE!!!!!! they are able to finance you easily because they are going to be selling you a lemon. Thats why they keep so many luxury cars in inventory to sale, like BMW, Lexus, infinity, all the time as a front to make it seem like they are doing you a favor...its a shame...if you go on their Facebook page you will see that this has happened to many people in arkansas that bought from them in the review section. Even in the comment section of pictures of the vehicles people have bought..... Just please go somewhere else!!!! No one deserves this.
