Do not waste your time dealing with Scott Mead. I can't speak to the integrity of his business parter but Scott is a man without honor. I drove 8 hours to purchase a truck from him and then an hour outside Little Rock the listing was marked as sold. I was two hours early from the time we scheduled. Not even a notification given to tell me to turn back around, a complete waste of time. His business partner was sympathetic to my experience, I showed him the texts Scott and I sent. While on the road Scott ignored my call and then the business partner asked me if I would like to drop him a line. I called again and it was ignored once again. Then the business partner, clearly frustrated by the deal, called Scott himself and he picked up on the 2nd ring. If a deposit was requested to hold the truck I would have given one but I took him at his word and made efforts to show up well in advance.
