The ones yall use leave glue residue on my lower lashes and I've never experienced that issue with other providers in the past. Also, the store is not that clean. The retail walls are dusty and the bathrooms need a steam clean. I'd toss out the air fresheners in the bathroom too - they are toxic for humans. Last suggestion.... Please please please get rid of the terrible music. I've had a lash lift done before and it looked amazing compared to this. I feel as if I can't even leave the house. There is no way mascara can even go on these. I called back today to see what they could do about it and explained how upset I was about the whole situation and they simply told me they did everything right and there's nothing they could do for me. I was really looking to get this lift done as a little pick me up but this has been an awful experience and truly the exact opposite. And I was very disappointed that they stated they did nothing wrong and that I would just have to wait for them to grow out because they carry the perming solution but not a relaxer.
