Had an MRI with Technician Cesar who is the best at keeping a claustrophobic client calm. So patient and kind. He is the main reason for 5 stars. He helped me to keep my eyes covered the whole time, because even with an open machine, one is still claustrophobic. Bonus, the machines are FAST!! Half the time of before...albeit so loud. Parking is on side of building which is sort of challenging but at least there is some parking. Very stuffy, warm waiting room, with strong scents (cologne, perfume?), a fan is desperately needed. All Staff were nice. Bathroom has a hook on the door for your purse, always a good sign. read more

VERY poor customer service. I have been trying since October 1st to get an appointment for an MRI. I have the drs order, my ID and PPO Insurance which I have given them twice now. They keep saying they will get back to me and 6 weeks later no response. I have to give up. This practice is terrible. read more

terrible service! My mothers appointment was at 1:15 it is now 2:22 . She has a back injury and can't sit for very long . And two weeks ago she has to wait 3hrs!!! To get her X-ray if it weren't for me asking when she'd get passed through who know when they would call her We were the only people in the room until more patients started to show up and they were being called. I over heard a guy say he was 30 minutes early to his appointment and immediately got taken in. It's ridiculous to have a patient waiting. And knowing they had a lot of water to drink before their appointment. Get this fixed!! And for reference , be sure to let the Patient know how ridiculously long their going to have to wait . First of all, they are disrespectful. So I bought my mom in for her appointment. When I scheduled the appointment, they said 6:15 p.m. Then they called my mom and told her it was 6:15 p.m., so we got there earlier. I waited, and then it was 6:34 p.m., and I asked how much more time, and they said her appointment was at 6:45 p.m. I am disappointed because we were told a different time. You guys need to be honest when you call to confirm the appointment because I wouldn't have gotten here way earlier. I will be asking my insurance to never send me to this place because it's not the first time I have had something similar happen in the past in this same place. read more

Bummed this place didn't do it's due diligence before wasting my day. I had my referral, appointment, and everything I needed for this appointment. They call me less than 2 hours before my appointment asking me to do them a favor and come in, in 45 minutes. Obviously, that is a pain but I accommodate their request and change my other appointments around and head over. I get there and they wont see me. There was an insurance issue, and my options are to pay out of pocket or leave and make calls / figure out the issue. I ask to speak to the Office Manager and get told she's in a meeting. I'm curious if the meeting was about checking insurance before calling people and having them come in for literally nothing. I wouldn't have wasted more of my time writing this but unfortunately, in a world were we can do so little to the health care world, it's important to call out places when you can. The place had an arrogant vibe and the fact I couldn't speak to anyone is weird, crazy, unprofessional, etc. read more

I don't understand this place. The first time I tried to schedule an appointment there wasn't any kind of issue on the phone. I got a hold of someone immediately, they allowed me to text over images of my referral paperwork and then followed up with me. I wasn't able to go because of some hold up on my primary doctor's side. I tried booking another appointment after my doctor cleared things up and here's where all the trouble is. I tried calling 5 times just to schedule my appointment. The first time no one answered after 10 mins, the next 2 times someone answered and then just hung up on me, the next 2 times someone answered and tried to transfer me to the scheduling department after I had already gone through the automated system FOR SCHEDULING, still no one answered. I'm asking my doctor to send me somewhere else because I can't even schedule an appointment here! read more

This place was fantastic! We were greeted by two friendly and helpful guys at the front desk. My son had forgotten to bring his insurance card and they were so helpful and were able to find everything we needed online so he could keep his appointment. Their names were Rafi and Eric and I'm so grateful to them. After we filled out the paperwork, my son was taken to the MRI room by a wonderful man named Alex. He was cheery and fun! He made my son feel very comfortable and not stressed at all about the procedure. I cannot say enough about how fantastic Alex was to my son Zach... And to us, his parents. Seriously, this was one of the best medical experiences we've ever had in my life with a fantastic group of people. If I could... I'd give them double the amount of stars...I would! Oh... I have brought my kiddos to get x-rays here. The staff is friendly, and the process of the x-rays is pretty quick. It is also a clean place.

I went in for a dexa scan and parking was easy with plenty of street parking. The staff at the front desk were very polite in person as well as on the phone the day before. The waiting area was clean and open. I filled out paperwork and was called within 10 minutes. The staff doing the dexa scan were very nice as well. Very organized and everything ran smoothly. I have visited this location twice and both times I received very good service. I had my first mammogram today and I was a bit nervous and thank God the technician Arpi was very friendly and explained the process.I felt at ease during the whole time. I checked in 15 minutes before my appointment and I was called exactly at my appointment time. It was easy for me to set up an appointment. In fact the receptionist called me to to ask when I would like to schedule an appointment.
