    This is possibly the WORST COMPANY I have ever dealt with. The call takers for the most part don't…read morespeak English well at all. I have had internet problems with them for over two years.They send out a technician and he finds a new problem each time,yet many problems aren't solved. Today I spent an hour and a half on the phone.Finally I got to speak with a supervisor that barely spoke English and she told me Breezeline doesn't install the equipment,they just give it to the customer.She said if they install using cables it's only a courtesy . I asked her about compensation,I pay $250 a month for service.She said there's nothing she can do. I reached out to the corporate office in Massachusetts,guess what, they gave me a number to call and it was the same robot same number. Travestry,pathetic,inexcusable horrible customer service!

I have an account number and verify with a text message, no PIN. The recordings say my address is "4," and then ask for a pin as verification. I have no PIN! Then I am disconnected. The one time I spoke to a person, it ended up being the sales dept (855-211-4917 then "1" for customer rep). I was transferred supposedly to the correct department. After being on hold, the connection dropped on their end. When I dialed the same number back, it went to their automated recording where pressing 1 means you want the "help" to be in English. I am now attempting once again via breezeline chat. I have been waiting 40 mins. The only response I have gotten from them on THEIR site has been that I need to assume responsibility for protection of my personal information if I wish to proceed. A company that specializes in communication that cannot communicate and your communications with them are potentially not protected. Still waiting...One Google search for Breezeline which did not include an 800 prefix, the numbers 302-378-0780 and 302-378-1478 were listed under the New Castle City Chamber of Commerce. The first number was a recording, was Breezeline, but said the office was closed due to the COVID pandemic (today is 4/30/2026) and referred me to 888-536-9600 (recording, no human) and the 1478 number was related to Verizon and the recording said there was no representative, click.

    My response back to Astound:…read more I made over 7 attempts to have by quote fixed to no avail. Astound kept increasing the price from $177 to $208. So happy I am not a customer. I saw their true colors on how they didn't care and they didn't want to fix the issue. Also, ASTOUND kept saying they don't have this information on the quote. I sent their own email to them 3 times with no resolution. I believe all the bad reviews on this and other websites. ASTOUND is merging with another company if you haven't heard. ASTOUND has 3 emails from me so they have the documentation. I asked to speak to a manager and they said 24 to 48 hours wait. I have notified the Better Business Bureau as well as the Secretary of State Office in Massachusetts with complaints about their deceptive sales practices and fraud. I was quoted one price and called to get it corrected and they didn't honor the price. I was quoted a price of $177 and when I called customer service they said price was $208. in addition, they didn't believe me as the customer even though I have a receipt of the amount. Customer Service said we see $0 dollars in our system since you haven't received your bill. How can Astound expect people to accept a service without a quote. I was quoted 4 free cable boxes and remotes and that wasn't honored. Overall, the worst experience ever and happy I am not going to be a customer. Clearly, they don't care about the customer and don't know how to provide sales quotes. Don't believe their sales since they will charge you a separate price. Be aware, you are not locked in for 5 years on the price. That is only internet, so be prepared for large increases. DONT TRUST ASTOUND SALES OR CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY LIE ABOUT PRICING AND SERVICES.

    Non Existent Customer Service The product itself is good…read more Some of the practices and customer service are awful. I lost my entire Outlook address book as a result. Xfinity just sent me an email stating that my password had changed and that if it wasn't me that changed it, to call 1 800 New Delhi. So, I now can't access my email and I'm thinking I've been hacked. I log in to my Xfinity account to find that they've disabled my password and that I need to create a new one for security purposes, which I did. Now I have to reset my Microsoft account also as the two are tied together. Would it be too much to ask to send an email stating that it's time to reset your password for security purposes and please take the following steps? After calling 1 800 New Delhi and going through phone menu Hell, I'm now on hold with with an Xfinity rep waiting for assistance with changing my Outlook password. The assistant "Mary" is obviously speaking through an AI translator because I can hear people speaking in Hindi or Farsi which immediately changes to English, filters any accent and changes voice intonation which in and of itself is super irritating. While holding for an "email specialist", Mary is trying to upsell me on a different plan (seriously?!) 30:15 minutes later, AI translated email specialist, "Phil" picks up and is happy to help me change my Xfinity password.... Phil couldn't grasp what had happened and the fact hat I needed help with OUTLOOK, not XFINITY. Phil later mentioned that if I was having Outlook problems that I should call Outlook.... After some choice words, I hung up. I'll figure it out myself. Xfinity "customer service" is truly a joke and a waste of time.

I dealt with multiple people, multiple mistakes that were made, a technician having to come to the house (meaning I had to miss a day of work) and too many hours to count on the phone trying to get my package back to what it was to begin with prior to losing power and service.
