I personally can not say "THANK YOU",enough to the MASSACHUSETTS CONSTABLE SERVICE how they…read morerecently handled my situation of Evicting a convicted Felon from 2012 that was a recent tenant of my vacant apartment. I thought I had vetted him enough by his employer who in fact gave him a glowing recommendation. (I should have had MCS do a complete background check on this person first) But from day 2 of his signed lease, the tenant broke many of the signed clauses and non payment of rent. Christopher, took all my information, and guided me step by step and even though it was hit or miss with the tenants continuous antics and lying at every step of my Eviction Process, Christopher gave me a few scenarios how the process could work out so I was prepared and informed. The MCS REALLY CAME THRU, TODAY WAS A GREAT DAY! and I can honestly say that Christopher and the Staff of MCS put my mind at ease and I can now move on with knowing Christopher did it all Legal and Swift. A huge "Thank you" and my gratitude for their excellent service will not be forgotten. I promise to speak about MCS in hopes others in my situation will know and hire the "Very Best", in Eviction Processes and other Legal Issues. I will sleep well tonight! Thank you Christopher Thank you Massachusetts Constable Service Law has prevailed! JR QUINCY, Ma.

I consider myself an extremely resourceful, natural problem solver, but I had gotten to a point where I simply didn't even know what questions to ask, and was starting to break my golden rule of never becoming emotional about a business problem. I've been meeting with George and Dominic, who are among the most engaging, pleasant people (not just attorneys) I've ever met. I come from a family of attorneys and bankers, and have built a rather narrow, framed opinion of both fields. I'm happy to say that this firm is simply the cream of the pedigree crop, that has opened my eyes on how real estate is and should be done. George and Dominic walked me through everything that I need to consider, were very clear about my options, provided suggestions, and most importantly, helped me understand the financial considerations of whatever path I choose. I highly recommend this firm for whatever real estate business you are engaged with in Boston. Simply beyond expectation.
