However, when I got home, I discovered I had chemical burns on my scalp, neck and face, as well as a blister on my ear that broke the skin. I've had many color treatments and balayages in the past and this has never happened to me before, so I'm very concerned. I love my hair, but the skin damage makes this a really tough experience.
