The rate was more than reasonable and could squeeze us in the next day. Talking to Elizabeth really put us at ease and everything was explained thoroughly. Checking in was a breeze. Meeting Elizabeth was very pleasant. And, Dr. Phan was so nice and friendly. Mog and he had a good chat. It seemed like old friends meeting up again. I ended up changing my mind and asked for my money back. They gave me a hard time and tried to explain why we needed to pay that huge fee for services that are covered by his insurance!! They got me set up for cleaning and cavity fillings. They showed me the exact teeth that needed care and walked me through the filling process. It was reassuring since I am nervous with this stuff. One of the staff members kindly offered me a tissue and shared some tips to help me relax, which I truly appreciated. The doctor thoroughly explained the procedure and reviewed my X-rays with me beforehand. After the numbing shots, I was amazed at how quickly the tooth was removed I didn't feel a thing! He had already told me what noises and sensations to expect, including a little pressure and tugging, which helped ease my anxiety. I was so relieved when it was over. The doctor and his assistant were both kind and professional. The assistant carefully reviewed all of the post-op instructions with me and also provided written instructions to take home.
