Everything came together perfectly. We also ordered the Basil Pomodoro after one of the staff members recommended it, mentioning that it's one of their most popular items. They definitely didn't steer us wrong! It was incredible, and honestly, I'd order it over and over again. The creamy stracciatella cheese (a lighter, creamier version of burrata) paired perfectly with the sundried tomatoes and basil. If we hadn't already ordered the California Melt, we probably would have gotten a second Basil Pomodoro because it was that good. For drinks, we tried the Iced Strawberry Matcha, which came with strawberry purée at the bottom and strawberry cold foam on top. I'd easily give it a 9/10--it was refreshing and delicious. Right when we walked in the door, we were hit with the smell of freshly baking bread.
