From the start, my project did not include what I understood to be their standard process, which typically involves a pre-job walkthrough and a post-job inspection with the homeowner. In my case, that process did not take place. In hindsight, that missing step appears significant, as several issues were not identified or addressed early. Over the following two years, IBEX returned to my home approximately 4-5 times for installation-related issues. These included step flashing problems that resulted in shingles lifting in affected areas, ridge vent replacement due to improper product selection for the roof design, and replacement of damaged gutters. Minor cosmetic damage was also documented during this period. IBEX did respond in most cases and performed repairs, but the frequency of return visits was higher than expected for a new installation. More recently, while performing routine maintenance in my attic, I discovered organic growth and requested a full inspection. During that inspection, it was documented that ventilation and airflow were not performing as intended. I was told that intake and exhaust pathways were restricted, including blocked or improperly sealed gable vent areas and limited airflow at portions of the eaves due to insulation and framing conditions. To address this, IBEX performed corrective work that required modifying the roof system at the upper roof to attic entry transition point to improve airflow into the attic space. Additional penetration points were also added at the lower roof edge area. Which does not look appealing. At this point, there has not been enough long-term data provided to determine whether they are beneficial or how they will impact performance over time. I was also informed there was differing guidance among technicians regarding whether certain venting adjustments were required in that area. Following these repairs, mold remediation was completed. While IBEX did respond and attempt to correct issues once identified, the overall outcome required repeated service visits and additional modifications beyond the original installation. At this point, the system is no longer in its original installed condition, and I have concerns about long-term performance and ventilation design. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage homeowners to have an attic and roof inspection performed after installation and again at a later date to ensure that ventilation and installation details are functioning as intended and that nothing was missed during the initial process. He informed the owner who sent out the installer within a weeks time and replaced the damaged gutter. I called for a quote and Paul came over the next day and talked through everything with us. I was embarrassed that our yard had gotten so bad, but Paul saw through that to the possibilities and made the cleanup sound simple. And it was! For a very reasonable price, my front yard and back are beautiful and weed-free. In the before and after pictures attached you can see weeds over 10' tall in my back yard. All Seasons professionals came in and magically my backyard became a place we want to invite friends. We had pavers on either side of our driveway that had sunk several inches below the driveway, creating a serious trip hazard. All Seasons leveled the ground and reset them in cement. It really upgraded the look of the whole area. They pulled out everything we identified we wanted to go and made the rest look well put together. They carefully shaped several trees (including one 50' high!), pulled out a number of volunteer plants we didn't want, and did it all with hand-shovels to be careful about any utilities. They even put back the soaker hose we had run a few weeks before in the exact same place it had been! On top of all this, they really are ALL SEASONS. They put up holiday lights! We're reserving a spot at the beginning of fall to make sure we get exactly what we want for that t too!

Before our roof was replaced, we had a leak - their staff came to the house within hours to tarp the roof, free of charge, since we were already scheduled for replacement, and we had no further issues until replacement. The replacement job itself was a breeze - the project was completed in 2 half days, by a very organized, professional crew. They did a great job with cleanup. I'm not sure how this company has 5 star reviews as my experience with J&J Roofing was terrible…read more February 2026, we discovered significant mold in our attic space. Our roof was brand new when we bought it (2019) and to discover ventilation issues inside our attic was a surprise no-one wants. We reached out to multiple roofing companies and we selected J&J Roofing because they promised everything the other companies offered but for about 15% less... or so they claimed. We needed to have an entire reroof which included one layer of plywood to be removed, this is the layer that had the mold. On the quote they said it would cost more IF there were two layers but it was obvious there was only one. Plus the other 4 companies that quoted us said there was only one layer. Also, they almost left the entire layer of molded plywood on. Thankfully my husband was home to catch this serious error which defeated the whole point of why we were reroofing our house in the first place. Then to add insult they tried to charge us at the end for 2 layers. We had to dispute this and they tried to make it seem like they were doing us a favor. Ironically, another roofing company that had quoted us included photos and video which proofed we only had one layer. The quote presented was DECEIVING as when we got the actual bill (after the work was done) it was significantly more than the quote. On some line items it had the tax included, however, they made it seem taxes were included in the quote only to find out that was not that case. This is how they make it seem that they're less than competitors. Here is where the real problems begin. Day of demo the team arrives and are extremely quick about tearing our roof off. However their speed caused A LOT OF DAMAGE. When they tore off the fascia it ripped the underside of the exterior under hangs. See pics. In addition they left significant gaps from the fascia they replaced which is an invitation for bugs and small animals to get inside. An issue we didn't have before. On demo day I watched them cause this damage and although we were told we would have a project manager onsite during the reroof this was not true. The PM was 90% of the time NOT on site. In addition when he came and had the fascia boards they were a cream color. They were supposed to be white. To my face this man lied to me and said they don't come in white. I rushed and got my paint sprayer while my husband ran and got white exterior paint. We quickly got the fascia boards painted and thankfully it was a clear sunny day so it was dried in time for the crew to put up. We also noticed when the roof was off that some of the boards framing our roof were rotted. I asked a crew member as the PM wasn't there if they were going to replace them and they told me yes. Another lie. As they started putting the plywood on, my husband and I noticed the rotted wood was still there and that they "sister-boarded" a new piece of cut wood. I had to call the manager Courtney to come as at this point, my confidence in the crew was gone. They left broken screens and a bunch of nails and screws all around our property. In addition to garbage from the roof packaging. Lastly the PM never came when the work was done to identify areas that needed to be fixed. See pics. We had to call J&J to get someone out and look at all the poor workmanship their crew left. Then they tried to make it seem like it was like that before but it was obvious the damage was caused by their crew. I regret choosing J&J and do not recommend.

With the $1,000 savings we were able to get the upgraded roof option that received fantastic reviews online. Working with Courtney at the office to get us scheduled was a breeze. She asked what color roof we wanted, and since it was difficult to make that decision just by looking a photos, Brandon came back out with a couple of color samples that day so we could see what they looked like up against our house. The J&J crew came out the following Friday morning and completed our roof in ONE DAY. Granted, our roof was probably more simplistic than some others, but we were blown away by how quickly they completed it, and they did a fantastic job. Our new roof looks wonderful! Before they started working, they covered everything that was close to the roof, and they cleaned up impeccably before they left.
