From the first call to the last follow up, I was truly impressed with the professional and personal interest expressed by the BringPro team. I was impressed by their patients and attention to detail. They checked in with me in terms of a quote which was much lower than any of their competitors. I also had to change the scheduling, and they were very accommodating and followed up with my schedule being foremost in planning the pick up and delivery. When we arrived with the package at Costco, there was a delay in Costco taking back the Jacuzzi, which resulted in the employees having to wait until it was resolved. They did so and we're very professional. They were timely, engaged from the very beginning to following up prior to me writing this review. I am so amazed by how quick and professional these guys are. Couldn't be happier that I found and chose them. First, out of the five moving companies that I asked a quote from here using Yelp only Bringpro gave me an answer. I found an open slot for next day, booking was easy, and I could even apply a $20 off coupon. On the moving day two guys arrived on time in a nice uniform. I was sent text messages when they set off, when they arrived, and when they left at the end. These guys really know what they are doing, they wrapped all the furniture in foil and worked super quick. They were also polite and very friendly. The pricing is also straightforward ($2 per min, $100 minimum), no hidden surprises. The only thing I missed is a tip option before giving a signature on their mobile device. I used Bring Pro to deliver some furniture I purchased at Costco. Setting up the delivery took a few minutes at the store with the help of a Costco employee. Carlos and Arash delivered the furniture today as scheduled and on time. Great guys. Friendly, knew what they were doing, and worked efficiently. They took extreme pains to protect the furniture from any scratches and dings which I appreciated, and removed all the packing materials from my home. They also spent the time to level the dresser even though that required moving it away from the walls, making the adjustments, and moving the dresser back into position. Twice. I would ask for them again. I read a review that complained about the price. It was not cheap, but after seeing the work that was done and the care provided, I feel it was money well spent. read more

We moved to the area from Canada and had no way to get our furniture purchases home from Costco. They recommended we call bringpro for delivery options. Unfortunately their availability was full until the next week. We had stupidly purchased our furniture and asked Costco to hold them for us and Then checked with the Bringpro app. My husband called to see if there was anything they could do and they moved heaven and earth for us! Not only did they make space for the SAME DAY, but they were extremely professional and friendly while they accommodated us. Left us with an incredibly positive impression of this company. Very pleased with the service I received from Henry and Sergio. They were on time, super professional, took great care so as not to mark any walls, and even helped move a few random things that are a little too heavy for me. They did everything with a smile and were extremely efficient. Excellent communication throughout the entire process; I loved receiving a text notification when they were en route, as well as when they arrived at the destination. I usually seem to manage what we buy at the RH outlet in Irvine, but my husband could not get away with what I bought on black Friday last year, a 10 foot marble dining table with wooden base. Ali and his team at the Irvine location were SO helpful and kind as we live all the way out in the San Fernando valley area and they typically don't service that far out. Ali told me to be assured he will handle the booking (hopefully finding someone else in the area to split the costs) and sure enough, he pulled through and we were able to host Christmas with our brand new dining table and side table. I purchased a gazebo from Costco and was unable to get it home. They recommended BringPro Delivery service. Was worth every penny. The woman I spoke with on the phone to schedule the delivery was super nice and Jeremy & Brandon, the delivery guys, were great! I was surprised that I was given a delivery window of the very next day from when I purchased it. The guys were prompt and quickly got it unloaded and placed it in our garage for us. I've used this company several times over the past two years and they are really nice, easy to work with, and the app is convenient. Darrell and Brandon helped me move on Saturday. They were fast and really considerate! They moved a fridge, sofa, bed, and other furniture to my mom's house. Once they got there, Darrell installed the fridge perfectly and he was kind enough to remove his shoes while going in and out of the house. We're Asian, so when in Rome :) they also wrapped the furniture really well. I highly recommend them!! read more

We were able to get a quote over the phone and Alex explained how the process works. Once we bought the furniture we schedule delivery and got great text and phone updates along the way.
