This charming chocolate candy shop is a true gem in Walla Walla! They have seriously the best chocolate and speciality candies! It smells divine and holds so many special memories! Must stop if you are in the area! The staff are always helpful and serve with a smile!

I received a box of candy from here from a friend while were visiting Walla Walla. I have not tasted them yet - they are so pretty, I couldn't bear to eat them. But looking at the Yelp reviews, they must taste as good as they look. Next time I'm in Walla Walla, I'll have to stop by the store and eat some ice cream after reading the reviews.

Cookie Dough Ice Cream in Waffle Cone

This is a cute candy/dessert shop in downtown Walla Walla. It was HOT outside and we decided to drop in as they have a wide selection of ice cream. Upon walking in, there is a variety of candies to choose from. They also had caramel apples and lots of chocolates to choose from. Ice cream was located at the back of the store. There were plenty of flavors to choose from and I opted for my tried and true Cookie Dough on a waffle cone. It was excellent as it was 90+ degrees outside. We sat outside and enjoyed the ice cream and the quaint downtown area. The people working the store were very friendly. Definitely check this place out when you visit Walla Walla for all of your candy and sweet tooth needs.

Oh my sweet confections! From outside the store front looks small. But whoa! Open the door and fall into another time era. Service was attentive and personable. Offered was everything from newer creations such as Earl Grey or Lavender Truffles to more traditional flavors such as Carmel Corn and Apples, Fresh Warm Nuts, Hand Scooped Ice Cream including Black Licorice, to bottled Butter and Ginger beer. The building is divided by consumer and product filled areas and a glassed off candy making kitchen. It is a sight to see. Flowing chocolate for completing candies and many other wonders. When it Walla Walla it is a must! Good thing I live three hours close/far away. Enjoy the photos.

Bright's is a wonderful candy shop. The smell of popping popcorn, the delicious caramels, and (my very favorite) the elusive black licorice ice cream. They always have cute treats that my good friend finds for special holidays. A must-stop when visiting Walla Walla.

Very good ice cream and fudge. Wonderful staff. The ice cream was priced very fairly, but I thought the fudge was a tad high and the candy very high. But it is a fun shoppe with really nice staff. If I lived here, I'd live here.

These are those crazy jelly belly's.

a bit spendy, as most main street candy stores are, but very good. Best double dipped malt balls. Good stuff.

My kids and I love going here for ice cream. My boys try a different kind every time but I love the black licorice.

Who say candies are for kids only? The sugar free chocolate are the best in the town. Gotta stop by whenever I'm visiting.

There aren't many places open in the area on Sunday, but I saw this place had coffee and pastries…read moreso we decided to give it a try. It was pretty busy inside, but after a bit we were able to order. I ordered an iced soy latte with a pump of almond. Also a regular iced latte. I also ordered a few pastries, the Kouign Amann, Almond Croissant, and Goat Cheese and Herb croissant. They unfortunately don't heat up any pastries which I wish they would because I do think it would make the pastries better. The Kouign was my favorite. It was crunchy and delicious and sweet, I would get again. The goat cheese croissant was pretty good but nothing too special. As for the Almond Croissant, I was very disappointed. It had hardly any almond filling, and there was no almond flavor. I wish they would put slivered almonds on it but it was completely lacking. I would skip the almond croissant completely. As for the coffee, I got a regular iced latte and a Soy almond latte. The coffee was not good at all and it makes me sad to say but after a few sips... I had to throw it away! I felt like it threw away $7. It was very watery and the syrup tasted off. This is usually my go-to at other shops but I just couldn't drink this at all. Overall it was cool to try a pastry or two but I wouldn't make another trip here.

Very happy to find a dedicated GF option place to eat. The Americano coffee was good. I had a…read moredouble Eggs Benedict It came with no sides or garnishes. You get two halves of a GF English Muffin. Each half was layered with wilted spinach, a thin slice of sandwich ham (you could see the dark of the spinach through the ham), a tomato slice, the poached egg. Both halves were then covered with hollandaise and a sprinkling of parsley. Flavor-wise it was just okay. Nothing to set it over the top one way or another. It was plated on to cold plates. I watched as my plate was assembled and then sat on the counter while a single Eggs Benedict was assembled and then a Mama's Muffin sandwich was assembled. I told my table mates my Benedict has been sitting there for several minutes and it's going to be cold. Sure enough it was delivered with cold hollandaise and Luke warm egg. I asked to have it popped in the microwave to heat it up because it was cold. I think she gave it 30 seconds and then served it stating any more time might "break" the sauce. So I ate a cold eggs Benedict. I ate all the first one (then remembered to take the picture) and then ate most of the second one. Timing for cooking needs to be addressed to ensure customers receive hot food. Maybe a plate warmer would help or just serve one at a time as the plates come up. Our final party member had to wait as his was served a few minutes after the rest of us. Again, this place has a great concept and if we were just getting coffees and pastry it would have been 5 stars but for the breakfast service, there were too many bumps for more than two.

Fantastic find of a place! Excellent BBQ and reasonable prices. Not a full service cocktail…read moreplace but drinks made with their spirits were good. The first thing is coming in you get that rustic lodge feeling from the woodwork and decor as you get hit with that smokehouse aroma. No better way to get you hungry and set the mood for BBQ. Just yum! Our server was friendly and knowledgeable. She was attentive and checked in but never intrusive, hovering and did not ignore us once served. Tried a flight with Huckleberry, Berry, Cinnamon, Espresso and Walla Walla Sweet Onion (they "tree in" the espresso). Could take or leave the berries espresso and cinnamon were fantastic while the onion was interesting. Had a Bloody Mary with the onion and it was good. One table mate had the loaded potato with Mac and cheese and pulled pork. The noodles were bigger than skinny boxed and very tender. The cheese was creamy and flavorful and the pulled pork was tender and juicy and jam packed with flavor but could have been a bit more smoky. For the food: I got a small BBQ platter which came with 3-meat choices , a dinner roll and a single side choice. I chose baked beans for my side. Tri-tip, ribs and brisket for my meats. I tasted the beans nothing special but tasty. Same for the roll. The ribs were fall off the bone tender, juicy and meaty! I got three 3"-4" ribs. I also had a small pile of super thin sliced tender juicy and flavorful tri-tip and three 1/4-1/2" thick slices of brisket. The brisket was moist and had a good smoke flavor as well. I ate all the ribs, half the tri-tip and a slice of brisket. The rest went home with me as this was a hearty serving. To end our evening we were sent on our way with well wishes and thanks for patronage from our server and the bartender!

From the moment you walk in, you can feel how much pride and passion goes into everything they do. This isn't just a restaurant; it's a family pouring their heart into their craft. The backstory alone is inspiring -- from perfecting a coffee liqueur recipe years ago to building a full distillery and now a restaurant that's quickly becoming a local favorite. On our visit, we tried a little bit of everything: the legendary Texas Twinkies, hearty Loaded Baked Potatoes, the signature Cedar Rain Sandwich, and the savory Brisket Dip. Every bite tasted like it came from years of practice, care, and a true love of good food. And the drinks? Absolute perfection. The Peach Green Tea Cocktail was bright and refreshing, and the Lavender Lemonade Mocktail was every bit as crafted as a cocktail -- thoughtful, balanced, and locally inspired. What struck me most is how dedicated Cedar Rain is to being part of the Walla Walla community. It was fresh grapefruit juice which was delicious. Also got started with Seared Ahi. The mango salsa was refreshing and I loved the plantain chips that came with it! The chicken Marsala was also so delicious, I really enjoyed the chicken and it was perfectly seasoned and cooked, and I loved the polenta paired with it. All the dishes were so delicious!
