Visited this place a few more times and have noticed that they tend to run out of the regular boba pearls later in the evening as they get closer to closing. I get it but when it consistently happens for the last 2-3 hours of being open, the business should plan better and I have definitely walked out as a result a few times now. On the brighter side, I definitely recommend trying their Almond milk tea (blended) with honey drizzle with boba. So yummy! read more

Never open when I go, it's 11:15am, doors are supposed to be open? They aren't, they are always closed for some reason. If they aren't closed they don't have any options for drinks, as we speak she just opened the door. This is not quality boba it has no flavor at all. Unfortunately it's the only spot in town so we have to make due. But even the consistency of the boba is incorrect. This place is also very inconsistent with their recipes and the same drink will taste different every time you go. Very good vibes and a clean little spot. Fairly quiet place which needs more people to try them out. They have different flavor Boba and it would not be hard to pick as their selection process is simple with just the right amount of flavors. Sweetness can be adjusted. Will definitely come back here again. read more

My overall experience today while getting boba was awful. I got a taro boba blended and the result of my order and process ordering was horrendous. The blonde girl that took my order had absolutely no personality and was overall extremely rude and rushed my order. On top of that, my drink tasted like horribly flavoured ice, it had chunks of ice not blended and the pearls were crunchy and hot. Original golden tea with extra boba = pure bliss. The not too sweet milk tea is scrumptious. The texture of the boba is perfect. The product/cup/ straw combo in other places is not the zen like balance of Black Pearl Boba's, where they get the consistency, sweetness and flavor of the drink juuuuust right. Absolute boba-tea perfection, black pearl boba has had friendly helpful staff each time i've been there, and make the beverages with confidence even though they're new. Only thing i'd suggest is a 'softer' seating area- more friendly space to hang out in. read more

I am obsessed with this place. The worker was super nice and the drinks were amazing!!!!! They had an art wall in the back and it was cool to see local artist let loose. The menu wasn't as clear as it could have been, but they seem like a new place working on it. read more

It was great to see walla walla get a place that was all about boba. I was super excited to try it out!! The employees I can say were less than friendly and seemed as if answering questions was the equivalent to having teeth pulled. The boba is good, but they don't give very many pearls in the drink and often it's too sweet. But otherwise... best boba in town! It's convenient and friendly, and has some trend to it. I also wish that they had smoothies, because the blended drinks they have are powder based. read more

I am so beyond happy they added a boba shop in walla walla! I go here almost every day I really like how there is no tax and it's just 5,6 dollars even. There is many variety of options. The only flaw I find in this place is sometimes the original black boba pearls can be a light brown and tough to chew! But other than that keep up the great work! read more

I got the taro milk tea and it was delicious. Tasted very good and flavorful compared to other places I've tried. My friend got the strawberry fruit tea with lychee jelly and didn't like it, but I enjoyed it. Lychee can sometimes make the drink taste somewhat bitter, but it was still good in my opinion. read more
