I moved to the Brighton area recently and I first took my pickup to Brighton Ford in Feb. 2012. Since then it has needed to go back 7 times, and it has cost me over $11,000. Today I picked it up and it sounds worse than when I took it in. Twice I took it in for specific problems, and they were not addressed. I'll qualify this by saying that this review is only based on the sales experience. I got the pickup truck that I wanted at a fair price, but my experience with the sales rep nearly caused me to get up and leave during the sales process. He did absolutely nothing to facilitate the sale, instead he nearly negated it. He was immature, dishonest, and extremely annoying. Huge D-Bag. While asking specific questions about the Ford rebates that were applicable to the sale, he blatantly lied to me. After clarifying what rebates actually applied, we moved onto the financing options. I then clearly, explicitly asked to get a breakdown of the monthly payment options (term vs payment vs down payment). He told me that he would supply a sheet with all of that information spelled out. After considerable waiting (10 minutes) I was ushered into a room to close on the sale & sign the final paperwork, even though I hadn't received any of the information I wanted nor did I agree to buying anything. Needless to say at this point I was upset. I made it crystal clear that I wanted to see the financing numbers and terms, and the sales rep had completely ignored what I said, and instead appeared to be hurrying me to sign. We then instead ran the numbers with the oblivious sales clerk, and I stepped out to lunch to contemplate the decision with my wife. Besides that, his attempt at humor, chatting, etc. was extremely off-putting and annoying. Reminded me of an obnoxious 16 year old. Bragging about all the jobs he had been fired from. Again I got the pickup I wanted at a fair price. But the sales experience was terrible. read more

Here my experience, had a sales person calling all the time. So on MLK day I stopped by the dealership texted the salesperson I was on my way. Asked for the salesperson and he came up front. First a words out of his mouth is did I have an appointment??? There were no less than 10 salespeople in the showroom and NO customers! That guy got us a salesman, because he was the online person. Must have taken a couple of tries to find someone. So he showed me a couple of trucks. I finally decided what I was looking for. F150 with a Lariat package. Salesman said only have 3 used in stock.... NEVER offered to show me one. Then I said I would consider lease, his response was "I don't even know if you quality for a lease" That was the end of it. read more

Brighton quick lane has by far the worst customer service. When I walked in the staff didn't acknowledge I was here. The person setting up my service for an "oil change" said it would be an 1hr 15min, I have been sitting here 2hrs and my car hasn't even been brought in. I witnessed a customer ask if a tire was checked cause it was leaking, the person at the counter said I will go find out, I watched him walk out the door to the middle of the shop floor and turn around walk back in and say there was a nail and the tire was repaired and charged her for it after he had gave her a total. I wonder who he asked. If it wasn't for purchasing the car here I would of went to Purifoy in Fort Lupton. No honesty and professionalism at Quick Lane in Brighton. read more

Service Department- If you want to count on work being done when you schedule an appointment- don't count on it. Appointments get cancelled, terrible communication, and their main guy there, David, is very rude, does not listen, and has lots of excuses trying to blame the customer. The service Department is the main reason I will NEVER return to this dealer. I brought my 2004 Ranger in for a airbag recall. It began with a rude interaction when I dropped off the Truck in the morning. After waiting ALL day for a call to pick up the truck, I final decided to call. the First call to the service department ended with a disconnection. I called back and the operator was rude but transferred me again to the service department. The second call ended with having to leave a message in a general mail box. A Third call went to Chris, also ended with no answer. I then decided to go to the dealer to find out what was going on. When I entered the service area Chris looked at me, well thru me and said :I will be right with you" Turned to his computer and ignored me. Only when I began looking at the keys in my hand did I hear " Oh are you here to drop off?" I replied " NO I am attempting to find out information about my truck." After telling him my name and the model of the truck, he replied with oh its been done since 1pm. I tried to call you but the number was disconnected. .. Strange I had been receiving calls on that number ALL DAY. ... As I was signing the paperwork he leaded back in his chair and said " I guess you must have been out of range for the call.. REALLY it was a land line!!!!! SO they will bold face lie to you, specially if your a woman. I will never return to this dealer and will tell everyone to run. read more

Terrible communication and customer service in the service department. I went in to get my transmission looked at and dropped my car off right when they opened. I didn't hear any updates all day, so I called right before they closed to learn that they didn't get around to looking at it. The guy asked if I wanted to receive a call in the morning to reschedule, I said yes, but I was never called. So I called, left a message asking for more information about the transmission issue, and was again ignored. I even tried to resolve this outside of a Yelp review, but they were again non-responsive. I will be going way out of my way to not return here. read more

I brought a Ford in for warranty work. The transmission software needed update because it can cause dangerous condition and disengage the transmission while driving down the highway! Ford is suppose to do this update for free, in fact if you call Ford you can hear a message about this service issue where they state the update is free. But when you go to pick up your car from Brighton Ford they stick you with $172 diagnostic fee! So Ford screws up software which makes your vehicle dangerous and then says they will fix it for free but then when you try to pick up your vehicle they slam you with a huge fee. Ford sucks. I have had nothing but problems with this car and and nothing but problems with this dealer. Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for service and also don't buy a Ford unless you like visiting the service center. They do not stand behind their vehicles. read more

I went in looking to have a hands on experience with a particular vehicle for a better understanding of what I was looking for. Immediately, the salesman who "helped" me seemed to be actively trying to steer me away from business with them. They spoke to me in the most curt of tones. I especially did not appreciate when they spoke of my financial status in a very condescending manner. Very quickly they brushed me off and neglected any possibility of my being a customer. We just recently purchased a 2016 Ford F 350. We had been in the market for a new vehicle and I'm pretty sure we visited every dealer in the Colorado area. We looked at everything from A Chevy Cruz, to the one ton pickups. When we went to Brighton Ford, we were introduced to a salesman named Maynard. He was WONDERFUL! We went in several times, did multiple test drives and went from wanting one car to another to another. Maynard was so incredibly patient. Not once did he pressure us into buying a car and he was so knowledgeable. He stayed late multiple times and never made us feel hurried. Even though I live in Highlands Ranch, I came to this dealership because they had the exact car I was looking for at a great price. I'm so glad I chose to buy here! The buying process with Alan was very quick and painless. There was some confusion about me coming in for a service appointment. If they tell you to just come on in, you really do need an appointment. Even though I had to drive to Brighton and back twice due to the confusion, Chad in the service department made it right. I got my car back today and not only did they fix the minor issue and put the paint protectant on in just a few hours, they also vacuumed out my car and wiped it down. I have a 2015 f 250 diesel still under warranty. My truck was loosing boost but not throwing any codes. I took it to them for warranty work they would only diagnose it. They told me it wasn't throwing a code which I already knew but I was still loosing boost regardless. That is as far as they would take it. They informed me the techs don't do warranty work because it doesn't pay. The service manager also informed me their techs are nothing more than part swappers they don't know how to really figure out why my truck isn't working. I was also informed since I didn't buy my truck from them they won't honor my warranty. These guys are a joke I will never bring my truck to them nor buy one from them. read more

This is by far the worst dealership I've ever dealt with. I work in the auto industry and I can say, that the service department is ran by a manger whose high and mighty on his terrible employees. The service MANAGER hangs up on his customers, they are TERRIBLE with communication. Took it in for a noise, covered under warranty..taken it back every Thursday 3 weeks in a row and they "can't diagnose" the problem. There mechanics don't know what the hell there doing, leaving bolts and parts lose and not attached to my car. The employees are piss poor to say the least. I live in Highlands Ranch, but always come to Brighton Ford based on the great service I USED to receive there. The last time I visited, I was waiting for help and the salesperson actually told me that it would be a moment while he continued to tell stories with the other guys in the shop. Once he finished his story, he decided that he had time to actually address me and take me business. My truck was in the shop and I returned to check on it an hour after it was supposed to be done. This same individual then told me that he had forgotten about my truck and apologized. An hour and a half later, I finally got my truck back. Pretty poor customer attentiveness and terrible service. I can see that my business and the money that I have spent at the dealership mean very little to Brighton Ford. Very disappointing. I will say that the Quicklane guys are EXCELLENT...nothing but great experiences with them, but the Service Department is a major disappointment. The Quicklane team should be either training or running the Service Department based on what I have witnessed. read more

First off, let me start by saying that in 2018 I had the most wonderful experience buying a car from Maynard Morison. What a lovely gentleman and overall amazing person to work with. I have had my car through Brighton Ford a few times with NO issues at all. I took my car in after hitting a huge hole in the road on Quebec Street causing tire, bumper, rim and other damage. Not a pothole a 3x6 cut out section of the road. I called Brighton Ford and Chris in Parts was amazing and ordered all the parts that I was told would be needed from the virtual claim. Abby is service was amazing and got me into a loaner car. Kelly in service called Monday to tell me that it shouldn't be a problem to get it all taken care of but they were waiting to hear from my insurance. Kelly was always very nice and I do not blame her in any way. BUT here is where the problem came in......I sent the virtual assistant claim to her on Tuesday. And on Wednesday she called to inform me that they could no longer fix my car. Hmm...like WAIT WHAT? "Your insurance will only pay $50.00 per hour for the repairs and our rate is $150.00." So I spoke with the Service Manager and I don't even remember his name but he was a COMPLETE jerk. We aren't going to lose money because your insurance won't pay. My rate is $150.00. So I said you would rather lose a customer and he said I guess so. I have NO rental now because Enterprise doesn't have any cars and you all said you would fix my car only to say NOPE not gonna lose any money. That man has ZERO customer service skills and did not give a crap about what situation he was putting me in. And because of the way I was treated by him alone...I will NEVER purchase anything or use Brighton Ford dealership again!! EVER!! He would have rather me drive an unsafe car than to do the right thing over a few hundred bucks. Even said my adjuster wouldn't up the monetary amount. Hmmm....MY adjuster was out today on a family emergency. I walked back out to the service desk to get my keys and return their loaner car. David Gallegos (I think was his name) inspected the loaner and said everything was good. He apologized for everything and was super beyond wonderful. David I apologize for you getting any backlash of the moments that transpired before you and appreciate your trying to make me feel better. I have been receiving emails about them wanting to buy back my car because of car shortages and put me in a new car. I was thinking really hard about it but then this incident, had me at it's time for a new car. Funny thing...they put these cute little stickers on their loaners... IF YOU LIKE ME..BUY ME. I had every intention of buying that loaner car after my car was fixed even had Hubby on board to buy it. AND a car for my teenager for the upcoming birthday! Just got back from Brighton Ford and have never been so disappointed with the lack of knowledge and willingness to help a customer. Went in to acquire about new tires for my Firebird... I got the Manager behind the counter and asked if he could suggest some new tires and possibly talk about getting new shocks put on. He said to go home and research it myself. Apparently business is going so well, that he couldn't be bothered with trying to help us with the simple request of his help with tires and service. Returned to Brighton Ford for my oil change at the Quick Lane and was greeted by a very nice older gentleman whom helped me park my White Honda Accord and also showed me where to get signed up for the oil change. Talk about Great Customer Service, I was really impressed. Later, I found out that the man was the owner. I recently purchased a 2017 Ford Explorer at your dealership. Although the sales process took an exceptionally long time (approximately 5 hours), I was satisfied with my purchase when I left that evening. When I arrived home the vehicle indicated that the battery for one of the FOBs was low. I returned the next morning and the service department replaced the batteries free of charge and even had a battery delivered as they were out. Unfortunately, that is where my good experience with Brighton Ford ended. I opted for the protection package and before I dropped the vehicle off I asked Rudy if I could get the entry code for the door as I did not receive one upon purchase, I also mentioned that the heated/cooled seat on the driver's side was not working. I was told that it would not be a problem and he would see that I received the code and have the driver's side seat looked at before I picked my car up in the evening. I arrived at Brighton Ford at about 530pm to drop of the courtesy car and was informed that I would have to wait another hour before my care would arrive. This information could have easily been communicated to me via a phone call, text message, or email as I gave all three to Chris when I made my purchase. Instead I waited, and when my vehicle arrived, not only was it dirty with strips of window tinting and trash left on the passenger floor board, but I had no entry code and no mention of the driver's side seat. A week later I had the vehicle towed to Brighton Ford as the vehicle would not accelerate. I was sitting in a busy intersection unable to do anything but roll further into traffic. I arrived the next morning to make sure my vehicle would be taken care of and to pick up a courtesy vehicle. I explained the problem to Aaron, who annoyingly asked if I was leaving the vehicle there. I replied by telling him that I really didn't have a choice as it would not accelerate. He angrily set up a courtesy vehicle and I left for work. Aaron called me about 5 hours later and says, "I'm not calling you a........I mean I'm not saying that your lying, but we can't recreate the problem." After a short conversation he agreed to get the entry code to the door and have someone look at the heated/cooled driver side seat that isn't working. I arrived the next morning to drop off the courtesy vehicle and pick mine up, since "I am a liar" and obviously don't know what I'm talking about. Again, no entry code to the door and I was told that there is a "code" in the system for the heated/cooled driver's side seat, but the system happens to be down. Aaron stated that he would call me later when the system was back up and set up a time for me to bring the vehicle back in. It has been two weeks and I continue to have a problem with the vehicle not accelerating properly. I have not received a call from Aaron or anyone else for that matter, regarding the heated/cooled driver's side seat and still have no entry code for the door. I have purchased a few vehicle over the years and have never been treated with such disrespect and flippancy. Brighton Ford has an utter disregard for the safety and satisfaction of their customers. Luckily, I do not have to use Brighton Ford to have Ford Motor honor the warranty. read more

Worst Experience I have ever had with a Service Department. I had taken in my truck for a oil change and the service department notified me that I also needed brakes. Which I knew I was getting close to replacing the brakes. When I took my vehicle in I had no other issues. The vehicle would drive straight even when you took your hand off the wheel. The steering wheel was centered with no play. After they replaced my brakes I picked up my truck within a day I would hit the brakes the truck would pull left hard (to the point if you were going 65mph it would almost through you in the lane on the left. I took my truck back in and the informed me that their machine had turned the rotors wrong but they never said a thing when I picked it up. Brighton Ford said they would replace the rotors. Even after replacing the rotors the dealership informed me it is still pulling to the left and they can't seem to find out why. Today I spoke with the Service Manager and he informed me that they right tie rod needs to be replaced and then an alignment they are "thinking" this could be the issue. I mentioned to him there was nothing wrong with the tie rod before I brought it in because I had no issues until they messed up the rotors. All he keep saying is well it is bad and needs to be replaced. I asked him how could this be happing now since I had no issues before I brought it in. He had no answer. He mentioned that the stirring wheel is off center. I told him I know and because of when they did the brakes this is how I got the truck back. I told him the steering wheel had always been center until I picked it up after they replaced my brakes the first time. I have now been without my truck for 9 days going on 10 tomorrow and they still have no clue what to do to fix my brake problem and I am know out $256 for a new right tie rod and alignment which I know for a fact nothing was wrong with the tie rod before bringing it in. I will never ever take my vehicle to Brighton Ford again and recommend anyone who does take their vehicle to Brighton Ford for service to go somewhere else. After 9 days of having someone's vehicle you would think they would know what the problem is and not just "think this is the problem or also as the Service Manger said thinking outside the box". Not too thrilled with these guys, I brought my car in for an oil change and inspection. When I picked it up they are recommending 750$ in repairs, tie rod ends, bearings, shocks... I know I need new brakes but I took it to gcr and had them do another inspection because most of this stuff had already been done. The boot on the tie rod end was torn, the shocks are fine and the bearings are fine.. nice job boys... I will not bring my car's here anymore. Also the wiper blades they charge 30 for suck. read more

Terrible customer service. Had an appointment set for 6:30 PM to view a Corolla. Drove all the way from the Denver Tech Center, which they knew, to have them tell me they sold the car earlier that day. No email or call to let me know. Even confirmed it the day before. Also, after already setting the appointment up another person emailed me requesting what info they had already supplied me with. Maybe ask the people you work with...? Bringing my car to Brighton Ford was the worst service experience I've had. The service department doesn't answer the phone. I was transferred there numerous times by the receptionist only to be sent to voicemail or right back to the receptionist. They don't respond to messages. I sent text messages and voice messages. After waiting hours I had to initiate calls again to see when my vehicle would be ready after they had it nearly 2 days. They don't communicate with each other so nobody really knows what is going on. I waited 30 minutes for the courtesy shuttle to take me home when I dropped my vehicle off. When I inquired about this I was told "I thought he already dropped you off". The driver had been standing in the service bay right in front of the service desk the entire time! When I called to see when my vehicle would be ready (since they didn't bother to update me) they kept transferring me to Kelly who was my service adviser, but Kelly had gone home early. When I finally got someone who knew she had left I was told "Maybe another Service adviser is covering her today." Maybe?? Does anyone know what is going on there? Obviously not! Take your car somewhere else for service. This was terrible. read more

Made an appointment to get our vehicle diagnosed and to get a tune up with tires rotated. At this point they've had it 2 working days. The service guy did call right before he was heading home for the night to tell us he would have a quote for us the following morning. After waiting all morning I finally called them mid afternoon to find out he's not even working today. The guy I talked to couldn't find any paperwork on our vehicle, have no idea what's happening and was told they would need to keep it now over the weekend with no regards if we needed the vehicle or not. Really disappointed, was NOT expecting to be treated like this. I mean it's not like the vehicle was unsafe or not driveable when we drove it there. We've been taking our vehicles there for awhile to get serviced, need to start rethinking that. I don't like to be forgotten and my vehicle held hostage for no reason.
