    I wasn't expecting to have such a seamless and amazing experience. My daughter's Subaru went out and we needed a different car ASAP. Arturo was AMAZING. He was so patient with all of our questions. It felt like he was personally invested in us getting a car that was safe and reliable. In 20 years of buying cars this was hands down the best experience I've ever had. I would HIGHLY recommend seeing Arturo at Brighton Ford

    Sales was great. 5 out of 5 Service is a whoooole different world. I brought my charger in (under warranty) and they had it for a month going back and forth on how it is and isn't under warranty to come to the conclusion that it is indeed NOT covered.

    As you can see, we LLLOVE and take really good care of this car ¡

    This place sucks so bad that I can't even find words. The only one I can get a hold of is the service rep and she's useless. Left all kinds of messages for service man and gm, no reply. Must be playing golf. Yeah but for 6 weeks? Never Never go here. They have replaced so many parts I should have a new engine by now! Only has 50 k miles. Contacted Ford as well, they suck too. Don't know what else to do except sell. But I don't care if I have to steal it back they'll never get another penny

    Autozone is by fat the worse car part company out there. They gave me a bad alternator 4 times...4…read more Didn't know what the issue was and each time a failed alternator code came up. Last time I took it in I asked for it to be tested before be given to me they said it was. I we went to pick it up I asked for it to be tested right there before being handed to me and it still failed. So they went back and gave me one that ACTUALLY WORKED.     Having purchased parts here before, I went in without reluctance to purchase more. I had gone in…read moreoriginally to purchase parts for an entire rebuilt of the injector system in my Duramax. After ordering the parts, they took roughly a week to arrive. When going to pickup and pay for the parts, it was brought to my attention that the associate who ordered them originally typo-ed the VIN, & that the parts were completely incompatible with my truck. This was frustrating because vehicles are a necessity, & having a 4WD vehicle immobile during the middle of the winter in Colorado is just flat out inconvenient. When the associate had found the correct parts for my truck, they were remanufactured, & roughly $1,000 more expensive. At this point, I am unbelievably disappointed because I am expected to pay more money for someone's mistake, & receive parts that are lesser quality. I contacted the district manager, whom then told me that there was nothing they could do for me, including price matching the original invoice I was given. I was then told to "un-install the parts, return them for a refund, & go purchase from a competitor company instead" which was really shameful to hear come out of the mouth of someone who is supposed to be representing a widely known automotive store. Coming from a family who's been widely involved in the automotive industry, & not to mention has tons of business experience throughout many generations, it struck me as a surprise that it isn't normal in the eyes of an Auto Zone district manager to work with a customer when one of their so called "trained" associates had made a mistake. Extremely disappointed in the way I was spoken to by someone who is supposed to represent this brand & company, & I will not be recommending them to anyone anytime soon considering the fact that when your vehicle meets problems, it's already stressful enough, not to mention including a company who is absolutely not willing to work with customers.

We had a new part go bad and went to this shop for repair. They kept the customer and me informed and let us know what the vehicle needed to get back on the road without any unnecessary repairs. I would 100% anybody in the area take your vehicle here, they were honest, definitely fair and reliable! When I'm in the area I will most definitely stop in! Thank you guys so much for all your help for me and my customer! They took what could've been a very difficult part warranty situation and made it so much easier!

Point being- I'm so grateful for all the guys at Brighton Radiator & Mufflers and can't thank them enough for diagnosing, explaining my car issues to me, and fixing my car in a timely manner so that I could get back on the road again. If I could give zero stars I would..I was referred by…read morea friend and thought Mike was a legit business owner and was going to lookout for his customer. I have very expensive tires that still had 8 thread but unfortunately I got a nail in the side wall of one of my BFGoodrich All Terrain tires. I am a single mom with one income and Mike totally duped me. I called him explaining the situation. He said bring the truck down and Ill take a look and if you only need one tire I am not going to rip you off and say you need 4 tires like discount tire does.I explained I live in Greeley and would have my daughter bring it down tomorrow because the spare tire on it was smaller and causing the vehicle to drive poorly. He explained I should not go with BFGoodrich because he has better tires that cost less. I asked him if I needed all four tires if I switched brands and that discount said I at least needed the two back ones. I asked him if there was any discount for paying cash and he stated no. I sent my daughter the next day. The first thing he said to my daughter was that my tires were in great condition and didn't need to replace them all. Then gave her a strange look and said ok Ill get this taken care of right away. He also asked her if she was paying cash or card and told her there was a 3.5% charge for using her debit card. She then returned to pick up the truck. He replaced all four tires and through all the tires in the back including the spare (did not put back under the truck)of the truck and charged me 1300.00. He told her well your mom can sell the other tires and get some of her money back. This is exactly why I trade in my vehicles every few years when things start to go wrong so I can use the warranty because of shady a** people like him. My daughter was late picking up her daughter from school because she had to go get cash. Tire light was on because they did not even make sure the air pressure is the same in all four tires, they are still reading 48, 38,41,42. I called him and asked if its okay to drive them like this and he stated yes its because of the heat....Hmmmm I get a little off when temperatures change but really he thinks he has one over me. I also asked him why he only gave my daughter a receipt and not a warranty for the 55,000 mileage warranty he stated the tires had when I first discussed all the different tires and he said oh no I don't provide a manufacture warranty on that brand of tire but you shouldn't have anything to worry about they will last 55,000 plus unless you are unlucky and get a nail in the side wall again.He totally took advantage of us being females and not knowing much about tires. I was completely blindsided and it was unfortunate that I had to work and was unable to do this myself and he took total advantage of me and my situation and my daughter who was trying to help me out. he lost several good customers from this inappropriate and completely wrong transaction. Mike is not a solid guy. I would suggest no one use his business or take his word as trustworthy. A VERY DISGRUNTLED CUSTOMER!!!!!!

    Five-Star Service, Every Single Time…read more Over the last seven days, I've had three different trucks go through the service department at Transwest Freightliner in Brighton, and once again the entire team reminded me why they're the best in the business. One truck came in with a failed radiator and they had it repaired in under 24 hours. Another needed a turbo actuator, and the moment the part arrived, the techs had it installed and the truck back on the road within hours. And last but definitely not least, one of my day cabs that was scheduled for a simple PM ended up needing an ECM and DEF doser. To keep my dedicated operation running the next morning, the tech actually stayed past 11 PM just to make sure the truck would be ready for a 6 AM pickup. That alone saved my entire operation for the day. I want to give special recognition to Dallas, who has helped me more times than I can count. When he sees an email from me, he doesn't wait until the next morning--he replies from home, takes time away from his own family, and treats my problems as if they were his. That kind of dedication is rare. Thank you to Ralph, Matt, Savannah, Stacy, Raven, Jacqueline, and the rest of the service team. You all consistently go above and beyond for us, and as a carrier running dedicated operations here in Denver, that reliability means everything. Transwest Brighton has truly earned this 5-star review. Highly recommended.

    When I arrived for repair of a knock sensor, They said it should only take 4ish hours. Well, I…read morewaited 9 hrs outside in the heat because they would not let pets inside. When I finally had enough of the wait game, I approached the front desk to check on the status, for them to tell me that my tech left for the night, even though the front desk told me that they were open until 11pm. That is why I agreed to the repairs here. Alex, at the front desk, said they open at 6 am... well, they do.... but apparently, I got the laziest tech this place has to offer because he doesn't show up until 9 am. If this is a trucker hangout, you have nailed it and all of the amenities, but since this is a "REPAIR SHOP," you should focus a little more energy on timely repairs and communication with the people paying for the service.
