I REALLY want to this to be our go to shop for all vehicles but it did not work out. We initially…read morehad a positive experience with Bullet Automotive. The staff were friendly, and we appreciated that their inspection and estimate process was clearly explained. We began using the shop in April 2026, for our Subaru and Dodge for preventative maintenance. Bullet provided estimates for recommended work, and we approved the items we considered necessary while declining others. At the time, we mentioned that the Dodge was making a whooshing noise when the air conditioning was running. We were told that neither vehicle had any major issues. A month later, the Subaru failed an emissions test. The failure was not related to any of the declined items listed in Bullet's estimate. We were advised that the spark plugs were the likely cause, so we authorized that work at a cost of approximately $770. The vehicle AGAIN failed emissions. Bullet performed a complimentary diagnostic but was unable to identify the cause. We were advised to drive the vehicle more before having it retested, which we did, but it still failed. We ultimately replaced a sensor based on information we found independently (which was NOT in any quote they provided), after which the Subaru passed emissions by a significant margin. Around the same time, the Dodge's whooshing noise intensified. Bullet invited us to bring it back for a complimentary diagnostic because it had been recently been inspected. We were told the coolant level was very low and paid approximately $500 for a recharge. We had already added coolant ourselves, but this information did not appear to change their diagnosis of the vehicle. In August 2026, the Dodge AC began blowing hot air. We called Bullet and were told to bring it in, with the understanding that the diagnostic fee would be waived because it was the same issue that we had already been in for on two occasions in the last three months. When the vehicle was dropped off, a technician told us the fee would NOT be waived because it had already been waived once. So we paid for multiple AC recharges and another inspection. We were not happy. We were then told that a component had cracked, and we paid to have it repaired. The following day, we were informed that the hose was also defective and that the labor cost would be substantial. We paid to have the hose replaced as well. The staff were courteous, and we initially hoped Bullet would become our regular repair shop. However, based on our experience, several diagnoses and repairs that did not resolve the underlying problems for not one but two of our vehicles, and we incurred additional costs and repeat visits. It is possible that our vehicles presented unusually difficult issues, but we have ultimately decided to use a different shop for future repairs. Coming here always felt like we were paying for their trial and error approach to fixing things.

Originally we were happy with our $20k cash purchase of a 2025 Compass. The sales guy, Parker was…read morenice and helpful. He said that the car had received their inspection and the oil was just changed on September 29th, even though it was not showing on the Carfax. We assumed it was because it was only the beginning of October and it probably just hadn't updated yet. The Carfax showed new tires were put on the car in January of this year, the tread we could see looked good. All in all, it appeared to be a maintained car and EchoPark doing their inspection, we were assured, they did the needed upkeep on the vehicle. I want to be very clear, we knew we were buying a former rental car, we knew there were some dings in the paint and we knew it was not a brand new car. What we did NOT know was that EchoPark did not do anything to up keep the vehicle. We took it to our mechanic, who found that the oil was old, no way was it just changed, sadly, I did not get a photo of that, but in addition to this, the engine air filter was absolutely filthy with gunk. Since no one has it in stock, we have ordered it and will have it replaced once it arrives. The "10 month" old tires where tread bare in areas that were not visible when looking at them, you had to get under the car and have a look at the inside of portion of the tires, so we had to purchase new tires. The vehicle was in bad need of an alignment. We had this done at the time of the tires and due to unreported damage on the driver side wheel, they could not correct the alignment. I have attached the photo of that paper work, the upper portion is what it was and the lower portion is as good as it will get. Basically we dropped 20k on a car to turn around and drop another $2k for various repairs that really should have been done when they received the car. They push the warranties really hard, I think it is because they know they are selling cars with problems. But they won't tell you that will they? I reached out to Parker, the sales rep, on Monday and let him know we were really disappointed and he said he would pass it on to the GM. It is now Friday and we have not heard anything from the GM. We do not expect anything other than an apology for getting a car with issues they should have resolved or disclosed, if they had actually done their inspection. Overall, I will not ever do business with them again and I will make sure everyone I know is aware of their shady practices. I have uploaded the aligned photo just an example...
