Even though I didn't end up purchasing the car I was interested in, the experience was top-notch and worth mentioning. From the moment I contacted them, Cody was incredibly responsive and helpful, patient, never pushy and most importantly transparent. He was genuinely interested in helping me, even though I was not local and couldn't come in for a test drive. Their professionalism and customer-first attitude stood out, making me want to purchase a car from them hopefully in the future. I can't recommend them enough for anyone looking for a seamless and hassle-free car-buying experience, whether in or out of state! I do need to give James a shoutout as well. He hopped on a late afternoon call with me and was so patient, transparent, and understanding as well which was so comforting to know as he was the sales manager. overall, great team, great guys, great cars!

Went in for a safety recall…read more I did love the video the tech sent; it was great how the technician explained things in general about the health of the vehicle. Kai (sp?) and Mercedes at the service desk are great, wonderful personal customer service, at the service desk. The challenges: Communication. I left multiple voice messages over several days for the service center, requesting a return call to schedule a service. I never received a phone call back. I brought my vehicle in for a safety recall, and when the technician sent me the video inspection of the vehicle, he didn't mention that the safety recall issue had been fixed let alone what he did to fix it. I received two different texts from two different phone numbers that had texted me about my vehicle being ready for pick up or asking me if I wanted to complete a $450 wheel service. I replied to both numbers, asking to confirm the safety recall had been fixed, no replies to my text. I then attempted to call the service desk and kept being put into voicemail, but I know voicemails aren't returned. The safety recall letter mentioned that the dealership may be able to provide me transportation. I work 1.7 miles down Ken Pratt Blvd. I was offered a loaner car. It didn't make sense to me to borrow one of the loaner cars for a 4 mile round-trip to for the loaner to sit in my work place parking lot and not be available to another customer. Each time I have come in I've used Lyft for the 1.7 miles to my office and the 1.7 miles back to the dealership. A friendly customer service ride would've really been the shining star of customer service. I'm grateful for the free oil changes that I received when I purchased my vehicle and that McDonald Mazda North was able to do those for me. But I won't be back now, unless for a safety recall, now that I've used up the free oil changes. I'll be going to a smaller more personal mechanic. Y'all have a business to run and you have certain goals for your business. Your goals and my customer service experience hopes just don't align.

I then started to talk to the sales manager Chuck and he asked what price would make it worth me coming to Denver. We agreed on a price and I told them my flight. Jorge was nice enough to pick me up from the Denver and drive me 40 miles to the dealer ship. The deal we made on the phone was the deal that was written up. No tricks, no upsaling, just honest people. I then talked with Robin in finance and she was as nice as could be and I got everything just the way I wanted it. They filled up the tank and gave me a quick in service about a lot of the features. Jorge then even bought me a monster energy drink for the road since I had 6 hours of drive that day. My Mitsubishi is great, I got a good deal and all of the staff I worked with at Valley mitsubishi was excellent. (Jorge Partida, Chuck Dunlap and Robin Eveland). Two days and 900 miles later they checked on me to make sure I made it home safe and asked if I had any problems or questions about my Outlander. I'm loving it and am very glad I worked with Valley Mitsubishi.

This guy was the shadiest, most aggressive and dishonest salesman I had ever met and after we literally walked out, he called my girlfriend 20 times trying to get her to trade in her car and then we would have 2 payments and this is after we made it clear what our budget is. So I wrote a bad review and the sales manager made an appointment to talk to my girlfriend about it and flaked out and blew us off so now she's writing her reviews and yeah, its shady.
