I had to wait for a couple months to install as I was waiting a new cabinet set for other side of kitchen. They went ahead and schedule right away and did the majority and came back later to finish up after my last cabinet came in. I gave them 80% payment after they installed the first time as I wanted them to have motivation to return in a timely manner for the remaining work. I think it was a good thing I did that as after the first install, communication went through the toilet on their end. Otherwise would have been 5 star review. Only other complaint is we bought a stainless steel sink from them as well and it is rusting in areas. Overall we are very happy with our new counter top

But, unfortunately, if your looking for professional, precise, custom quartz countertops... I cannot (in good conscience) recommend. Since I was the homeowner/project-manager, communication was key & unfortunately it was a fail 85% of the time. On a positive note, when Gonzales mis-measured/installed the area by my stove, at least they agreed to come back & fix it. But the veins on my quartz are horizontal on that piece. And, on the other side the veins are vertical. Ugh, wish they matched. In one area where the end of the quartz should line up with my existing tile, it extends about a half inch or more. Also , 4 weeks after my $45k remodel was complete, I noticed a large chunk of quartz missing , which was not disclosed. They just decided to grout over it in hopes I didn't notice. I gave 2 stars because of the bathroom vanity top. I currently don't see any issues with it... but maybe wishful thinking.
