I came in the morning but was not offered a mocktail, water, soda or champagne mimosa... My final results for my pedicure were ok. I feel like there could have been a better job or closer attention to Details around the feet and it felt like everything was timer based. I did enjoy the ambience, the decor and the staff was very friendly and I might return, but I think I'm gonna explore a few other places. To see what similar offerings are moving forward.

I've been coming to Greenfield Spa Nails because I've always loved the salon and have had good…read moreexperiences in the past, which is what makes this experience especially disappointing. I had my nails done on September 4th, and just two days later, on September 6th, one of my nails literally broke while I was sitting in my car. I had not hit it or done anything that should have caused it to break. Since the salon is close to my workplace (although I do not live nearby), I scheduled a repair appointment for September 8th during my lunch break. Unfortunately, September 8th was also closing day for our new home, and my plans changed unexpectedly. I had to leave work early and had my belongings with me, so I was unable to call the salon to cancel my repair appointment. I completely understand being frustrated that I missed an appointment, and I take responsibility for not being able to call. However, I tried to explain the circumstances when I came in, and I felt there was very little compassion or understanding. What was especially disappointing was the attitude and energy I received from both the front desk and my nail technician. From the moment I walked in, the interaction felt cold and uncomfortable. The front desk employee seemed upset with me because I had not answered their call while I was dealing with the closing of our home. I understand that they had tried to reach me, but I was in the middle of one of the biggest and most hectic days of my life. I would have appreciated some understanding when I explained what had happened rather than feeling like I was being treated as though I had intentionally disrespected their time. I want to make it clear that I have always enjoyed the staff at this salon. I especially enjoy catching up with two of the front-desk employees -- the gentleman and the girl with the long curly hair -- and I've always felt welcomed by them. That is part of why this experience stood out to me so much. The energy and attitude I received this time felt completely different from the experiences I've had with them in the past. What was even more frustrating was that this repair appointment was an inconvenience I never should have had to make in the first place. I had just gotten my nails done four days earlier, and the nail broke on its own without any impact. I have never had an issue with missing an actual appointment or not showing up, and I have always made the effort to be respectful of the salon's time. My appointment was scheduled for 12:45, but I was not taken back until around 1:30. I was then told that my nail technician had been booked for another appointment because I had missed my repair appointment. I was already there during my lunch break trying to have the nail repaired, so I would have appreciated being contacted beforehand if they were no longer able to accommodate me. I was also charged for the repair. Normally, when I have needed a repair, I have not been charged, so given the circumstances, the charge was especially disappointing and made me feel as though I was being treated differently because I had missed the earlier repair appointment. I understand that businesses have policies, but I would have appreciated clear communication about the charge and a little more understanding of the situation. I work in healthcare and deal with appointments and cancellations every day, so I completely understand why policies are necessary. At the same time, we also understand that unexpected situations happen, and we try to hear our patients out and show compassion when they do. I was hoping for that same level of understanding as a longtime customer. Unfortunately, after this experience, I won't be returning. I'm not leaving this review out of anger, but because I believe businesses should know how situations are handled from the customer's perspective. I genuinely enjoyed coming here in the past, which makes it disappointing to leave feeling this way.

However, I got a set of gel nails here and I will likely never make that mistake again. They left fuzzies from the cotton balls on my nails and just painted over it, leaving the nails lumpy. They didn't really smooth anything out, so there were little bubbles and bumps in almost every nail. (This completely irritated me the entire time I had the nails on!) One nail came completely off in less than a week! Needless to say, I would have given them one star for the nails alone, but they did do a pretty good job on my pedicure. Time to find a new nail place for me!

I had a job interview scheduled and needed to fix my peeling cracked nails but have them look professional and not noticeable. I asked for clear tips with all pink product and short squared off nails. They came out PERFECT and were a complimentary tone to my skin. Needless to say, I was able to be expressive in my job interview without worrying that my nails would be the center of attention... HOWEVER, a woman who left the salon was just getting her 4th of July holiday nails done and they looked KILLER; little flags on each finger and for the thumbs and big stones, flags with rhinestones. So cute! I can't wait to go back when I can get something fancy! I later painted an OPI holo top coat over this pink and it's so subdued and pretty. I will definitely go back and they gave me a rate so reasonable I'm ecstatic! PS: The photo included is the old photo, the salon has been redone and looks fine.
