He called us later that day, promptly gave a quote and explained everything in depth. Derek kept in contact all through this rainy spring and completed the work beautifully. He did some additional work found during the job and didn't charge extra as he told us the wood skirting replacement ended up being less than quoted. It's so great to find an honest contractor.
