I showed them what was needed, they gave a fair price, said it would take a couple hours, and got to work. We went to the bank for cash (they don't take credit cards) and 2 hours later they were done. Stumps gone, cleaned up as good as possible (would be impossible to remove every bit of sawdust), we paid, and they were off. Very polite, responsive (we contacted at least 5 other tree service companies which either didn't respond or didn't show up when they said they would), and job done well. Will call again if needed.

I intentionally mentioned if the trees close to the house will be cut down to half and he said yes. He called me a liar. He used abusive language fuck, threats in order for me to back down. I have to add up another $200 for the cut down where he said I should shove it up to my ass. I ended up paid in total of $2700. Beware that he might seems nice all upfront but he is very rude and ungentleman. He even said he knew this would happened like I am the one trapped him to get the job done for me and had him curse me. The proposal said trim ,i used the word cut during the discussion with him and i thought he used interchanably, in that case his price is not the cheaper. He did not professionally handle situation rather he's using the vulgar language to scare you off. I do not deserved all these swear words ! His workers done the job very quickly though.
