Really good drink prices, Awesome tacos.. but.... The girls there give such horrible service!! They will walk past you time and time again before greeting you if you are not a regular, and NOONE there smiles.. They make you feel like you are inconveniencing them every time you ask for something, or even if its your first drink order. That really makes me feel welcomed! It takes a very long time for drinks to come out.. I have given this place a try many times and its always a epic fail.. It's right around the corner from where i live and has great drink/food prices but won't waste my time anymore because of the inconsiderate staff.. I work in the industry and tip very well, I don't know how those girls make money there with the service they give. Hopefully they'll work things out, also get rid of majority of their staff, and maybe some day I'll try it again, but no time soon. read more

This karaoke bar was super fun! The karaoke guy and our server were very nice. Service was prompt even though it was fairly busy. We were here on a Saturday night for karaoke and we easily found a table and had a blast singing all night long. Drinks are cheap! Fun song selection! I would definitely come back! read more

Not a fan. I live not far and was more than willing to give this place a fair shot and have been here a few times over the years. I don't even bother anymore. The service is a crapshoot. I've been treated poorly or not at all more often than not. When a long-time bartender (me) doesn't leave a tip that says something. The food depends on who is in the kitchen or who owns the place and I got sick on one occasion from the food. I just won't even bother anymore. Not worth it unless I see a total re-branding. This place is what it proclaims - a five star dive bar. I came to Brigett's for one reason - karaoke. And this place offers it every night of the week! The first night I showed up, I was with three friends. All of whom had to leave early for work the next morning, but I wasn't ready to stop singing. Less than three songs after my group had left, Papa T (the karaoke DJ) advised me that no one sat all by themselves at Brigett's and invited me to a table filled with other karaokers. They were all super nice, very friendly and open, and genuinely seemed like they wanted to get to know me better. Due to Papa T's insistence I not sit alone, I've made several friends through karaoke. A nice thing for someone who just moved here from the Midwest and doesn't know anyone. Beer and food. The bar offers a kitchen with the usual bar foods. They are decently priced, good portions, and above-average bar quality meals. The kitchen is open late, even on weekdays, to accomodate the hungry, late-night crowd. Beer prices are reasonable, as are shots. I haven't had mixed drinks so I can't comment on their price or quality. TVs are offered, even during karaoke, although they are left to captioning at that point. There are four pool tables and a dart machine. If you're not interested in being part of the main floor, karaoke crowd, there is a second room to the back that houses two of the pool tables and the dart machine. Brigett's also offers several other types of entertainment BEFORE karaoke hours - such as comedy and team trivia. Happy Hour pricing and quantity is unbeatable really. I got to say, I am not a bar kind of girl, however, I do love me some Brigett's. We usually go on friday or saturday night for karaoke, and we always have a great time. The people that go to Brigett's are fun, and this is some of the best non-judgmental karaoke I've ever been to. Whether you are singing country, metal or bustin-out some whitney houston, people sing along and have fun with it. Also, good food. Seriously, i know you are a bar, so bravo! I love the white-boy burrito, and the chicken tenders. I even ventured out and got a breakfast combo one night (i know, right?) and guess what.... it was good too! From the outside, it definitely looks like a biker bar, but don't let that scare you from coming in. The energy is good, the beer is good (and cheap) and the food is good. Fun dive bar. I basically only go on Tuesdays, either to perform or watch the standup comedy, so it may be different on other nights. The $1.50 tacos are big and tasty. The beers are cheap but I'd prefer my dive bar drinks stronger and cheaper. Papa T, who runs the Karaoke, is cool character, and the singers seem like they have a lot of fun... Some people complain about the service but if you just introduce yourself and be proactive you should be fine. I've never had any problems. There are always a few bikes out front, but definitely not enough to qualify as a biker bar. Either way, the clientele is cool...Again, this may just be Tuesdays... read more

First few times I wasn't sure about this place. Now it's growing on me! After 9:00 you'll be carded, don't lose your ID, even if you are 40 something and look 20. Friendly waitresses, better than average bar food! You'll find a lot of regulars here. Karaoke erry night. Fuck the women's restroom. Only 1 stall is usable if you weigh over 98 lbs. shower curtains = bathroom doors in this joint. Prepare to be walked in on. Lots of bar space, a few pool tables, an area to sing. Been coming here for years and this is my go-to bar. Food is great (Tacos are the BEST!). Karoake every night if that's your thing, Trivia Wed and Fridays...Comedy night which I believe might be Tuesday. Pool tables, darts, tv's and pretty bartenders. How much better can it get? I am sad to see the reviews about the poor service because I know exactly which server they had.. and I don't blame them. (The rest of the servers are so friendly, though!) However, this is one of my favorite hang-outs. We live just down the street, so we go at least once a week. The food is out of this world! The wings, burgers, tacos, and sandwiches are so great! Tuesdays are free comedy, Wednesdays are free trivia, and they have karaoke almost every night. One of my favorite aspects of this bar is the mixed crowd. After showing up a few times, the staff and the regulars were waving and saying they were happy to see us again. The crowd sings everything from top 40 to Pantera to oldies. It's definitely a dive, but if you're looking for a friendly crowd, phenomenal food, and giant mugs of beer, this is your place. read more

Not fancy smancy but food is great. I recommend the Bacon Blue Cheese Burger and the wings. So far I've ordered both and well worth it. Football Sunday's the 6 wings are 3.50! Coors/Lite $2.00. Not good for kids, uptight snobs or unfriendly pellets. So far everyone I've met here is friendly enough without being weird or obnoxious. Come through and check it out. read more

Amazingly great food. Everything I have tried on the menu has been very tasty, and if you want something specially prepared just ask and they will accomodate. Brigett's is the only place I know that pours water in and out of your frozen mug before filling it with your favorite beer on tap which provides a wonderfully frozen icy layering in the mug. Some coworkers and I ended up here after the team trivia location we were going to go to ended up getting rescheduled (woops!). I have heard of Brigett's but this was my first time there. It is divey but I felt comfortable parking out front and heading in by myself. I found my group and had a seat, and the server was very nice and attentive throughout the night. I came to the bar because a buddy of mine wanted to get the old karaoke crew back together and heard they do karaoke here. The bar itself is a typical dive bar. Dark and full of beer signs and tv's. The a/c could use a little work. It was definitely a little warm inside. I ordered the bbq pork sliders. They came out quite fast and tasted great. Very soft slider buns and the pork was very juicy. The karaoke was a little different of a story. The host seemed very nice but her rotation style is a little out of whack. I put all my songs in at 9pm when it started and by 1230am I had sang one solo and once with a friend on a duet. The regulars who are buddy buddy with the host all seemed to sing multiple times and much sooner than myself. I normally don't like to bitch to a karaoke host as I've done it myself for years and know what it's like to have an annoyed customer come up to you. I just didn't think the rotation felt balanced. After I ended up staying until 2am and got a total of 2 songs in those 5 hours I was there. As far as bars go this place was great. As far as a karaoke destination this place was lacking a little bit. Not sure if I would go back here. read more

It's been a while since we have visited BUT, we LOVE this bar! Trivia Night with Tom is fun, the food is delicious (our favorites are the Buffalo Wings, Mexican food & the pork sliders) & the staff SUPER friendly!! It can get pretty busy on Trivia Nights & too often there is only one server on the floor, causing, at times, long waits for drinks. It's not the server's fault, though. We especially love Allie, who is usually behind the bar. We have gotten to know the staff, Tom & some of the patrons &, for Trivia Night, would not go any place else. read more

So pleasantly surprised about this place! I have lived nearby for years and heard about it from friends but never been in. I really missed out! So far we have only been in for happy hour, which has some amazing deals. Wells and beers are dirt cheap. So are appetizers. I ordered the tortilla flat which is gigantic and only a few bucks during HH. It is loaded with green chilis which give it a lot of flavor and zip. The salsa that accompanies it is home made and very fresh and tasty. The guacamole is kind of gross. It's that fake, strangely colored guac. Just skip it. My husband loves their wings and onion rings. Service is prompt and friendly. The background music is a little too loud... I know its a bar and all but I can barely have a conversation. I understand it is a prime spot for karaoke. Unfortunately, I hate karaoke so I will be sure to leave before it starts up. :) read more

Some of The bar staff is selective about how they treat people rather its drink wise or customer expirence i i hate to down grade score .... however the new owner is nice but maybe the staff should try to treat patrons better especially if your suppose to be a head bartender please smile more less eye rolling set an example for the staff that follows you maybe retraining could help everyone should be treated equally read more

This place has changed hands and I don't know if that has anything to do with what we experienced tonight, but there is no justified sensible reason for it. The Bartender tonight Wednesday Night had such a bad attitude I don't feel that she is qualified to work with the public at all. The minute we sat down at the bar she ignored us from the start. It seemed to me that she is some kind of Judgemental Petty person that will treat people any way she feels like on any day according to her mood like way too many people these days that have lost touch with the people that pay their way. The nice girl that was with me is having surgery tomorrow and we just wanted to have a night cap, blow off some steam and sing a song or two and prepare ourselves for a very traumatic day tomorrow. Well so much for having a little fun before hand. We just finished what we had and left without even singing one song. I guess that makes us collateral damage for a person lost and unhappy. As long as this person is working there my hard earned money from my loyal customers will be spent anywhere else. read more

The few times I've been here in the past, I've felt that the service has been cold and inattentive. I came back randomly on a whim and was pleasantly greeted by a bartender I've never seen before. Her name is Alli and I will absolutely be returning because of her service and skill as a bartender. I'm a huge fan of golden tee and that is one of the main reasons why I was drawn back in the first place, but her service sealed the deal for my constant business. Even while I'm playing golden tee she checks in on me and my friends regularly and my drink is never empty. This kind of service and professionalism is what keeps customers coming back again and again.
