We've stored our camper(s) and boat for about 8 years, and everything's been super until the past couple of years. 2 years ago our Coachman started having mold in it when we pulled it out of INSIDE storage. After a few times of cleaning it and the problem not going away, we thought it might be the seals. Although we had them checked, and Midwest said the seals were fine, we went ahead and bought a new 2022 Jayco 5th wheel. We've had it in the INSIDE storage for 3 months (same one as the previous camper), and you can see the results in the pictures I've posted. It is EXTREMELY disappointing and frustrating. Steve said no one else is having this issue, but I just can't see how that's possible. We put countless damprids in the camper. How has this never been an issue in our past years? And how can this happen to two campers? It seems the common denominator is the facility. Has anyone else had this issue? Are we doing something wrong? We've been doing the same preventative measures as always, but now they don't seem to be working. Last thing you want to do when you pull your camper for a trip is to have to spend days scrubbing everything, washing everything, and then worrying about mold exposer for your family.

When we picked it up today the cover on the boat was torn off, the snaps that hold the cover were torn off, and the boat was full of water, mold, and mud. Owner says it's not his fault. Said there was a storm that hit it. Why wasn't it inside for a storm? Problem is his son told us he pulled it out yesterday. No storm yesterday. Owner kept saying he isn't responsible for damage. Really? Thought the storage facility is responsible for damage. Very frustrated.
