While we opted to go with another vendor for our project (to NO fault of JMR), I will say that Patty was in touch with me since I first reached out until when I informed her about selecting someone else. She set-up a consultation appointment with me, showed up on time was very friendly, knowledgeable and gave us the best options that they could offer (without compromising quality or the risk of losing warranty) during her visit. She gave us a quote/proposal fairly quickly and followed up with me for any questions I may still have. Every question/clarification that popped up in my head after my appointment with her that I texted, I got an immediate response. When I shared with her that we decided to go with another vendor, she asked for more information from me so they can maybe potentially offer what we needed for future clients. In the end, she even wished us well for our project! Now THAT is how you run your business!!! Because of my experience with them, they will definitely be on my list for any future projects where they will be able to supply what we need/want.

She was very patient and helpful when it came to the type of shades that I wanted, and helped me pick out a color that I'm truly satisfied with. I was very pleased with the quote I received from Budget Blinds, it fell in line with what I expected to pay. Once ordered the shades came in rather quickly, and within a couple of days, they were being installed. The installers put in 8 shades that were installed very high in my open living room area. I was told it would take approximately 2 hours, and it was done very efficiently in about 1 hour and 10 minutes. The installers were very nice, and took time to explain to me, how the remote setup worked. Overall, I'm very happy with my experience. I would highly recommend Budget Blinds

I contacted Omar, and he came out and replaced it with a new one. To my surprise, he didn't charge me a single penny. It's rare to find someone like Omar these days. Prior to filing small claim case-Instead of apologizing sincerely and work things out civilly, he cussed out my husband includes all his lies. He has audacity to be rude & disrespectful. We dropped small claim case as he finally refunded our money back and he waited last minute until the night before the court date. He wasted so much time, headache, time away from work, & so much stress. Long story short, Tony keeps harassing us to remove our review which illegal to do. He even threaten us that he will come to our house if we don't remove our review ( see photo of the text message). This is very uncomfortable. We already blocked him but somehow it goes through again in iMessage. Tony cussed out my husband when my husband left the yelp review. For some reason, he was able to remove my husband's review or was hidden under more reviews. Luckily, he was not able remove mine. I want to keep mine to give feedback and warnings to customer of our experiences with this business. This is the purpose of yelp review and we can freely do a review especially when it's our honest feedback. Tony has not been honest with us since Nov 2024 and we lost our trust with him. It is very disappointing because he did okay last installation but this time, it was nightmare, delays our plans, wasted so much of our time and money. The amazing trio of Trey, Frank, and Gerardo is unbeatable. They were professional, timely, and genuinely kind human beings. Setting the bar way too high, boys. This was a three-step process for us. We needed about 25 blinds done for our newly built home and had no idea where to start. Trey was the first person we encountered. I mean the guy just knows his stuff. He consulted us on what would look great based on our interior taste, measured everything out, and gave us two separate quotes for blinds vs shutters. Also, fun fact: the guy came out ON HIS BIRTHDAY to do this. Trey provided his expert opinion on what would look fitting for the home, and I trusted him with my life. I mean ask the guy for his professional portfolio as a fashion consultant pre-blinds. After a few weeks time (blinds needed time to get custom-fitted), Gerardo came out to do the installation. This guy is probably the nicest guy I've ever met. He did everything that was listed in a timely manner (about 3 hrs for 25 blinds + 5 curtain rod installations), and even made the time to walk us through everything that was done and let us know about a little minor hiccup that they guaranteed to go back and fix (and I mean minor guys.. like something no one would ever notice unless you call it out). After all was said and done, Frank followed up through text and lets us know what Gerardo had relayed. He proceeds to schedule out a date and time to drive out to fix the minor issue. Sure enough, Frank did exactly what he said he would do with no added cost. Literally a small bead replacement because the color was off. From beginning to end, the entire experience was so pleasant, which just makes you feel good about every dollar you're investing in new blinds. I probably will never look elsewhere for future blinds needs, and will absolutely refer everyone to Budget Blinds (which I have btw... and Budget Blinds taking real good care of 'em as we speak).

Unfortunately there was a problem with our first fabric choice not being available in the size for our large windows, but Trey came back out and worked with us to pick an alternative. This ended up being slightly more expensive but they honored the original price, which was much appreciated. The installation went very smoothly and was super quick. Installers were friendly and professional and done within half an hour or so. The new roller shades we ordered look fantastic, and totally transformed the look of our living room. It's now much brighter and feels more spacious, and we can still enjoy our view of the hills without the glare of the afternoon sun. Very happy with how everything worked out!
