    Saturday morning specials! Yum
    Commercial F.

Favorite breakfast diner in Farmington. Tucked away, inexpensive & popular with locals. Great food & friendly service!

Someone is tired from work but still can't miss his favorite chopsuey or shepherd's pie.

The service was fantastic. She was super attentive. My husband got a club sandwich that was humongous and I got a grilled cheese with bacon. I was feeling the need for comfort. While we waited, my husband got that sunfish beer he liked so much one of the other bars we went to, and I got a mango margarita with spicy tequila . I have to say I was really pleasantly surprised with my drink. It was top-notch. The server talked about how they're looking at better ingredients and how they work on their seasonal drinks not something you expect from a college dive bar. Our sandwiches came out. My husband's was huge, and mine was perfectly cooked, as well as had fantastic amount of bacon on it. I don't know if this place is trying to be better than it once was or if it's just consistently good but it's really something that we would do again if we were in town .

Everything was fine. We went into a basement downstairs, very sketchy. My strawberry lemonade…read moredidn't come for 20+ minutes? Don't know why that was, all you have to do is pour it into a glass and serve it. Wings weren't great, kind of bland. The mango habanero wasn't really spicy and didn't have great flavor. My burger was cooked medium, pretty well cooked but was dry and not really juicy. Quesadillas were average and my brother liked his food. I would really only come back here if it was the last resort.

What are they famous for you ask? Well, seafood...of course. Specifically, the lobster roll. My boyfriend loves the lobster roll! I had the popcorn chicken basket with crinkle fries that I could eat everyday if given the choice. The seasoning and breading are just right & fried until golden brown without sacrificing safe cooking or flavor. Another one of those busy places-it's a restaurant that attracts locals and tourists. They've always got inspirational quotes on their marquee. Outdoor patio seating (tables with umbrellas) and a no-frills, basic interior decor. Gives total seaside vibes.

They have the option for ordering takeout Ahead of time or online. There is significant outdoor seatting as well as a small interior dining room. The interior has one non gender handicap, accessible bathroom. The menu is not excessive, but the portions are generous. CAUTION: pay close attention to the prices. they will fluctuate and you should not assume what the final cost of your meal will be beforehand!! My clam basket and my daughter's 1/4lb roll (2 20 Oz drinks) totaled $65!! Now I will absolutely give credit to them for the clam portion being large and high quality. These were the type of onion rings that I prefer, which are thinner and more crunchy with less batter. That said, the total completely blew my mind.Because even with a very industry standard upcharge for onion rings in place of french fries.I had sticker shock. I grew up near Portland so I understand the price of seafood can change quickly. But I would say do some price shopping. Because this is more about the experience of the location since the quality of food does exist at other restaurants. In maine.
