I am so happy with my hair. Scott's pre cut consultations are amazing. He listens and has never made me feel like I am taking too much time etc. I love watching him work....... He takes his time and a beautiful precision cut is truly what you end up with. I can wake up, brush my hair and viola, it looks great. His environment is quiet and he gives you his full attention. The owner has not kept up with maintenance, updated decor or painted. She added stylists, crammed more people into a small space and everyone e has to keep their products locked up for fear of theft. it is obvious that the landlord is not responsive to major repairs such as stained ceiling tiles, leaking plumbing etc. One time I was there the owner had fixed the toilet with a paperclip. The owner is not there often and it shows. When ( not if) my stylist leaves, I will follow.
