Front desk was fantastic as I had never been here before and was checking out the place to get my wife a birthday present. Looks clean and everybody was friendly. I randomly asked a person in the lobby if they have been here many times and they said yes they tried many and this was their "keeper". This is such a hidden gem. This has the feeling of a luxury spa as soon as you walk in. Incredible calming. I did. 60 minute facial with Janelle and she was incredible. One of the best facials I've ever had, and I've been to luxury spas all over. She was incredible kind, gentle, knowledgeable and just an overall soothing presence. I visited Zen Day Spa for a 60 minute relaxation massage and 60 minute deep pore cleanse facial. From the moment I walked in I was greeted and taken care of like a VIP. The customer service from every staff member I encountered was phenomenal. My comfort was treated with utmost importance. The massage I received from Julie was heavenly. It was quiet, relaxing and I still feel amazing. I would definitely recommend Julie! I received my facial from Jenelle and she was also wonderful. I had a lot of questions about skincare and products, and she was happy to answer them. My skin looks amazing and my pores are cleaner than I ever thought possible! I would absolutely recommend Jenelle as well. Also the spa looks fantastic. It sounds like they recently had a renovation and the place looks great. I'm so glad I found this spa! It's very welcoming and calming. The beds are heated and the therapists really focus on your problem areas. I had a 90 min massage and asked for deep pressure, which I received. I saw Sherrie and found her to be an excellent massage therapist. I highly recommend this spa. Myself and two girlfriends went to Zen Day Spa for the ionic foot baths. This treatment was amazing!! We all felt great afterwards!! Joint pain - gone. Sinus pressure - gone. Toes and feet were tingling!! Brianna took great care of us! She was well versed in the essential oils that the spa has available too!! When I was sat for pedicure, I was told there would be no water. ???? Huh? What's the point? Still charged full price. Not a Zen experience at all. Had an expensive facial but left with the same three blemishes I went in with. The word Zen and Spa should be removed from this business. read more

Fabulous experience at Zen Day Spa! Janet set us up for a lovely and relaxing day, she is the best! We did the massage plus 30 minute facial and loved every part of it! The 3 of us really enjoyed our visit! The calm (but not overwhelming) scent that greeted us in the foyer was divine! Place is clean, we were waited on immediately & offered champagne. Julie was my massage & foot reflexology therapist. I could have stayed there for the remainder of the day! She was attentive, listened to my issues & addressed them accordingly and with sensitivity. I enjoyed the deep tissue massage as well. Jannelle was my aesthetician - sweet, knowledgeable & I must say, this was truly one of the best facials I've ever had. Awesome! I overheard some happy ladies having pedicures deciding what kind of beverage they should have. I called the spa trying to schedule a massage. A woman named Janet answered the phone and asked if she could place me on hold. Unfortunately, she did not, and I heard her entire conversation. She talked to a gentleman about how often he visits, and he needs to book early; a customer named Thomas came in and was escorted to the big bench to sit. A woman named LaToya was told he is very sweaty today; she also mumbled, "People need to stop giving her cash and use their card. It's difficult with cash." Another person asked if she had "twenties"...... and this is just 1/2 of what I heard. I tried to call back because I was "on hold" for over 6 minutes. I could not get through but after repeatedly calling back she answered. I told her I was waiting to book an appointment and I heard her entire conversation. She said something and hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak to a manager/owner--she told me no one was there and HUNG UP AGAIN! I would never ever patronize this business because if she is the 1st person a customer meets, nothing ZEN about her.....a very rude and unprofessional place. read more

It was okay but not worth the money. EXTREMELY limited color selection for nails and I mean severely limited, maybe 13 colors. One nail tech sat there eating while my nails were getting done. I wouldn't go back. I can go to other salons for 1/2 the price and have a huge selection of colors, have a nice scrub. I should have left when I saw the lack of polish selection. read more
