I'm not the kind of person that uses his time to write a review, but this place deserves my time for it. My wife had severe pain on her legs and lower back due to a left hip and left knee replacements. Because of those surgeries her body was completely out of balance. She tried different therapists in the last 10 years with little to none results. After receiving massage therapy once a week for one month at this place her pain was gone. She got phisically and mentally better. After feeling human again, she started with the fitness program they have which was very surprising for me since she was never attracted to excercise, but the program they customized for her was outstanding, she loved it and didn't get bored of it. Then started acupuncture to stabilize her emotions and to maintain her overall body functions. Honestly this place is amazing the constant support and compassion they gave her really changed our lives. Now I became a believer of holistic health, I also started to do their therapies and programs and I feel wonderful. I severely hurt myself playing volley ball at the beach while on vacation with my family. My neck, lower back and right shoulder were burning in pain. I couldn't' move my head or lift my arm at all. We were very lucky to find beach life wellness. The center is quiet, clean, and very peaceful. They treat you with courtesy and respect. Their therapies are excellent and well worth it. They know their craft very well. I went for an "emergency" 90 min deep tissue massage which made me feel like a million dollars, right after I tried an acupuncture session. After those 2 treatments went back to my hotel room and had a nap. I woke up for dinner and the pain was gone. I have no idea what magic they did to me but it worked. Next day more outdoor activities with no problems and feeling great, I told everyone about it. The day after went back again for massage, just because I didn't want to leave not having one more. I will recommend this place 100% to anybody seeking quality therapy or just for maintenance. Will come back again. read more

The beach starts at the Beach Life Wellness Center, where I treated myself to a massage, acupuncture and a deep cleaning facial, hence I was coming from New York city, helped me get ready to take it all off at the beach in Sarasota! The place is so beautiful and the kindness and professional treatment I experienced from Lucho and Lana, made me excited to get my fitness on and I decided to sign up for a few personal training sessions during my stay in FL. That's when I came to find out they offer a nutritional program that was delicious (Lucho is a trained Chef!) I learned some nutrition facts for my diet - and took a kayak ou to see with my new friends at Beach Life. Very cool spot to add feel good treats to your time in FL. I found this wonderful place by driving to the drum circle in Nokomis beach, then I realized that this were the people I saw on the paper on an article. This wellness center has all kind of services like Massage Therapy, acupuncture, Skin care, Personal Training and so on. I bought a day of Wellness package and got to do every service, it was Fantastic! Started early with the Italian trainer that was so courteous and knowledgeable, then took a quick shower and continued with an acupuncture session which was conducted by a Doctor that used to work at Warm Mineral Springs and the treatment really surpassed my expectations, Then I had the best Massage I've ever had in my life! and finished with a facial that left my face radiant and smooth that made me feel 20 years younger. My neck has been frozen for the last 2 years, I wanted to start the year enjoying a family vacation and went to florida. After 2 days in florida (nokomis), my neck got worse at the point that I couldn't move it and the pain was unbearable. I noticed beach wellness center close by and gave it a shot. I'm so glad I did, since I got there I was treated with courtesy and compassion. They took care of me and send me right away for an emergency treatment with their acupuncture doctor. He took care of the problem during the very first session. I came back 2 days after for a follow up and now I feel great. These people helped me with a problem I had for so long I couln't believe it. I am so glad that I found Beach Life Wellness! It is a 45 min drive from where I live but is definitely worth the travel !!!! I had a beautiful facial by Jessica. The products they use are wonderful and the next day I could definitely see a difference in my skin. I tried the "technology" with my facial and will most likely always add that on to future facials. I've already scheduled my next two! I also had a nutrition analysis with Lucho, which was very informative. Acupuncture ROCKS at Beach Life Wellness! I had a very old sprain & chronic inflammation in my left ankle for over 20yrs. and was used to managing the swelling with compression socks. I had no idea acupuncture could actually help with this sort of issue being that it was so chronic. Notice that I said "was". Yes I no longer even have to manage the issue. It is gone! First thing the acupuncturist said was "stop wearing the compression socks" after only 4 treatments and a prescription for a very affordable Chinese herb I have not had the problem since. It's already been at least 2 yrs. What a relief! Who knew?! read more
