Every aspect of quality-- food, service, cross-team hospitality, physical plant, dining equipment, cleanliness, beach/pool ambiance -- projected a restaurant that is trying hard to earn customer respect and return visits. 5 Stars! The burgers were all flavorful and done to the correct temperature. Fries were good, but the chips were nothing special. Service was just okay for how few tables were...the staff was just kinda chatting and didn't seem to be worried about being loud and laughing. Also, it was absolutely freezing. We had a fishmonger with mahi-mahi and I had the impossible burger and it was incredible. They were both incredible. Yeah atmosphere is nice. Dee is a great server and Mickey an excellent manager who immediately took care of a minor wrinkle that we had but only reflected well on his Management of the restaurant. read more

Good Burgers, great service...the All American Burger was a pretty hefty burger and the Nooner was a bit more, topped with bacon and an egg. Fries and Pineapple Coleslaw were great sides. A litte plain as far as decor, kind of an upscale lounge feel. read more

We were staying at hotel and had breakfast each morning. Very pleasant staff and we had the same cheerful server who we asked for each morning.. My wife had the bagel and smoked salmon, beautiful presentation and plenty of very clean salmon and cream cheese. Great sausage , but one morning the pancakes had soured. One time we ate dinner there and the burgers were delicious, juicy and plenty of flavor. My wife wanted hers well done and it was. The fries and onion rings are great also. They only had 2 servers and were very busy but our server took care of us and was very friendly and helpful. The management, like at the hotel itself was very active and greeted us each time. Obviously a well run resort at Treasure Island Beach Resort which is fantastic. read more

I'll start this by saying that the only reason I'm saying four instead of five stars is because of the service. We were one of like four tables and somehow our waitress was nowhere to be found for most of our meal. Don't know what her deal was but it put a damper on the experience for us - especially when most of the other tables who came in after us left before us - we had to wait ages for her to come back every time. The host was super kind and friendly so we got off to a good start with him but then our waitress just did not live up to expectations. The burgers were perfectly cooked and delicious. They have so many good flavors here and all the ingredients were fresh. I love the garlic aioli on my burger. My truffle fries were great - but definitely don't order unless you LOVE truffle because the flavor is strong! There's a small up charge for upgrading fries to truffle which for me was worth it. Good location. It's in a hotel but it's just up one floor and easy to find, right by their pool. Highly recommend a visit. read more

Very mediocre food and horrible service for brunch. We arrived and said we had a reservation (which we had called about the evening before) and the host insisted we did not. Nevertheless we got seated outside and it took a good 10 minutes to have someone come take our order. He brought out our coffee and went inside to get our sugar, to never return. Our orders came out in a staggered fashion, leaving half of our party awkwardly watching the other half eat for 10 minutes. Not a single person got the correct cook on their eggs that they requested. Finally, when my salmon bagel came, they only brought out one half. Waiter: "the other half of your bagel got a bit destroyed". The $14 waffle was the same as those you make yourself in complementary breakfasts. People sitting outside mysteriously started requesting indoor seating. We overheard another customer telling the staff, "you shouldn't seat people out here". We never figured out what was going on but it did not instill confidence about our dining experience. Waiting around ready to leave, we eventually had to go inside to find our waiter and get our check. I would choose somewhere else for brunch. read more

This is our favorite place on Treasure Island by far! We ate their again, and it was like our 12th time! They have delicious fish tacos! They have some of the best burgers I have every tasted, and I am from Texas! My wife says her salad was amazing. Waiters are nice and very professional. Kind too. Don't miss eating here, is my advice. You can sit outside by the Gulf, or inside. This is a new hotel and restaurant so the booths and tables are top quality. And free parking, too! read more

Great atmosphere with Gulf view and service. Food was good but for the price I was expecting a handmade burger patty with homemade side items. The patties were thin and reminded me of Red Robin burger patty but smaller. The onion rings (which is uncharged) and kettle chips were not made in house so we're just meh. A fresh patty to go with the delicious brioche bun and presentation would make it 5 stars when combined with location, atmosphere and service. We only had burgers but the other items coming out of the kitchen had great presentation and looked good. Worth the try! read more

Best burger! We started with zucchini fries (amazing aioli) then wedge and then black and blue burger . Fantastic food ! But beyond that fantastic service our sever Christian and the manager on 12/21 amazing service . We have been here several times always great but you can tell they have the right crew what an elevated experience . The server we had was very sweet and the atmosphere is beautiful! However, the food was disappointing! My burger was burnt and they left out the bacon with no explanation. They had no onion rings and the truffle fries were not seasoned and no flavor. If I'm paying $19 on a burger, I expect all my toppings on it. The patty was thin, dry, chewy, bland and was not freshly made. It tasted like the frozen Flanders burger patty. I still have a burnt taste in my mouth. Horrible experience not once but now the second time we have had a bad interaction with the lady that runs the tiki bar downstairs. My boyfriend and I walked up to use the bathroom and obviously they say for patron use only which she asked us if we are staying at the hotel and we said no. I then said if we were sitting at the bar, can we use the bathroom and she answered yes. We then proceeded to sit down at the bar and look at the menu to order food. she came over rushing us to order three times after we have told her we needed a minute. after the fourth time of coming over, she's like I'm standing here ready to take your order in a super rude way. We were still trying to figure out what we wanted to eat as we were there for only about four minutes. She then demanded me to hand over my ID, even though I didn't order any alcohol. I told her that I was not drinking and we were only there to order food then head back to the beach, she insisted and then brought up the bathroom situation again about how we couldn't use it even though we were told we could, if we were ordering stuff from the bar. We stood up and left because of how rude she was. I then proceeded to call the manager and asked him if we were sitting at a bar, can we use the restroom and he answered yes and then I also asked him if we are just eating at the bar do we have to show ID and he said no only if you order alcohol. don't waste your time coming here unless you want to be interrogated, profiled, and rushed. read more

Disclaimer, this is a restaurant in a hotel and not a free standing establishment. With that being said, I'm glad we weren't staying at the hotel with this joint as our only food option. Oh those poor guests at the hotel. We chose to try BRGR Kitchen & Bar because on Yelp they had picture of this amazing looking s'mores dessert. Plus they had bison burgers! Curiosity got the best of us with their intriguing cheeseburger dip as an appetizer. Much to our disappointment they only had one of those three items. Ridiculous, right? Since they didn't have the cheeseburger dip we opted not to try another appetizer. Nothing else sounded good to us. I ordered the bison burger, medium, the fries were supposed to be skin on fries (fresh cut, not frozen). First the food, burgers mind you, took 45 mins. to even come to our table! When I got my burger it was extremely well done and tasted as if the cook poured the entire salt shaker of salt on burger. My husband ordered the nooner burger, he said it was a good burger. Unfortunately, they had to remake my bison burger so I didn't even get to eat with my husband. After already waiting 45 mins. for the first burger, I had to wait another 20-25 for the re-fire burger. Our server never refilled our water glasses, only checked that my husband needed another beer. After the crappy frozen fries and couple of bites of my overly salted bison burger I needed some water, it didn't happen. The server came to give us our check where she said they took some off our bill for our trouble. They took $4 off an $18 burger, after making us sit for over an hour for just burgers. We will not return and we only continue our patronage at Boulevard Burgers instead. read more

After a day at the beach, my hubby wanted a burger. I found BRGR on the map and it had good reviews so we checked it out. It was outstanding!! Super trendy decor, the food was fantastic! My husband had the black and blue burger and I had the Sonoma Chicken Salad- both items were excellent. The salad was one of the best salads I've ever had- and I eat a lot of salads. Now let's talk about our server.., I wish I would have remembered her name (Dora maybe)... she had the best, sassy personality so she really just enhanced the whole experience. A little disappointed in this place. It's definitely a haul from Clearwater but saw the pictures and we decided to take a ride. You can park in the parking lot for the resort so that's a big plus. Nice view but unfortunately it was raining so we could not sit outside. Sat at the bar. New bar stools but unfortunately not very comfortable. I guess they don't want you to stay long. Haha. Ice cold Coors light beer. Definitely a plus but the $7 cost each definitely a minus. Hubby got the bison burger. He said cooked perfectly but dry. I got the grouper bowl. Everything great except they put what they call jam on top. The "jam" is cold marinara sauce. Honestly the worst! Who wants that on grouper? Stayed here in the hotel which was perfect, the restaurant itself was also very nice. It has great open windows and a nice amount of outdoor seating. The servers were all very nice, although I think where we sat they couldn't see us so they skipped over us a couple of times when we needed them. It looks like a nice place for family dinner, I would say maybe not very young children but I'm not 100% sure either. It's definitely nice but also laid back so we went door in casual wear and others were a bit more dressed up. The food was fantastic. The tacos were amazing, some excellent flavor and the fries were also very good. I will say when our fries came out they were a bit cold so that was really the only disappointing part of our dinner. Breakfast was also really good, the breakfast sandwich was a bit underwhelming all in all but the French toast was very yummy and the berries on top were perfect! read more

Lunch is always fun when you can get a stroller walk in before and after. Mom chose eating outside with our friends so we got to enjoy the pool music and beach in the distance. It was so relaxing, I took a little nap. Mom ordered the grouper Monger sandwich. She wouldn't let me try, but told me it was pretty yummy. She asked for tarter sauce to go with it, so she probably thought it could use a little extra zest. Our friends had no complaints, and I can't wait to go try the fries they all claimed were excellent. Mom won't let me have fries yet.
