Im so happy we got to try pluma. It's been on my list for a while, we got there around 9pm on a Saturday night and were seated right away at a cozy pair of chairs. Our server was there quickly and explained the menu to us and answered any questions. I got the rhythm is a dancer (suggested by our server) and WOW. It was a delicious cocktail I would have about 18 of them if I could lol! My husband got the dip baby dip which is a mole / chocolate rocks drink that was SO complex and flavorful. It wasn't for me but he loved it (and it came with a house made mole chocolate tootsie!). It's expensive, but I do think the experience is worth trying out for a before or after dinner drink!

Pluma Lounge is the same address as Juno & the Peacock, it's just the bar area. The bar area is very beautiful, as is the outdoor seating. My husband's company loves this bar & the outdoor cigar bar a block down. FYI: There is a outdoor Cigar bar a block down & the Veranda is across the street: We usually do a triple bar hop here it's that close. Anyway, I'm not much of a drinker anymore but I do love their house Champagne by the glass. Added to moi fave Happy Hour places & fave places in St Pete. Highest Recommendations.

Awesome atmosphere and trendy luxury/sexy vibe at the bar with an upscale feel as soon as you are greeted at the red velvet rope by the hostess who makes arrangements for your party at either the bar, indoor or outdoor seating. The cocktails are amazing and expert bartenders are very personable and accommodating to any special requests, happy to provide recommendations. Although I wouldn't order the Green Ember again, the Açaí What You Did There cocktail is my go-to favorite cocktail here.

What an unexpected find! I fell in love immediately walking in. So comfortable and cozy. We met Ryan and what an awesome personality. I think my sister and I fell in love with his generosity and kindness. Plus, he thought we were cool. We sat and had the most amazing espresso martini. After two and the music and atmosphere we were so relaxed, happy and ready to go home. The only think I wish is that they had more desserts to offer. Or more to choose from cheese/meat platters. However, there is no place to have a great espresso martini like Pluma. Ryan's famous recipe. Shout out to Casey...she was awesome and amazing as well. Now that I have told you about this wonderful place. Don't take our seats by the window :)

I really enjoyed my drink! I would love to go back to try other things, this was a quick stop before our dinning reservation, and the server was really nice and helpful. He help me choose the right drink and made sure everything came quick and checked up out fast so we could make it to the other one. We went Saturday and the hostess was amazing, she really helps create the best experience before even going in. The place has a cool vibe.

After having dinner next-door at their sister restaurant, Juno and the Peacock, a few of us decided to hit up their cocktail bar next door for an after dinner drink. It is a smaller area with a nice bar and then lounge type seating with couches. We were seated immediately and the service was very friendly. The servers understand the cocktail menu well. It is focused on South American liquors, ingredients and flavors. They also have a small food menu which we did not partake in. Enjoy!

Great selection of cocktails from South America. My favorite was the lima lush. Mezcal and sweet blue corn. The couches are very comfortable and atmosphere is nice relaxing vibe. When I arrived there were no available seats. Drinks can be ordered at the end of the bar by the red rope. After I ordered I saw a seat become available and grabbed it quick. My friends liked all of their drinks too. Especially espresso martini with the cinnamon inscribed "Pluma "

The Coco Cabana- an espresso martini enhanced by a smoky coconut flavor.

Pluma is a swanky lounge. We stopped in for a cocktail after dinner at their sister restaurant, Allelo. Here you'll find mixologists behind the bar concocting a variety of unique drinks. Seating includes cozy chairs and couches with small tables where we were served by friendly and professional staff. I love the wallpaper and intimate liveliness of this place,

Very friendly and welcoming bar staff with a very innovative mixology driven menu. I absolutely love the vibes in here. It gives upscale and almost not St Pete but a cocktail bar in a bigger city which is a nice change. The whole vibe is immaculate and the drinks are fairly prices for what you get. Definitely is becoming one of my go to spots but definitely make reservations before you go especially on a the weekends. Would highly recommend especially for a date night.

Jacob made us feel very welcome and taken care of. We asked for Paper planes and he took it a step further and made these adorable little paper planes to go along with the cocktail.

Just popped in for a pre dinner drink and were so impressed with the pretty decor. We sat on a sofa near the bar and had excellent service from our friendly server. Will return for food soon.

Very nice place for drinks and small plates! The "Don't Sweat the Technique" cocktail was light and refreshing and reminded me of watermelon sorbet. The scallops had a delicious ube puree and pepper coulis. For dessert, the torta de mil hojas was beautifully presented, and I loved the guava and cheese flavors. The "Flip the Script" cocktail was a great accompaniment, and kind of reminded me of an elevated eggnog. The bartenders here were welcoming and great about explaining the many drink options. Looking forward to returning!

She poked her head inside, she nodded back and the decision was made to visit COPA without a word. It was bustling on the inside with market goers passing through, but it was controlled chaos on the other side of the counter. The workers knew exactly what they were doing and even in busy time of the market they were quick to buss tables, get ordered items to customers fast and the bathroom was pristinely clean. The bumping A/C provided instant relief as we claimed the stools by the bar. My friends and I quickly agreed, this place is an absolute gem. So gorgeously decorated and the drinks, the mocktails, the pastry items, the food were beautiful and delicious. It really appeared they did everything well here. Service was impeccable and the side salad I ordered was so crisp and refreshing. Honestly 5 stars all around. The food, service, atmosphere and drinks were sensational and exceeded all expectations.

The ambience in this place is magical, the seating area, the decorations, the drinks the service is amazing. We went a little early because we were on our way to a soccer game, however, this did not stop the magic from occurring. I could definitely see how this place could get jampacked with fun during the late night hours. They have a DJ booth set up in the middle of the bar area, the music is a great choice and a perfect vibe! And the drinks that they serve here are phenomenal. You can definitely tell that they have put their heart and soul into these drinks. If you ask for any recommendations, they tailor it to you and definitely pick the best drink on the menu for your taste buds. Their espresso martini has been rated number two this past year and lost first place by two votes , but I definitely think they deserve number one for years to come. This was the best espresso martini that I've ever tasted. The flavor was so smooth they were no complaints. My fiancé even ordered the smoked old fashion, oh my gosh this came out with the perfect presentation. And the flavor was so unique, you must try this place! The only downside is, they aren't serving food currently due to low staffing. But their food menu does look great! I hope they bring this in soon.

We FINALLY tried Pulpo Kitchen & Lounge and WOW, was it good! We wanted an early dinner so we made…read morereservations for 5:15pm on a Friday - it was lovely and quiet at that time, but it got busier as we were leaving. It seems an ideal place to go with friends and order a variety of dishes to sample and share. We began with their signature Peruvian Ceviche with coconut and kafir lime (the non-spicy version for me - there is also an ají amarillo version you can get with a bit of a kick to it) and the Smoked Mussels Toast. The ceviche was served in a deceivingly small bowl that contained a generous amount of fish and it came with crispy plantain chips. The mussels toast is a dish I NEVER would have ordered myself, but I let my husband pick and it turned out to be my favorite surprise of the meal. Served on crispy toast points with salsa macha aioli and a green pepper adobo that worked beautifully together. I could not rave enough about this dish! (Just try it! You'll thank me!) Our next 2 small plates were the Pulpo a la Gallega and the Lollipop Lamb Chops - both incredible. The octopus had a lovely char, but was very tender. It was served with crispy and slightly spicy papas bravas. The lamb chops were served on a bed of pistachio butter - and yeah, it was AS amazing as it sounds. My only complaint is I wanted about 6 more lamb chops...I kid, I kid. But seriously, we will probably order 2 plates of these next time. Deliciously tender and again, had a lovely chargrilled taste to it. At this point, we were too full for any more savory small plates, but, there was just enough room for dessert! We tried the Guava Sorbet, topped with a rum and cream cheese fondant icing and pomegranate seeds. This was light, refreshing, surprising, and I would 100% recommend it to cap off a good meal if you want something a little sweet that isn't too heavy. We also ordered the Mini Churros, which were a little more indulgent, filled with a light custard cream, topped with a sweet and salty plantain and graham cracker crumble, and served with a dark bittersweet chocolate sauce and a tart passion fruit sauce. I don't typically love sauce with my churros, but both of these were so good we practically drank them like shots! For our first experience at Pulpo, it was fantastic! Looking forward to a return visit to try even more of their dishes and cocktails.

Service is good, although they did forget to bring my wife's sangria-Rita, but once we said something, it was delivered very quickly. Paella was very good, with nicely cooked rice. Gambas were wonderful. The ceviche tasted like tom kha soup, and not a lot of seafood compared to veggies and stuff, but still tasty. Ropa Vieja was spot on, the plantains were solid as well. The meat on a stick was definitely a hit, and we enjoyed the dipping sauces that came with it. The tuna tartare was really tasty as well. A suggestion was two dishes per person, and that is too much food when you add in paella. Dessert was good, but probably not worth $15. We spent $250 (after tip) for four of us with only 2 drinks, so it does get expensive. With that being said, we will be back and ready to try some new dishes.

Truly Unforgettable Culinary Journey at Red Thread…read more Our dinner at Red Thread was nothing short of spectacular -- a five-star experience from the moment we stepped through the door until the final sip of our after-dinner drink. We visited to celebrate a milestone birthday, and the team not only met but exceeded every expectation, weaving subtle, thoughtful surprises into the evening that made us feel truly special. The atmosphere is opulent yet completely approachable -- warm, intimate, and alive with cultural richness. You can feel the intention behind every detail: the plush banquettes adorned with intricately embroidered throw pillows, the soft glow of lantern-style lighting, and the perfectly placed gold-tipped cocktail picks that make even the smallest moment feel curated. It's elegant without pretense, like being welcomed into a beautifully kept secret along the Silk Road. Service was led by Katie and Elijah, who were nothing short of exceptional. Their warmth, precision, and deep knowledge of both the menu and the restaurant's rich aesthetic elevated the entire evening. They guided us with confidence, shared stories behind the dishes, and ensured every need was met before we even voiced it. Now, the food -- where do we begin? Red Thread delivers flavors that are bold, layered, and deeply authentic. We started with the spread and small bites platter, and it was immediately clear we were in for something extraordinary. The tabbouleh was bright and herb-forward, with finely chopped parsley, tomato, and bulgur kissed by lemon -- a perfect balance of freshness and zing. The falafel were golden-crisp on the outside, tender within, and served with a bright mint yogurt. So delish! For our mains: the salmon, seasoned with fragrant za'atar and resting atop creamy spanakorizo (spinach and rice), was cooked to buttery perfection. The addition of crumbled feta and a cooling lemon yogurt sauce brought a bright, tangy contrast that elevated every bite. The pork chop, served with tri-color potatoes and glazed in a rich port beurre rouge with rosemary and a whisper of parmesan, was magnificent -- juicy, deeply savory, and beautifully seared. And the beef short rib? Unbelievably tender, with a warm curry base, sweet-spicy melon kimchi, and saffron rice that perfumed the air. The cardamom chèvre melted into the mix, adding a creamy, floral depth that was nothing short of inspired. Every dish told a story -- of distant lands, ancient trade routes, and a chef who clearly treats spice like sacred heirloom. To know these flavors are crafted with spices imported directly from the regions that inspired them explains the unmatched authenticity in every bite. Red Thread stands alone in St. Petersburg -- not just in flavor, but in feeling. We'll be back -- no question -- to explore their brunch and dive deeper into this beautiful narrative they've created on a plate. To everyone reading: This is the kind of restaurant that deserves to be discovered, celebrated, and filled to capacity every single night. Go. Taste. Feel. Red Thread isn't just dinner -- it's a journey. And it's not to be missed.
