Today I stopped by Brewjee during my road trip to pick up some coffees and I was not disappointed! I, like most, tend to be weary of 'less reviewed' coffee shops but after seeing a few TikTok reviews, I decided to go. First off, great customer service! We stopped in around 7:45am and were kindly greeted by all 3 girls working. One of girls also checked in on us as we were looking over the menu in case we had any questions. Very genuine and warm customer service! I ordered the Cookie Butter Shaken Espresso and my boyfriend ordered the Caramel Cookie Butter latte. 10/10 Very flavorful without being overly sweet and the shaken espresso has a lot of depth and was more strong than the latte, which is 100% what I was hoping for! Ahhhh, meet you where? Brewjee? 145 Main! What's it next to? I didn't even know it was a thing. And it's not. No real signage on the outside of the business. So you move on by. Our guys regular coffee shop was closed for the holiday so we were searching for another one near us. Here we are at Brewjee and probably for the last time. It's nice enough I suppose but it's for more the young and younger generations. The fancy coffee drinker crowd. I just want coffee! Which they didn't have so I was opted for a Amercano. It's on the smaller side, next to the Maya In Old Town, across from Starbucks. It's not a private shop but a small chain shop. Five of us finished our coffee and left. Amazing coffee but disappointing customer service. I've never had a bad coffee from Brewjee but I'm so disappointed in their change of punch card policy. I had a full punch card that was denied because they're changing to a digital system and the last day to redeem was yesterday. I do not follow them on Instagram to have learned about this change when they posted about it 3 days ago. Not a lot of notice anyways :( read more

This place is super popular and it's easy to see why. They have a bunch of drinks that could be considered milkshakes, regular coffee, espresso, Matcha, and some snacks. It's a very cool vibe and if I had time, I would've hung out here a little longer. It's popular with the fire department, so that's always a good sign. read more

Ordered the Dubai Matcha and the Tiramisu Cinnamon Roll. Starting with the Dubai Matcha 10/10! Absolutely amazing. I ordered it 1/4 sweet with oat milk, and it was still perfectly sweet without being overpowering. The matcha flavor really came through, and the chocolate complemented it beautifully instead of dominating the drink. It was smooth, balanced, and honestly one of the best matchas I've had so far. Definitely a must-get. Moving on to the Tiramisu Cinnamon Roll 7.5/10. It was just okay. It wasn't very sweet, especially for a cinnamon roll, and didn't quite satisfy my sweet tooth. The size was decent and it puffed up nicely, but flavor-wise it didn't really give "tiramisu." It mostly tasted like a classic cinnamon roll with some cocoa powder sprinkled on top. Not bad, just not what I expected. We did have a small issue with service at the beginning because their machines were down, so they were only accepting cash. We had to order online, which was a bit inconvenient. However, they resolved the issue within about 15 minutes. The staff handled the situation extremely well and were very friendly and accommodating throughout. I have came so many times and the coffee is always good. It's not worth the wait anymore. The prices have gone up a bit and even with the app you wait at least 30+ mins. Yes coming on a Saturday afternoon is the worst timing but 45 mins for a brown sugar shaken espresso is ridiculous. I tried cancelling my order to get a refund and go elsewhere but they said since my ticket was printed they couldn't refund it? I should've just left and done a chargeback. I'm only buying beans from here and that's it. Never buying an actual drink from them. I use to love them all around and they wouldn't even take this long when they had their coffee truck. They need to open a new and bigger location or find a way to get more efficient because the wait is genuinely out of hand and I thought it was just them getting used to the new location and what not but gosh darn. It seems like this is them going quick?? I have never heard of not doing refunds after printing the cup sticker?? read more

Came back to see if there were any improvements but unfortunately nothing has changed. This time, it took almost 50 minutes to get two coffees. I also witnessed the employee making my coffee order getting sidetracked/distracted to do other tasks and then came back to finish the coffees. I just really hope that management sees this feedback because it's getting frustrating. read more

I am writing to share concerns about my recent experience at Brewjee. I waited approximately 25 minutes for two simple orders, which seemed excessive given the volume of customers at the time. While I understand delays can happen, what was most disappointing was the lack of communication and the unprofessional attitude displayed when I politely asked about my order status. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with courtesy and kept informed if there are delays. Instead, I left feeling ignored and unwelcome. I hope management can review staffing, order fulfillment processes, and customer service expectations to ensure future guests have a better experience. Long wait time.Even on a non busy day or ordering through the app they just seem to take there time.. they also have the option for 1/2 sweet but don't acknowledge it! Saw this super cute coffee shop name on Yelp, and had to stop by. I ordered the "House Latte," which is a Honey Vanilla Cinnamon Latte. It was so good, and they have up to 32 ounces in sizes. I sent my coffee loving colleague later that day, and he loved his coffee too! Update: I have been a couple more times since my first visit there last year. While I understand they no longer are doing the stamped rewards cards I feel they should honor the ones that are fully stamped. I went recently and was told they dont honor the stamped card anymore. I spent over $100+ on buying the 10 drinks for the "free drink" only to go back and be told they stopped them Feb 2026. I get it but as I said the fully stamped ones should be rewarded, especially with long wait times and pricey coffee. Idk if I will be back. read more

The coffee here is great! However, the wait time was surprisingly long despite there being very few customers, which was a bit frustrating. Also worth noting: there is no public restroom available, which may be inconvenient depending on your visit. I love Brewjee Coffee. The owner is an outstanding person that doesn't only care about making sure you get the best coffee, but he cares about his staff and the community. This owner takes time to take interns and teach them from the ground up the meaning of having a job. He cares about developing a strong workforce, when they are at Brewjee Coffee, but also so it is a positive experience for the interns. Also, he wants to teaches the interns to learn to take pride in their work and in themselves so when they go to the next job they take that skill with them. The coffee, treats and service is great. I just love the behind the scenes leadership. We need more owners like this in the world. read more

Atmosphere is relaxing and fun. The staff is friendly and embracing . The drinks and food selections are abundantly wonderful.

Love their drinks but the customer service is not the best. I went in and it wasn't busy only had 2 people ahead of me and they received their coffee and more people came in to order and they received their order although I was still waiting. Unfortunately, waiting 20 minutes for a coffee from here just isn't worth it, especially when the ordering system seems so disorganized. When I first got to the coffee shop, there was only one other person in front of me in line. They only started to pick up after I had already ordered, and there were about three people waiting for drinks at the time so I was surprised when 15 minutes later I was still waiting. I only got my drink after asking about it and then they made mine and skipped over the person who had ordered before me. I also overheard a staff member tell their friends they moved theirs ahead and said, "I cut yours in line". I get wanting to help your friends but it made the process feel even more inconsistent and unfair. If drinks are supposed to be made in order, customers shouldn't be receiving them so randomly out of sequence. They also had plenty of staff behind the bar, so it was confusing why things were moving so slowly. I literally saw two groups of people get out of line and go to the Starbucks across the street. To make matters worse, the coffee tasted burnt and was lacking compared to when they first opened. Overall, the shop needs a more organized and efficient system for handling orders and drink preparation or they'll most likely keep losing customers. read more
