Dubai Matcha and Tiramisu Cinnamon Roll
    Devin M.

Ordered the Dubai Matcha and the Tiramisu Cinnamon Roll. Starting with the Dubai Matcha 10/10! Absolutely amazing. I ordered it 1/4 sweet with oat milk, and it was still perfectly sweet without being overpowering. The matcha flavor really came through, and the chocolate complemented it beautifully instead of dominating the drink. It was smooth, balanced, and honestly one of the best matchas I've had so far. Definitely a must-get. Moving on to the Tiramisu Cinnamon Roll 7.5/10. It was just okay. It wasn't very sweet, especially for a cinnamon roll, and didn't quite satisfy my sweet tooth. The size was decent and it puffed up nicely, but flavor-wise it didn't really give "tiramisu." It mostly tasted like a classic cinnamon roll with some cocoa powder sprinkled on top. Not bad, just not what I expected. We did have a small issue with service at the beginning because their machines were down, so they were only accepting cash. We had to order online, which was a bit inconvenient. However, they resolved the issue within about 15 minutes. The staff handled the situation extremely well and were very friendly and accommodating throughout. The ambiance was clean and inviting, and they even have board games available while you wait, which is a fun touch.

    Brewjee is a fun place!

This place is super popular and it's easy to see why. They have a bunch of drinks that could be considered milkshakes, regular coffee, espresso, Matcha, and some snacks. It's a very cool vibe and if I had time, I would've hung out here a little longer. It's popular with the fire department, so that's always a good sign.

Associates are standing around/making content while there is a line of orders waiting to be made.

I am writing to share concerns about my recent experience at Brewjee. I waited approximately 25 minutes for two simple orders, which seemed excessive given the volume of customers at the time. While I understand delays can happen, what was most disappointing was the lack of communication and the unprofessional attitude displayed when I politely asked about my order status. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with courtesy and kept informed if there are delays. Instead, I left feeling ignored and unwelcome. I hope management can review staffing, order fulfillment processes, and customer service expectations to ensure future guests have a better experience. Don't waste your time here if you want coffee during short breaks or have somewhere to be.

Long wait time.Even on a non busy day or ordering through the app they just seem to take there time.. they also have the option for 1/2 sweet but don't acknowledge it! I've had to go back multiple times to get it remade & It's a bit pricey for the coffee not to be correct.I been going to this places since Natividad hospital. Ya no es igual.

OVERALL: Kind of reminds me of the local Suju's in Fremont (where I'm from), as their local go to coffee in Salinas that's more concentrated in espresso complexity. CUBANITO: Their specialty! Only 8oz with 3 shots of espresso, turbinado sugar, and milk...can modify level of sweetness. However person for which this drink was for states it's still overly sweet. CARAMEL Macchiato: Made me sad that it wasn't authentic as milk should be first then the shots of espresso so there's two layers (that's why I secretly wanted this drink). Then a drizzle of caramel. Tastes like a caramel macchiato, nonetheless. ***overall, their coffee is good with a smooth flavor profile and no bitter undertones or after taste, equating to high quality beans*** SERVICE: They are so sweet, kind, and patient, willing to answer any and all questions. This is definitely not a place you'd go to for simple espresso drinks. We were content with our drinks: Curious George (mocha with banana cold foam), For the Girls (cold brew with strawberry cold foam), and Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso. The flavors came out as expected, but it is was on the sweeter side. The drinks here are on the pricier side. Each of our 16 oz drinks were over $10 after tax and tip. They offer larger cups too around 24oz, similar to a Venti from Starbucks. Given the price only, it's hard for me to justify repeat visits. The store itself is tiny. There is no room for you to sit down and enjoy your drink. The staff were great. They were kind and very attentive despite being very busy when we went. I'd only come if I'm craving their specialty drinks.

Pricing 3/5 stars for two medium drinks it cost $19 and to be quite frank, they pour a ton of ice! Literally 1/2 the cup and even sometimes, 3/4 of the cup will be with ice. This GREATLY reduces how much of the drink you are actually receiving. What's even more comical is if you ask for light ice they CHARGE you ¢50 more per drink the reasoning is "we are putting more milk and product". Come on, in all honesty you guys are just being stingy af. You already put very little product for these overpriced drinks, that do taste good, not gonna lie. This makes me only wanna come here maybe 1x a month as instead of more often. I understand that everything is expensive but overcharging your customers and trying to get over on them by creating the illusion that they are receiving large amounts that is magnified from the amount of ice you put is disappointing.

I came in today, Sunday, June 28, 2026 at approximately 2:30 pm. Came in with my son. We placed our order: 1 Mexican mocha and 1 caramel macchiato, both medium. Paid and left a tip. The bill was almost $20. My son's drink was made first. I noticed that his was iced so I looked to see how the girl was making mine. She had a clear cup so I knew she was going to make an iced one for me, which I didn't want. The only thing that was in the cup when I stopped her was the caramel. I politely asked her for a hot one. She looked at me with an annoyed look, then she looked at her coworker, a male with black fingernails, and said "she wanted it hot". She proceeded to make my drink. She made it as if she was slamming the ingredients in the cup. When she gave me my drink she said with major attitude, "next time you need to tell them that you want a hot drink when you order". So I replied, " well usually the person who takes my order asks if I want it hot or cold". There will NOT be a next time because I will NEVER step foot in this place again! With the exception of 3 people sitting at different locations, we were the only ones in there. The customer service here is nonexistent! Perhaps if the workers were a little more pleasant and didn't make the customer feel like they're a burden, maybe they'd have more business. When we were walking out, my son even noticed the ugly attitude and told me that's why he stopped coming here. He said that every time he came in, one of the workers had an attitude. He now chooses Brewjee coffee just a block away. I will follow suit and start patronizing BREWJEE coffee from now on.

The atmosphere feels warm and welcoming, with trendy décor that is very appealing to the eye. When I arrived, it was a little challenging to find the full menu, and I wasn't greeted right away. However, I understand places can get busy, so I didn't let that affect my overall impression too much. I ordered the Panini Caprese sandwich, and my son ordered the Caesar salad wrap. My sandwich didn't look quite as full as the photo, but honestly, the flavor made up for it. It was delicious with great texture, and I loved every bite. I also appreciated that it came with pickled jalapeños on the side, which was a nice extra touch since I love adding those to sandwiches. My son rated his wrap a 3 out of 5. He felt there wasn't much chicken inside, and there also wasn't much Caesar dressing, so it mostly tasted like a wrap with lettuce. It would have been a much better experience if they had included more chicken and Caesar dressing on the side to add more flavor. Overall, I'd definitely come back and try this place again because I really enjoyed my sandwich and the café itself has such a cute, cozy vibe.
