Brewjee Coffee is where you can find decadent coffee and matcha drinks. They have a variety of syrups and foam tops to create unique drinks. This is definitely not a place you'd go to for simple espresso drinks. We were content with our drinks: Curious George (mocha with banana cold foam), For the Girls (cold brew with strawberry cold foam), and Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso. The flavors came out as expected, but it is was on the sweeter side. The drinks here are on the pricier side. Each of our 16 oz drinks were over $10 after tax and tip. They offer larger cups too around 24oz, similar to a Venti from Starbucks. Given the price only, it's hard for me to justify repeat visits. The store itself is tiny. There is no room for you to sit down and enjoy your drink. The staff were great. They were kind and very attentive despite being very busy when we went. For quality and originality of drinks definitely would give 5/5. No issues here whatsoever. I've only done their specialty iced drinks and have yet to try a normal brew coffee. Pricing 3/5 stars for two medium drinks it cost $19 and to be quite frank, they pour a ton of ice! Literally 1/2 the cup and even sometimes, 3/4 of the cup will be with ice. This GREATLY reduces how much of the drink you are actually receiving. What's even more comical is if you ask for light ice they CHARGE you ¢50 more per drink the reasoning is "we are putting more milk and product". Come on, in all honesty you guys are just being stingy af. You already put very little product for these overpriced drinks, that do taste good, not gonna lie. This makes me only wanna come here maybe 1x a month as instead of more often. I understand that everything is expensive but overcharging your customers and trying to get over on them by creating the illusion that they are receiving large amounts that is magnified from the amount of ice you put is disappointing. read more

This is a local family owned coffee shop which is wayyy better than big corporate chains @mermaid coffee ya know who I meannn. I come in here so often because of how amazingggg their coffee is. All the girls working are always super sweet and the owner is there pretty often which I love to see when owners are actively working with the employees rather than just overseeing them. It's Super tiny and parking can be a pain but to be honest it's worth it for me. They use very high quality products and I can just tell they are going to end up opening more Brewjee coffee shops in the near future. They have to! There is usually always a line out the door so our demand must be met by more supply!!!!!! lol. I just really really hope they don't stop using quality products because that's genuinely what makes their coffee so different. One time a cappuccino I ordered for my grandma didn't have the latte art and the owner told me to wait and he's make me a new one on the house so I would have a pretty design to take to my grandma. Finally a good coffee spot in Salinas!! I have to stop at Brewjee whenever I'm home visiting fam. I've only ever gotten the same drink (which is $9 ) but I can't wait to try their seasonal drinks soon! They always have a line and even with multiple people working bar, they are pretty slow. I'd say it's worth the wait. It does suck that they have such a small inside space so everyone has to wait outside in the cold (I always go in the morning so it's colddd). I've had my drink made wrong once and they just put it in a new cup and gave it back to me For such an expensive drink it sucks that they didn't take the extra bit to remake it, especially since it was their fault the order was wrong. Today, my mom and I visited this coffee shop as we were on our way to a soccer game & needed a "pick me up". Parking was extremely hard to find as it was packed this Sunday afternoon, but we were lucky to find a spot. There was a line, but it did go by fast as we were probably in line for about seven minutes. I ordered the cookie butter caramel latte, and ordered a vanilla Matcha for my Mom with vanilla cold. We also ordered a cookie butter Cinnamon roll. First off, I was highly disappointed during the first sip of my iced latte . To my surprise, the coffee tasted nothing like cookie butter, and was very water down. I did order my coffee with oat milk, but I couldn't even taste the oatmeal either. It was just simply bland. My mom also mentioned to me that her Matcha was extremely strong and not like the other match as she's had before. Additionally, I only took a bite of the cookie butter Cinnamon roll to which was OK, but I could not simply have any more of it. I was suprised to have paid $26.10 for 2 drinks (16oz & 20oz) & a pastry. I really wanted to love it as I had seen social media post of this spot, and understand this is a small business, however, it fell very short. I'm very disappointed in my overall experience, and sad that I almost paid about $30 for 2 drinks and pastries, that were far from drinkable & edible. While visiting my brother Michael in Salinas, my sister in law Cindy took me to this little coffee shop in Old Town. It was such an adorable little shop. They had a nice variety of coffees and fresh pasties. The young girl who took our order greated us with a smile. We both had the brown sugar shaken iced espresso. Got a large fruity pebbles matcha. The staff was nice. The vibes were very chill and earthy and dark. The matcha itself was decent. Would I go back yes, is it my favorite? No. Over all one of the better matcha spots I've tried here in Salina's. I tend to like mine on the sweeter side but something about the matcha felt very chalky and milky but I did also order a huge one to last me all day . Great customer service. They are open from 6am-8pm, making it convenient for your caffeine needs (I believe the other coffee shops downtown are closed before they are). Wait time can vary depending on the day/time you arrive. Most I waited was 30 mins. Keep in mind that this is a very popular coffee joint. They have loyal customers, and most people order more than 2 drinks at a time. So you do have to be patient. They do not have restrooms available. Location is not great. Parking may also be difficult to find as they are in a popular area. Pricing is definitely high. I myself paid almost $9 for a large coffee (but I won't find this flavor profile at Starbucks). We waited in a line for a hot second because they were training some new employees but it was cool. The cafe was small so no sit-in but it was not a big deal, great place for grab and gos! Came in when they around the first two weeks that they were open came with my coworker and we ordered coffee for the whole shop. The service is a lot of younger girls that maybe want to embody the name as a vibe kind of we could care less if you're here or not vibe, maybe that's part of the bougie(as well as the prices, but the product is good so I don't mind paying for the price . I want to be clear.) The pastries that we got were scrumptious. The drinks were pretty good. One thing that bothered me is they had a stamp card. I was buying coffee for my whole shop so technically I would've had a good amount of stamps so I was pretty bummed that I asked for it twice and I didn't get it before I left . They use a very recognizable brand of syrup for their coffee and drinks so it does have a bit of an aftertaste I'd say try to drink your drink quickly so it doesn't get that sugary aftertaste and it is delicious. Like I said, everything was really good. I just think the service was very nonchalant and I really would've returned if I would've got that stamp card.
