I had tried several people that I found through word of mouth and was not satisfied with their service or care. Buckhead Pet Sitting Services provided excellent care to my pets that far exceeded my expectations. Olga met with me prior to the first time pet sitting to meet my dogs and cat - she spent a time getting to know them and learning their routines and care. The first time she cared from my group, it was unexpectedly cold and my dogs typically stay outside for the day. Olga altered her schedule so that she could come over extra times throughout the day since the dogs had to stay inside due to the cold. She kept in close contact with me on the weather and when she thought it was safe to let them stay out. Olga's love for animals is so apparent - I felt she cared from my group just as she would her own. I looked forward to her comments and pictures she sent after each of her visits - reassuring me that all was going great and everyone was healthy and happy while I was a way. I will definitely be using Buckhead Pet Sitting Services going forward!

We were living in Atlanta for a year and Central Bark was the closest daycare facility to my work…read more When we visited the facility before bringing the dogs, the staff were extremely kind and helpful with showing us around and answering our questions. The facility and the staff were absolutely amazing for our two Great Dane boys. They would match the play group with their personality and activity, which they would come home tired and happy from a fun day. They also loved every staff member and were always happy to see them when they arrive! One of our pups had surgery and couldn't stay home after the first couple weeks due to our work, but their "Day and Play" program is exceptional for needing to be away from other dogs until medically cleared. Despite being alone, he had a buddy throughout the day for low-level play time and enrichment to keep him busy. We highly recommend taking your dogs to Central Bark in Atlanta! We honestly wish we could've picked them up and take them with us to our new home destination. Even if your dog can't be with other dogs for some reason, they will not be bored! We miss them dearly!

JULY 2026, Boarded my two dogs at Frogs to Dogs for 10days while they were healthy, up to date on…read moreall of their vaccinations, and showing no signs of illness. Took their food and bowls but was told they provided bowls, so they gave me back my personal bowls. Wen I returned to picked them up and brought them home, both dogs started coughing. By the next day, their symptoms had become worse. I took them to the veterinarian, where they were diagnosed with Kennel Cough. I contacted Frogs to Dogs to inform them of the situation and was told someone would get back to me. Unfortunately, I have not received a phone call, text, or email addressing my concerns. I understand that kennel cough can sometimes occur even in vaccinated dogs and in boarding environments, but I am disappointed by the lack of communication and follow-up after reporting what happened. Recently our pet sitter through Critter Sitters retired and we met with our new sitter one time. Everything seemed fine and we were scheduled to go out of town and had confirmed with the new sitter employed by Critter Sitters that everything was in order. Yesterday I asked for clarification about the billing since it seemed substantially higher with the new sitter over what we had paid previously - in response, I have been told that the sitter's schedule has changed and that I should seek care for my animals elsewhere. With little more than a week's notice, this was very unprofessional and disappointing to say the least. I've tried to communicate my experience to the owner of the company but the line has been busy for some time; will update this review if new information becomes available but sadly, I can no longer recommend this business and would seek care for pets elsewhere. Update: the owner responded and while appreciated, I find the way this situation was handled by Critter Sitters very unprofessional. I can include the text conversation for reference as I did not negotiate: I asked a question about a price difference between two different sitters employed by the same company, a difference of over 300 dollars. The only "policy" I see enforced or followed here is poor customer service.

We get updates and photos throughout our away time and the kids love her. She now has her own door codes in case we get stuck somewhere. Can not say enough good things about her.
